Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource development (HR) and performance appraisal on employee job satisfaction at Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Manado Branch Office. This research uses a quantitative approach with a focus on permanent employees and partners as the population. The sample was selected using simple rando sampling technique, involving a total of 64 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the R test, F test, convergent validity, and path coefficient test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on BTN Juara savings at Bank Tabungan Negara Manado Branch. The approach used in this research is quantitative method, with a focus on State Savings Bank (BTN) customers who use BTN Juara savings products as a population. The sample was taken by purposive sampling, with a total of 100 participants. For data analysis, this study will implement the coefficient of determination (R2) technique, as well as the T test and simple linear regression test. This research will also apply the validity and reliability tests, along with the normality test to ensure that the data obtained is accurate and reliable and also to ensure that the data used in statistical analysis follows a normal distribution, which is important for the validity of the analysis results..

Abstract

  In the rapidly growing digital era, marketing strategies through social media and other digital platforms have become very important, for businesses engaged in selling pet shop products such as Dogshop Manado. Video marketing and customer testimonials were chosen as two main elements that are believed to influence consumer decisions in choosing and buying products. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence the use of Video Marketing and Customer Testimonials has on Purchasing Decisions at Dogshop Manado. This study uses a quantitative approach, and the population of customers at Dogshop Manado with a sample of 95 respondents. Sampling in this study used Simple random sampling technique while the instrument used a Likert scale, with the SPSS version 30 application. The results showed that the use of video marketing had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Dogshop Manado, and customer testimonials had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Dogshop Manado.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Impulse buying is an irrational purchase and falls into the category of fast and unplanned purchases. This behavior is where consumers make purchases without thinking first. This research aims to see the effect of visual merchandising and store atmosphere on impulse buying on KKV shop consumers at Manado Town Square. The sampling method used was Accidental Sampling, wich is a sampling technique by taking respondents who happen to be in a place that is appropriate to the research context and in accordance with the criteria determined by the researcher. The sample used was 100 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial test research show that visual merchandising has no effect on impulse buying, store atmosphere has a significant effect on impulsive buying. And the simultaneous test shows that visual merchandising and store atmosphere together have a significant influence on impulse buying.

Abstract

Human resources are a vital asset for companies, where their quality significantly impacts organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of the AKHLAK core values of BUMN on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Manado Branch. Using a quantitative research method, this study involved 84 respondents selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the analysis utilized simple linear regression with SPSS Statistics 30. The results indicate that the AKHLAK core values have a strong positive influence on employee performance, contributing 68%. The implementation of these values enhances discipline, professionalism, and employee loyalty while fostering a productive work culture. Additionally, the application of AKHLAK core values positively impacts service quality for customers. Based on these findings, companies are encouraged to strengthen the internalization of AKHLAK core values through training, value-based evaluations, and an incentive system that supports consistent implementation. Employees are expected to integrate these values into their daily work to enhance collaboration and productivity. Meanwhile, customers benefit from more professional and efficient services, enabling them to optimize their banking experience.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the financial performance of PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia (GMF AeroAsia) for the period 2019 to 202 by using liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio. This research utilizes a quantitative descriptive approach. Data from this research is obtained by collecting financial statements of PT. Garuda Maintenance Facilty Aero Asia Tbk for the 2019-2023 period. The research findings indicate that, based on liquidity, activity, profitability, and solvency ratios, the company's financial performance is in an unfavorable position. Each ratio falls below industry standards, signifying that the company's performance is not optimal. This condition was exacerbated by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in a drastic decline in revenue, and the company's short-term liabilities have exceeded existing current assets. It is expected that PT. Garuda Maintenance Facilty Aero Asia Tbk, should take steps to restructure debt, optimize assets and improve operational efficiency for the company's financial recovery

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-awareness on employee work productivity at PT. Pegadaian Karombasan Branch. This study uses a quantitative research method with an online survey of 35 employees at PT. Pegadaian. Data is anlyzed using linear regression. Theoretically, this study can help enrich existing theories related to human resource management, especially regarding factors that affect employee work productivity. In addition, this study can provide a framework that can be used by practitioners and academics to develop policies or strategies related to employee management. The practical benefits of employees with high self-awareness tend to be more effective in carrying out tasks, because they are more aware of their strengths and weaknesses, so they can utilize time and resources more efficiently. In addition, employees will also be wiser in understanding the impact of their actions on themselves and others. The results of the study show that self-awareness is an important factor in increasing employee work productivity at PT Pegadaian Karombasan Branch. The company can increase productivity by developing self-awareness development programs.

Abstract

In the context of PT. Asiamax Mining Indonesia, it is important to understand how human resource maangement practices and motivation affect employee turnover intention. Companies need to indetify factors that can increase employee retention and reduce turnover, given the high costs associated with the recruiting and training new employees in the mining industry. This study aims to determine the effect of human management of human resource management practices and motivation on turnover intention at PT. Asiamax Mining Indonesia. This study uses quantitative research, with employees of PT. Asiamax Mining Indonesia as the research population. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Squares (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that human resource management practices and motivation have a significant effect on turnover intstruction at PT. Asiamax Mining Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work-life balance on employee performance at Marketing Office Citraland Manado. The method used in this research is quantitative.  Data collection using a questionnaire with 65 respondents. The data obtained was then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) and using SmartPLS 4.0.4 tools to determine the effect of work environment and work life balance on employee performance. Based on the research results, Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work Life Balance also has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Thus, both variables play an important role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mobile banking service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Bahu Kota Manado. The method used is quantitative. The data source for this study is mobile banking customers of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Bahu Kota Manado, using primary data. Data collection techniques include interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, the independent variable (Service Quality) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Bahu Kota Manado. Therefore, continuous improvement in service quality is necessary to further enhance customer satisfaction.
