Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) in Indragiri Hulu, Riau, aims to enhance parenting skills based on compassion through non-formal education programs. The primary issue addressed is the low quality of traditional parenting practices, which often lack emphasis on communication and emotional closeness between parents and children. This program aims to equip parents with effective parenting skills, foster harmonious family relationships, and support children’s optimal development. The method employed is a community-based training approach, including mentoring sessions and group discussions. The formation of Parenting Support Groups (PSG) is one of the key innovations, providing a platform for parents to share experiences and mutual support. Additionally, the use of digital technology enables sustained access to parenting information. The program successfully transformed traditional parenting patterns into practices rooted in compassion and emotional attentiveness. Parents gained a better understanding of their children’s needs, resulting in closer relationships and a supportive family environment. PSG strengthened social networks, enhanced community solidarity, and promoted the sustainability of positive parenting practices. This program significantly impacts the creation of harmonious families and communities more attentive to children's well-being. Through community-based and technology-supported approaches, the program contributes to sustainable social change and improved quality of life for the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the school environmental program in raising the awareness of students at SMP Negeri 1 Pardasuka about their environment. The background of this research is the importance of environmental awareness to anticipate environmental changes worldwide. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews with the Student Affairs Representative of SMP Negeri 1 Pardasuka and direct observation. The research results show that school environmental programs such as greening programs, hydroponics, and contextual learning effectively increase students' environmental awareness. The conclusion of this research is that school environmental programs need to be conducted sustainably and systematically to enhance students' environmental awareness. This research contributes to the development of effective and sustainable environmental education strategies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang penerapan pendekatan diferensiasi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Saraik untuk menggali efektivitas, kepuasan siswa, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi pendekatan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan pendekatan diferensiasi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan differensiasi pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan keterlibatan siswa. Meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam implementasinya, seperti keterbatasan waktu, beban kerja guru yang meningkat, dan keterbatasan sumber daya, manfaat yang diperoleh dari pendekatan ini signifikan. Untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan pendekatan differensiasi, diperlukan dukungan yang kuat dari pihak sekolah, peningkatan pelatihan bagi guru, serta keterlibatan aktif dari orang tua. Dengan komitmen yang kuat dan kerjasama dari semua pihak, pendekatan differensiasi dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, mendukung perkembangan individual siswa, dan memaksimalkan potensi belajar mereka.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari motivasi dan efikasi diri guru terhadap kinerja mereka di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi sekitar 83 guru penggerak di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik antara efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru penggerak di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat efikasi diri, semakin baik kinerja dalam mengajar, dan seterusnya. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 4,35, dengan tingkat respon sekitar 86,92%. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan yang mencolok dalam hal motivasi terkait pekerjaan terhadap kinerja guru penggerak di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Hasilnya menunjukkan tren positif, dengan rata-rata 4,43 dan tingkat respons sebesar 88,51 persen. Terdapat juga perbedaan yang signifikan dalam hal motivasi terkait pekerjaan dan efikasi diri terkait kinerja guru penggerak di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how implementation of mathematics learning in the independent curriculum has changed. The method used in this research is a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that at the planning stage of mathematics learning in the Independent Change Curriculum, it has been implemented well and structured, including teachers analyzing learning outcomes, formulating learning objectives, creating a flow of learning, and creating teaching modules that contain components in accordance with the modules in the curriculum Independent. The implementation of mathematics learning in the independent and changing curriculum has gone quite well, and in the learning, the teacher prepares the class to be comfortable and conducive. Students are actively involved in the learning process, teacher master the learning material well, but in terms of the use of learning media, it needs to be varied and adapted to the characteristics of the students. The evaluation of mathematics learning in the independent curriculum changed to using three assessments, namely diagnostic assessment, formative assessment and summative assessment. Abstract

