Abstract

Program  Vucer  ini bertujuan   untuk  mernbantu   industri  kecil  dalam  hal pengembangan    teknologi   pembuatan   anyaman sawat  strimin,  Yang menjadi   sasaran  dalam  program  ini adalah  para  pengusaha   industri  kecil  yang  bergerak  dalarn  bidang:<".'mbuatankawat  strimin. Upaya yang dapat  dilakukan  untuk menyelesaikan   permasalahan   yang dihadapi  industri  kecil yang bergerak  dalam usaha:<".'nganyamankawat  strimin  adalah  membantu   dalam  hal peningkatan   teknologinya.   Adapun  langkah-langkah    yang  dapat...  kukan  adalah:  pengkajian   mesin  penganyam   kawat,  perencanaan   mesin  penganyam   kawat  strimin,  pembuatan   gambar--: a,  penetapan   jadwal   kerja,   pelaksanaan    pembuatan    mesin.   assembling   mesin,   uji  cob a mesin,   evaluasi   hasil,  dan-    ~-empumaan. Adapun  spesifikasi   mesin  penganyam   kawat  strimin  yang  dibuat  adalah  sebagai  berikut:  panjang   J  000  mm,  lebar  400-    tinggi  J 050 mm, tinggi meja  800 mm. Penggerak  motor  listrik  1 phase.  P=]  PK, n = 1450 rpm. Transmisi:  Puley & belt,-_'::.Jcer,  roda  gigi,  kopling.  Dais  pembentuk   Pitch  60 dan Pitch  40.  Putaran  kerja  50 rpm,  panjang  Meja  anyam  2000 mm,- ~~. meja anyam 890 mm. Berdasarkan   dari hasil kegiatan  ini maka dapat disimpulkan  bahwa  kegiatan  ini sangat bermanfaat am usaha  pengembangan    industri  kecil.  Dari  hasil  uji coba  mesin  penganyam  kawat  yang  dibuat  sudah  dapat  beroperasi~   "-3..i  dengan  permintaan   industri  kecil,  danjika   dilihat  dari hasil kerjanya.  mesin ini lebih cepat  dan hasilnya  lebih baik.

Abstract

The problems of the furniture industry target are about the effectiveness  of the use of wood chisel and bit machine because it hasn't fix machine bench for wood laying and the machine position that not ergonomic.  These  problems make. setting.. time longer, wood position unstable because of unfix bench, the vice easy to broken because  of  instability  of  wood,  imprecision  of  hole  position,  and  the  exhausted operator because of the machine position.The  main  goal of this  voucher  program  is to modify wood  chisel  and  bit machine for preparing the connection between pin and its hole at U.O ..TANGGUH, small scale furniture industry, so that productivity and quality  of the furniture will be improved. For mass production, every step must be done perfectly and carefully  so that every part can be connected  and constructed  correctly.  Because of the reason. above  wood  and  chisel  machine  that  strong,  easy  to  operate.: easy  to  lay  wood accurately, and ergonomic must be developed.                                   ,Wood and chisel machine that be developed has 220 cm length and 30 ernwidth of its bench so that the wood with 200 em length or 'more can be supported accurately  especially  at its parallel position to the machine vice. For operating  the machine easily, the machine bench is made approximately  50 em height, so that the operator  with  sit down  position  can operate  the  machine  without  exhausted.  The wood 'chisel and bit machine can make the hole approximately 7 em depth and 1 ern width.,   The result of the machine performance  test show that the machine  can be. operated easily without exhausted. The hole is easily to be made on wood with 200ern length without setting wood position. The hole position is automatically perpendicular  to the horizontal line of the wood so that in accordance with the hole position  on  the  wood.  There  is  no  vibration  on  bench  and  the  machine.  This condition shows that the construction design is strong enough to the vibration of the motor revolution and the hole feeding.

