Abstract

Abstrac : Banking problem in Indonesia is complicated. In the middle of 1997, when it was monetary crisis and performance of bank decreased. Banking monetary condition was related to the fall of Rupiah exchange rate toward US Dollar. This research aimed to find out business condition rate through CAMEL ratio and Altman method, it was also to compare the result of those methods. The data used was primary data that direct interview to employee and secondary data in form of report data. To analyze the healthiness of a company, this research used quantitative analysis. To analyze data, it used capital, asset, earning and liquidation analysis by Z-score formula. The result showed that Riau Bank was in good condition by using CAMEL ratio, while by using Altman method showed 1,84 which was in grey area. This was because the business that has been running by Riau Kepri Capem Panam was in small scale.Key word : Capital, Asset, Earning, Likuidasi, Altman Method

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the problem of low student learning outcomes in science teaching fourth grade students of SDN 70 Balai Makam with an average grade of 60.92. The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes IPA fourth grade students of SD Negeri 70 Hall Tomb Mandau sub Bengkalis, through the application of participatory learning models, Active, Creative, Effective, and menyenagkan (PAKEM). This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, one cycle will be done twice action research. As for the improvement of learning outcomes that have been conducted by Researchers in the first cycle and the second cycle in science lessons can be concluded, that the learning models of participatory, active, creative, effective, and menyenagkan (PAKEM) can improve learning outcomes IPA fourth grade students of SD Negeri 70 Balai Makam Mandau Bengkalis districts. This is evident from the increase is in the average student learning outcomes Increased 60.92 to 74.82 in the first cycle and a significant increase is in cycle II with an average of 87.85. This success is supported by the readiness of teachers in designing learning and the learning process is Carried out According to plan. Reviews These results indicate that the application of PAKEM learning models can improve learning outcomes IPA fourth grade students of SD Negeri 70 Balai Makam.Key Words: Learning Model PAKEM Learning Outcomes IPA

Abstract

Abstract: this research aimed at knowing values of education character in dorama one litre of tears. This research used some theories form MEXT (2012), Thomas Lickona (1998), and David McCullough (2010). The used method was qualitative descriptive. The object was a Japanese drama called One Litre of Tears. The result shows us there are values of character education in form of value of wholehearted, value of friendship, value of thank and respect, value of family respect, value of responsibility, value of nature respect and value of live respect. Those values appeared by involving moral knowledge, moral awareness, and moral action as part of character which affect each others.Keywords: Values, Education Character, Moral

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase creativity in children aged 4-5 years through playing playdough in KB Desa Mutiara Kasih Village Koto Perambahan District Kampar East Kampar Regency. This study is kind studies using action research or (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action planning, observation / evaluation and reflection. Subject empirically n are children aged 4-5 years who are 16 children in KB Mutiara Kasih. The research data obtained through observation and data analysis was done by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research shows that playing playdough can boost creativity in children aged 4-5 years. It can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of the creativity of children in the first cycle by 6 2.2% which is the criteria began to develop (MB) and an increase of 31% in the second cycle to 81.4% which is very good at developing criteria (BSB). So, play playdough can improve creativity of children aged 4-5 years in KB Desa Mutiara Kasih Village Koto Perambahan Kampar East District Kampar Regency.Keywords : Creativity, Playing Playdough

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Based the results of observations conducted by researchers in the field at extracurricular activities, the researchers found that the problem is still the lack of explosive power (power) limb muscle on extracurricular activities of students who take the long jump. Based on the existing problems, the researchers aim to provide a form of exercise that can increase power and administration Exercise intensive program. In this study the authors only focus on one form of exercise that exercises power drill speed single leg hop for this exercise has never been applied to students' extracurricular SMP 6 Siak Hulu.This study used an experimental method, in order to determine the effect of exercise. Thus the experimental research method can be interpreted as the research methods used to find a specific treatment effect against the other in uncontrolled conditions. The first step taken is to Pree-test is a test to measure the long jump long jump before trained its power. Subsequently the samples were treated namely practice speed single leg hops. Then do the final test is the post-test with the long jump test, to see if there is increased after a given treatment.Data were analyzed descriptively, then further testing research hypotheses have been proposed to fit the problem is: there is influence of plyometrics exercises single leg hop speed significantly to the results of long jump squat style. Based on t test analysis produces Tcount of 9.12 and Ttable of 1.83. Means that Tcount> Ttable. It can be concluded that H0 rejected Ha accepted. So it can be summed up as follows: there is a single leg exercise speed influence on the results of the long jump hop style squat extracurricular SMP 6 Siak Hulu.Keyword : Exercise single leg speed hop, power