Strict parenting is a cultural parenting style that is trending to be used in family education today as a consequence of the cultural heritage of family education in the classical era which was inherited and handed down pedagogically to today's parents. Strict parenting is seen as contributing to the process of forming children's social competence. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a library study approach by collecting library materials that are deemed relevant and in accordance with the themes in this research. The results of this research show that the application of strict parenting carried out by parents towards children causes children to become closed, not/less able to communicate, and not skilled at adapting to new social environments. This is because children are not involved/not involved in making important decisions related to choices in their lives, this has implications for children failing to find the meaningfulness and value of the activities they do and/or do. Children do not have a sense of responsibility for the activities they do, because from the start they feel they are not involved in the decision-making process for the activities they do. Strict parenting produces children as objects and not as subjects who grow and develop in finding their identity. Keywords: Strict Parenting, Social Competence, Children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk mitigasi bencana banjir untuk anak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan metode narative literatur review. Teknik pengumpulan data bersumber dari jurnal internasional berbasis data scopus, dengan menentukan kata kunci flood AND disaster AND mitigation AND in AND children dalam rentan waktu 4 tahun terakhir (2020-2024) di daptkan 15 jurnal, Pemilihan literatur selanjutnya dilakukan dengan menetapkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, sehingga didaptkan 3 artikel pada jurnal yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil analisis didapatkan beberapa indikator yang perlu diperhatikan, dalam merancang mitigasi bencana banjir pada anak dalam satuan lembaga pendidikan, yaitu: (1) Integrasi mitigasi bencana banjir kedalam kurikulum (2) Penggunaan permainan, media dan metode interaktif dua arah dengan pendekatan Hands-On, (3) Emergency Planning (4) Simulasi dan pelatihan kedaruratan, dan (5) Terdapat tanda kedaruratan pada fasilitas sekolah dan rumah tangga.

Abstract

Tidak adanya minat, komitmen, dan pemahaman dari berbagai pihak terkait seperti guru, orang tua, dan peserta didik sering menyebabkan sekolah tidak berkarakter. Banyak sekolah menemukan bahwa mereka tidak memiliki pendekatan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai karakter yang diinginkan, yang menyebabkan ketidakjelasan dalam penerapannya. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan dan mengidetifikasi bagaimana strategi menciptakan sekolah yang berkarakter di Indonesia. Hal ini sangat penting karena sistem Pendidikan yang di terapkan di Indonesia belum mampu secara efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data dengan cara menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi konten dari berbagai sumber yang berhubungan dengan “Menciptakan sekolah berkarakter.” Proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui Teknik dokumentasi, yang mencakup membaca text reading, dengan cara mengkaji, mempelajari dan mencatat literatur yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa menciptakan sekolah berkarakter harus menjadi bagian intregral dari kurikulum sekolah. Sekolah sangat wajib dan perlu menerapkan Pendidikan berkarakter yang bermoral secara praktis dan mengembangkan figur teladan di kalangan guru dan peserta didik. Selain itu, penting juga melibatkan masyarakat dan keluarga dalam proses menciptakan sekolah berkarakter, sehingga Pendidikan yang berdasarkan karakter dapat berjalan efektif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan kata lain Pendidikan karakter yang ada disekolah mampu membangun peserta didik yang berkualitas dan dapat mengurangi perilaku negatif terhadap peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract An educational institution is greatly influenced by the quality of its quality so that it is known by the community and has an important influence so that the educational institution is attracted by the community to entrust their children to get a good education, therefore researchers are interested in conducting research on the Leadership of School Principals in Improving Quality Education at SD Negeri 14 Penukal. The principal as a leader in an educational institution must have the skills and understand the role he must play for the progress of the school he leads. The progress and decline of an educational institution are greatly influenced by the role of the principal, especially in improving the quality of education in the educational institution he leads, therefore a principal must have appropriate qualifications to enhance the quality of education in the school he leads, by understanding his duties as a leader. The principal can exercise leadership to create a school that is of high quality and has various other achievements. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with descriptive analysis techniques, namely describing the leadership of school principals to improve the quality of education, supported by evidence of the correctness of existing data. The research aims to find out how school principals carry out their functions in improving the quality of education and to find out how school achievement can be achieved. It is hoped that in the future, after conducting research, it can become reference material for policymakers, especially school principals, in improving the quality of education in the educational institutions they lead. Abstract

The capacity of the principal in transformational leadership is essential to motivate and improve the professionalism of teachers in the classroom. The purpose of this study is to find out how transformational leadership improves teacher professionalism in SD Negeri 7 Talang Ubi. The principal as a leader plays many roles in the sustainability of the quality of education in schools. In their capacity as educators, teachers play a crucial role in interacting with and serving pupils. Transformational leadership is when a leader is considered to bring solutions to keep up with changing times. Methods used in This research are qualitative by collecting data through several techniques such as interviews, documentation, and field observations the triangulation method in this study. The collected data is then reduced according to the focus of the research, analyzed, and concluded. The principal, vice principal, teachers, and other staff members participated in this study. Current results show that transformational leadership is the most effective characteristic of a leader. By applying transformational leadership values, teachers' motivation to improve competence and professionalism increases by participating in various routine school activities, providing opportunities for teachers to express their opinions and direct teachers in their work positively impacting teacher behaviors.