Abstract

The  goal  of this  research  in research & design on technology   is to produce   video  learning  media  prototype  needed   for  "Tata  Hidang"   (table set-up)  practicum   in Home  Economics,   Food  Management   study  program, Faculty  of Engineering.   The media  production   design  consists  of two parts: the subject matter  design and the video  interactive  program  design.The  subject  matter  design  and  video  interactive   program  design  in­ clude  matters  related  to steps  of selecting  and writing  the  goals  of the  spe­ cial  purpose   program   design,  selecting   and  organizing   program   contents, making  storyboard,   evaluating   storyboard   by experts  and  students,  making revision   based  on  the  results   and  comments    from  the  evaluation   of  the storyboard,   making   detailed   scripts   based   on  the  completed   storyboard, evaluating  and revising  the scripts,  making  the product  ready, taking  the pic­ tures  and  making   adjustments,   and  picture   editing.   Based  on  the  subject matter   and  audio-video   data,  interactive   learning   media   were   produced. There  are four steps, i.e., 1) Setting  requirements   for analysis  system,  2) De­ signing  software system  (algorithms,   Data Flow Diagram, flow  chart), 3) Implementing   the  Coding, and  4)  Evaluating   software system.  Black box testing was  needed  to evaluate  the product.  There  are observations   on out­ puts  (user  interface)  to treat parts  of the  input  regardless   of the process.  In­ ternal  product  validity  (by the researcher)   and  external  validity  (by expert) were tested  to insure the software quality.The result  obtained  is Video  Cassette  Display  of interactive  learningmedia  software  for "Tata  Hidang"  practicum.   The  findings  of the  research are:  1) the software was running  well  based  on internal  validity.  2) the ex­ ternal validity  of the software can be presented  as follows:  competence  mat­ ter   (81,82%),    sub-competence    coverage    (82,95%),    media   page   running (81,98%),   video  playing  (83,77%),   and  audio  hearing  (80,36%).   Based  on these  findings  the software product  for  "Tata  Hidang"  course  can  be used properly.Key words: learning media, interactive video, tata hidang

Abstract

Central Siantan is an area that has great potential in waste management business so that it becomes the center of the establishment of the Wahana Bersama (Mitra I) and Rosella (Mitra II) waste banks. The purpose of this PKM program is to accompany the waste bank: (1) get capital (credit application); (2) having a legal entity, (3) having a banking bookkeeping administration system; (4) Apply science and technology to waste collectors. In general, the PKM program targets garbage banks: (1) Having additional capital in providing facilities and payment for scavengers; (2) Having a legal entity (3) Managing the administration system of banking accounting (4) Increasing the amount of diversification of waste products; (5) There is a marketing gallery of waste products. The implementation of this program is carried out in three stages: 1) the preparation phase (survey the target location, coordinate with partners, plan outreach and training materials, divide the team's tasks according to their fields. Schedule agreements with partners; 2) implementation stage , socialization of the provision of facilities / facilities, conducting counseling, assisting the administration of banking bookkeeping), training in diversification of handicraft products from waste waste); and 3) Monetering and Evaluation Phase both internal and external. The implementation of this PKM runs smoothly, although there are obstacles in time adjustments between the team and partners, but can be overcome by implementation in the afternoon or evening or carried out during holidays.

Abstract

Industrial development in Indonesia is very dynamic, including in the food and beverage industry. So that innovation and facilitation for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are needed to improve the competitiveness of the products produced. SMEs shredded catfish "Indri Marwanti" Mojolaban Sukoharjo, is one of the fisheries product processing industries that have made innovations in shredded catfish products. Starting from the arrangement of facilities and production equipment, the application of good manufacturing practice methods, adaptive use of equipment to improve product quality, to packaging design and labeling on its business products. This activity is intended to implement innovations in increasing the quantity and quality of SME  shredded Catfish "Indri Marwanti" through improving production methods and introducing several equipment and packaging that can improve the quality of shredded catfish so that consumer acceptance and business turnover can increase.

Abstract

Posyandu RW.05 Pondok Manggala is a Posyandu that overshadow the mothers who have a toddler in Balas Klumprik Village Surabaya. Where the entire system from registration to information about counseling, immunization, and visits and routine checks by health officers Reply Klumprik still done manually. The intended manual here is that the delivery is still through the mouth, and the data collection was still with the book. So that becomes an obstacle for the mothers of posyandu cadres here who have difficulties informing, reminding, monitoring, and socializing everything related to activities in Posyandu. Some babies/toddlers have malnutrition are not monitored regularly, only known when the mother and toddler come to posyandu. Therefore, a Posyandu Information System for Klasrik Balas Village was established to help Posyandu cadres in informing, socializing, reminding, and monitoring the development of mothers and their babies who are members of Posyandu RW.05 Pondok Manggala Surabaya.

Abstract

This activity aims to revitalize information technology-based learning materials. The Social Science Teacher Association in the City of Bekasi frequently become the area to promote the information technology-based learning materials from publishers. The position of this Teacher Association seems merely as a distributor of learning material products. For this reason, empowerment of Social Science and Pancasila and Civic Education teachers is conducted in order to produce information technology-based learning materials. The implementation method of this activity begins with focus group discussions (FGD) between the chairman and the committee of  Social Science and Pancasila and Civic Education Teacher Association. The FGD’s results implemented in the form of mentoring program of  Social Science and Pancasila and Civic Education teachers with matter as follows:  (1) designing learning materials, (2) introduction to information technology, (3) create information technology-based learning materials, (4) create Edmodo online application and Appgeyser application, and (5) produce information technology-based learning materials.The outcome of the activities is in the form of information technology-based learning materials. The learning materials developed represent all Basic Competencies from 7th, 8th and 9th grades both in Social Sciences and Pancasila and Civic Education.
