Abstract

This study deals with the relationship between Islam, technology and Islamic education. This study discusses the understanding, concepts, and relations of Islam with technology, as well as the application of technology in Islamic religion education. The study consists of two main parts. First, this article explains the meaning, concept, and relation between Islam and technology by reference to the Quran and the Islamic approach to science and technology.

Abstract

Technology has become an essential part of daily life, yet rarely associated with spirituality. This research aims to explore the relationship between technology, religion, and spiritual development. Qualitative research methods were used to analyze data from in-depth interviews with religious practitioners and innovators. Findings indicate that with the right approach, technology can be used as a tool to enhance spiritual experiences and create harmony between religion and innovation. The implications of this research emphasize the need for integration between technology and spiritual values in sustainable innovation development.

Abstract

The motto "Haram Manyarah Faces Until Kaputing" (WASAKA) is a local wisdom value introduced by Pangeran Antasari, a national hero from South Kalimantan. This concept emphasizes the importance of persistent and relentless effort in completing every task or struggle until it reaches the end. WASAKA reflects a strong spirit of struggle, tenacity, perseverance and courage in facing all obstacles. The aim of the research is to find out and describe the application of the content of the slogan Haram Manyarah Faces to Kaputing (WASAKA) carried out by students in the school and community environment. Haram Manyarah Faces to Kaputing is character education based on the values ​​of local wisdom of the Dayak Community of South Kalimantan Province. The word Haram turns one's face to the point of caputing. This was uttered by Prince Antasari, a national hero from South Kalimantan, and has become the character value of the people of South Kalimantan: religious, tough, honest, intelligent, caring and loving the country. This research looks at the WASAKA motto as a character of the Banjar community, in Islamic education, and how it is applied to the Banjar community in South Kalimantan. The results show that WASAKA functions as a reinforcement of character education in Islamic education.

Abstract

. A comparison of linguistic styles by translators K.H. Abdullah Syafii Maarif and M. Quraish Shihab in Surah al-Fatihah. This study investigates the differences in approach, word choice and interpretation between the two translations and shows how linguistic style affects the understanding and interpretation of a text. The results of this study provide new insights into how linguistic style affects Qur'anic translation and encourage further discussion on how translations can be adapted to different contexts and audiences.

Abstract

Pembangunan perekonomian selalu menekankan pada aspek pertumbuhan tanpa mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai moral yang berlaku di masyarakat. Setiap keputusan yang diambil manusia dalam bidang ekonomi dalam Islam tidak lepas dari moral dan nilai keagamaan karena semua kegiatan perekonomian berkaitan dengan syariah (hukum Islam). Pembangunan ekonomi dalam Islam adalah konsep pembangunan ekonomi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip syariah, Ekonomi Islam dapat diartikan sebagai ilmu ekonomi yang dilandasi oleh ajaran-ajaran Islam yang bersumber dari al-Quran, as-Sunnah, ijma’(kesepakatan ulama) dan qiyas (analogi). Ekonomi Islam yang memiliki orientasi terhadap kehidupan dunia dan akhirat, yang kehadirannya diharapkan bisa menjadi alternatif dari sistem ekonomi konvensional yang dianggap rapuh dalam membentengi perekonomian dunia.Sistem ini mengacu pada konsep akidah dan keimanan seorang umat muslim kepada Tuhannya. Ekonomi syariah di Indonesia sudah memiliki landasan hukum yang kuat. Ekonomi syariah dihadirkan dengan tujuan mewujudkan keadilan yang merata, dan kebebasan terhadap kekangan, sehingga tercipta kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat yang lebih sejahtera. Ekonomi syariah berbeda dengan Ekonomi konvensional. Teori yang sudah ada mengenai pembangunan ekonomi syariah yaitu dengan “teori Maqashid Al-Syariah dan penerapannya pada Perbankan Syariah”. Selanjutnya metode penelitian , penelitian yang terdapat pada artikel ini dengan mengumpulkan data-data dari beberapa sumber yaitu internet, journal, and beberapa artikel lainnya yang kevalidan sumber data-datanya dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Hasil yang bisa di dapatkan sebagai penulis mengenai ekonomi Islam (syariah) adalah ilmu ekonomi yang dilandasi ajaran-ajaran Islam (Al-Qur’an, Sunnah, Ijma, qiyas. Ekonomi syariah berbeda dengan ekonomi konvensional, lalu terdapat banyak inovasi terkini mengenai pembangunan ekonomi syariah. Ilmu ekonomi syariah ini di dasari hukum-hukum syariat dan sudah terdapat banyak institusi ekonomi syariah di berbagai negara spt perbankan syariah, asuransi syariah, Reksadana syariah, penggandaian syariah, wakaf, zakat dan sudah ada beberapa teori yang dikemukakan mengenai pembangunan ekonomi mengacu pada Syariah Islam seperti teori Maqashid Al-Syariah.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pemahaman siswa tentang ilmu waris dalam konteks hukum Islam. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemahaman mereka. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data dari siswa yang belajar matematika dan ilmu waris secara bersamaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan matematika mereka memengaruhi pemahaman mereka tentang ilmu waris. Implikasinya, pendekatan interdisipliner dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang ilmu waris dalam konteks pendidikan.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the ability of machines to mimic human intelligence, using algorithms and complex computational techniques to process data, recognize patterns, and make predictions or intelligent actions. Its use has opened up new potential in religious understanding, including in Islam, although it must be managed wisely to avoid distortions in religious education. Surveys of educators and students showed divergent views towards the use of AI in Islamic education, with educators being more supportive of the use of AI-adapted assessments, while students showed concerns towards losing creativity and autonomy in learning. In addition, the use of AI in education also has the potential to disrupt existing practices and processes, such as changes in education provision and challenges to education standards. Cooperation between the government, educational institutions and society is needed to ensure that the implementation of AI in Islamic education reflects local religious and cultural values and enriches the learning experience without compromising the fundamental values of Islamic education. The shift towards digital technology is the first step in developing new, more effective and efficient methods of educational transformation.

This article investigates the role of digital technology in the transformation of Islamic education, identifying its positive and negative impacts as well as the challenges encountered. By integrating technology into the learning process, Islamic education can become more effective, relevant, and inclusive. Emphasis is placed on the importance of digital literacy, interactive learning, and curriculum adaptation to meet contemporary cultural needs. Abstract

Sea water and fresh water are two essential elements for human life and the Earth's ecosystem. However, when these two types of water meet at a certain location such as a river mouth or estuary, they remain separate and do not mix despite being in very close proximity. This phenomenon is intriguing to investigate from both scientific and spiritual perspectives, particularly in the context of science and Islam. This paper aims to explain this phenomenon from a scientific standpoint, focusing on the chemical and physical properties of sea water and fresh water that cause them to remain distinct. Additionally, it explores the Islamic understanding of this natural phenomenon, seeking perspectives that may be contained in the Quran or Hadith related to water as a gift of Allah with unique properties. Through this interdisciplinary approach, we can deepen our understanding of the relationship between science and spirituality in Islam.