Abstract

Abstract: This research was classroom action research that aims to improve learning process and to increase student mathematics achievement with applied the learning model of Problem Based Learning. The subject of this research is student of class X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru in academic years 2017/2018, which amounted to 36 students, consist of 17 boys and 19 girls. The research consist of two cycles, each cycle has four stages, which are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instruments of data collection in this research were observation sheets and students mathematic tests. The observation sheets were analyzed in qualitative desciptive, while the students mathematic tests were analyzed in quantitative descriptive. The qualitative descriptive showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first and second cycle. Most of students were very confidenced and actived in learning process, such as while they were finished mathemathic’s problems that given, presenting the result of problems and giving the conclusion of learning. The results of this study indicate the number of students who reached Minimum Mastery Criteria of knowledge increase from basic score to quiz-I and quiz-II. The results of this research showed an increasing number of students learning mathematics about knowledge of the basic score (16,7%) to the first quiz (44,4%) to the second quiz (55,6%). For the skills of basic score the first quiz (30,6%) to the second quiz (50%), thus it can be concluded that the application of Problem Based Learning can improve learning process and increase mathematics achievement from the students at class X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru in academic years 2017/2018 for the subject rational and irrational inequalities and linear equations of three variables.Key Words: Students’ Mathematic Achievement, Problem Based Learning, Class Action Research

Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this study is still lack of speed at the time of kicks on kumite athletes karate junior son tassel chevron. Based on these problems the authors give the form of mawashi geri exercise with load. This study was conducted to find out how much influence mawashi geri practice with the burden of kicking speed on kumite athlete karate junior son frame chevron, so that at the time of attack kicks get maximum kick results. This type of research is experimental with one group pretest-posttest design research. The population in this study is the kumite karate junior son of framework chevron 4 men. The sampling technique used is total sampling, where the entire population of 4 people is sampled. With a kick-speed skill test instrument, a descriptive analysis and normality test using liliefors test at a significant level of α (0.05) resulted in a pretest average kick rate of 16.25. Furthermore, given mawashi geri training with load for 16 times meeting at kumite junior karate athlete 4 fraction chevron man. Then performed posttest speed kick mawashi geri yielded an average of 19.75. Based on the results of pretest and posttest data analysis there is a difference in numbers which increased by 3.5. From t test analysis yield Thitung equal to 5,468 and Ttable equal to 2,353 mean tcount> ttable. It can be concluded that mawashi geri practice with load influences on the result of increased kick speed at kumite athlete karate junior son of tassel chevron.Keywords: Mawashi Geri, kick speed

Abstract

Abstract: This pre-experimental research aimed to find out whether there is a significant effect of chain story on the ability of the second year students of SMAN 5 Pekanbaru in writing narrative text. This research was conducted by using one-group pre-test post-test design. Class XI IPA 5 was chosen as the sample by using cluster random sampling. A paired samples t-test was conducted to compare the students’ writing score before and after the treatment and to analyze the hypotheses. The result showed that the t-test score was 17.148 while t-table score in significance level 5%, df= 34 was 2.032. Since t-test was higher than t-table, it can be concluded that alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. It can be further understood that chain story has a significant effect on the ability of the second year students of SMAN 5 Pekanbaru in writing narrative texts. Based on the research findings, it is suggested that chain story can be used by teachers in teaching writing narrative text.Key Words: Effect, Chain Story, Writing, Narrative Text

Abstract

Abstract : this study aimed to determine the effect of group guidance service on stress levels the female inmates (non drug cases) at pekanbaru children’s correctional institution. The research method used in this research pre experimental method using The One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The research wa done twice before the experiment (pre test) and after experiment (post test) with one group of subject. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analytic. Subjects in this study were selected using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method amounting to 7 non-drug users of non-drug cases. This research was conducted by providing group guidance service for 5 meetings. The analysis was used Wilcoxon test. The result showed significant influence of group guidance service to stress levels (Asymp. Sign obtained at 0,043 where 0,043 < 0,05 = signicficant).Keyword : Stress, Group Guidance, Women Inmates

Abstract

Abstract: This research was based on the condition of learners in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City. The research problem was whether the motivation that encourages learners followed the Package B Program in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City?. The purpose of this research was to determine the motivation that encourages learners followed the Package B Program in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City. The population in this research as many as 30 people learners the program package B in PKBM Pelita Riau, then the sample of this research was 30 people and 20 people sample trial. The sample used was a saturated sample. The data completion instrument was a questionnaire with 67 statements and after the trial live 60 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data Analysis through Quantitative Descriptive analysis. From the calculation of the percentage of answers findings research motivation Learners Followed the Package B Program in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City is extrinsic motivation with percentage value (SB + B) 77.74% This means that external motivation has a high influence on the learners Following Program package B in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Motivation, Student Learning, Package B Program,CLC Pelita Riau
