Abstract

This research aimed to identify the influence of web-based learning on the learning outcomes of the students which was seen from different self regulated learning and interaction between students with, contens, students, and teacher on web based learning with different self regulated learning ability. This research employed quasi-experimental design with posttest only control group design. Subjects were the students in the second semester of Chemistry Department in Malang. The treatment instruments used in this research were syllabus, RPP, teaching materials, LKM, and online media. The other instruments of this research was measurement instrument which consists of self regulated learning questionnaire and learning outcomes test consist of 23 multiple choices. Data analysis was done with t-test and post hoc anova. The results of the study showed that (1) there is no significant difference in the cognitive learning outcomes of the students that are taught to use either blog or moodle as the web based learning media on different self regulated learning, and (2) on the blog class learning media more contribute to the learning process rather than students’ SRL ability, while on the moodle class students’ SRL ability more contribute to the process of learning rather than learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate teachers’ knowledge and implementation of SA. Quantitative and qualitative methods are used in this single study using test about SA, observation sheet, and field notes as the instruments. The result of this study showed that the number of training or workshops they attend is in line with their comprehension on SA. Secondly, the numbers of teachers who belong to deep knowledge category and shallow knowledge category are balance. Specifically, teachers with good knowledge tend to have strong knowledge about the concepts related to the characteristics, principles, and learning models of SA and steps of SA. The next, teachers with have fair knowledge are weak regarding the characteristics and steps in SA. The last is teachers who have poor knowledge do not understand mostly the concepts about SA. Related to the implementation, teachers who have good knowledge apply similar patterns like teacher with fair knowledge in applying the steps of SA.

Each students has different thinking process in answering questions test of mathematics. There are three stages of thinking process stated by mason whereas entry phase, attack, and review. Thus, this study was aimed to describe misconception in answering algebra question of eightth grade student based on masons' thinking process. The subjects of this research were two students of grade eight chosen based on the result of test of understanding concept completed by CRI. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the acceptance of nurse preparedness in implementing a computer-based nursing documentation in the RSI using models Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study was a survey research design using descriptive cross-sectional explanatory. The variables studied consisted of perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU), attitude towards use (ATU) and behavioral intention (BI). The population of this study was 70 respondents of samples. The data were analyzed by using Excel 2010 software and Partial Least Square using Smart PLS 2.0. The descriptive analysis resulted the value of the mean, median, and mode for all variables are positive with values in the range of 4—7, except for the mean value of the variable BI 2.5. The outer test showed that the result of value model Convergent Validity and Discriminant Validity is valid and reliable. The inner models test results showed the t - table criteria of 1.67 (α = 0.05 and DF = 66). The PEU positively and significantly influence PU of 0.78. Therefore, the first hypothesis is proven. The T - statistic PEU towards ATU is 0.62 and the parameter coefficients are 0.06, meaning that there is no significant effect between PEU to the ATU. Thus, the second hypothesis is rejected. The PU significantly and positively influences ATU as much as 0.79. Thus, the third hypothesis is accepted. The PU positively and significantly affects BI as much as 0.37 and the fourth hypothesis is accepted. The ATU influence on BI is significant and positive at 0.36. Therefore, the fifth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This research development was based on the fact that SMA Negeri 2 Malang is one of the selected schools to implement curriculum 2013, however, based on the author’s experience it can be concluded that teaching the students with the current student books yet provide optimal results. It eager the author to develope teaching materials in the form of a module which contains the characteristic of inquiry learning model with scientific activity. Development of teaching materials was using Plomp development model. Validity, practicability and effectiveness criteria were set by the researchers. Results of field trials showed that the learning module obtained a score of 3.31 validity matter experts and practitioners, which means that the learning module is valid. In the feasibility study results obtained using the module total average scores for all aspects were 3.90 from two observers so that the module has met the criteria developed practical. The results of field trials for the mastery modules were obtained an average score of 85.21 mastery module, then the mastery module for the material is said to be a good, and students called mastery of the material. Results of student questionnaire responses showed a s core of 3.56, which means the students responded positively to the learning modules they used. Thus, the results of mathematical learning Probability module development inquiry based approach is said to be valid, practical and effective.
