Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to improve the learning process and improve learning outcomes mathematicsin third grade students of SDN 67 Pematang Pudu by applying the model of Learning Direct. The subjects were third-grade students who have academic ability heterogeneous. This research is a class act with two cycles. Each cycle consisted of three meetings and one at each end of the cycle UH and has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of observational studies showed the teachers and students sheets activities have done after the action. An increase in the number of students who achieved KKM in UH in the end of each cyclecompare to the number of students who achieve a score of KKM on base. The results of this study showed that the application of direct instructional model can improve the process of learning and improving learning outcomes mathematics in third grade students of SDN 67 Pematang Pudu Mandau District in the odd semester of the academic year 2013/2014.  Keywords: Learning Process, Mathematics Learning Outcomes, Learning Direct, classroom action research

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to produce student worksheet based on contextual to form science literacy that valid. Benefits of this research is the product can be used as teaching material teacher guide, increaseknowledge of science , guiding students in self-development as well as providing literacy skills of science and students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D). Method steps include potentials and problems, literature and information review, product design, validation, and proven design. The result of the research shows the validity of LKS stucture is 100% with High category. In the validity of the contents of the LKS done twice with the results of the first validation of 76, 83% with high category but not valid because there are still indicators Low category. After making the improvement, the second validation result is 80.08% with High category. The Student Worksheet is declared valid and suitable for use by the school as a teaching material and is recommended to continue the research in the form of application as a trial to the school with the manufacture of mass products.Keywords: Student Worsksheet, Contextual Learning, Sciene Literacy

Abstract

Abstract : This research was motivated by the low learning activities of PPKn students of class VIII in Pekanbaru State Middle School 14. The formulation of the research problem is "Is there influence on the use of Verbal Soccer learning strategies on the eighth grade students' PPKn learning activities in Pekanbaru State Middle School 14?". This study was to determine the effect of the use of Verbal Soccer learning strategies on the learning activities of PPKn students of class VIII in Pekanbaru State Middle School 14. This research was conducted at Pekanbaru State Middle School 14 in August to September 2018. This research is an experimental quantitative descriptive study, the population in this study is class VIII Pekanbaru State Middle School 14. The sample in this study was taken based on the "Random Sampling" technique. Where the class taken as a sample is class VIII 3 (experimental class) given the Verbal Football learning strategy, and class VIII 5 (control class) are students who are given the conventional method. Then the data analysis using the homogeneity test and the "t" test. Based on the results of the study, there is an influence of learning activities between students who use the Verbal Football learning strategy and conventional methods in Pekanbaru State Middle School 14 (t_ (count = 3.11)> t_ (table = 1.99)). Where there is an increase in the average learning activities of the experimental class PPKn from 81.44% to 81.98% and the average learning activity of the control class PPKn from 52.06% to 69.97%. . Thus the hypothesis which states that there is an influence on the use of Verbal Soccer learning strategies on the learning activities of PPKn students of class VIII in Pekanbaru State Middle School 14, is acceptable.Keywords: Verbal Football, Activity

Abstract

Abstract: This study explains about the relationship of usage of final-sentence particle or shuujoshi yo on the imperative and negative imperative sentence in Japanese language and politeness strategy. The purpose of the research is to describe the use of sentence final-particle yo as a politeness strategy in Face Threatening Act (FTA). The data are imperative and negative imperative sentences that was collected from several dialogue in Japanese drama entitled Wakamonotachi. Theory of function and the use of sentence final-particle yo from Masuoka (1991) and Face Threatening Act (FTA)‟s theory and politeness strategy from Brown & Levinson (1987) are applied to analysis with qualitative descriptive approach. It has been found that sentence final-particle yo can be used on imperative and negative imperative sentence to avoid Face Threatening Act (FTA). The final-sentence can also be used to express the speaker‟s attitude to the listener that described politeness strategy.Key Words: Shuujoshi, final-sentence particle, imperative, Face Threatening Act (FTA), politeness strategy

Abstract

ABSTRACT, Problems in this study originated from the observation or observation by the author in the field, that the level of physical fitness of students at SDN 2 Lubuk Muda still low. Many factors lead to low levels of physical fitness that include nutritional status. So the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutritional status and physical fitness level of students at SDN 2 Lubuk Muda. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study all students at SDN 2 Lubuk Muda, amounting to as many as 119 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Thus the sample in this study amounted to as many as 46 people, with details of 26 male students and 20 female students. The data collected by measuring the two variables. for nutritional status by testing antrophometri. Meanwhile, to obtain data on physical fitness physical fitness tests Indonesia. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation. Based on the analysis of data obtained relationship with the nutritional status of students' physical fitness level 2 Lubuk Muda Elementary School, for the son obtained rhitung 0.436> 0.388 rtabel, female students obtained rhitung 0.477> 0.444 rtabel, and accepted as true empirically. This means that there is a significant relationship (significant) between nutritional status and physical fitness accepted as true by the real (empirical).Keywords : nutritional status, physical fitness

Abstract: From the observation of researchers in the field in the women’s volleyball team SVC Pekanbaru. Weakness in the players in the exercise as well as in volleyball competition, that was infirmnity explosive power in the leg was bloking. There was apparent when performing blocking often did not fit of hands.There was also at the time of blocking the opponent simply smashed the ball into the field and missed a team SVC. The purpose of this research was the researchers wanted to know the effect of excercise rocket jump and incremental vertical hop on leg muscle explosive power volleyball SVC Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 12 peoples. Instrument in this study was vertical jump. Test data collection techniques with normality test α=0,05 thitung 4,32 > ttabel 2,015, homogeniteity test α=0,05 thitung 2,02 > ttabel 2,015 , hypothesis test α=0,05 thitung 6,98 > ttabel 1,812. It can be concluded tha there are significant excercise of rocket jump and incremental vertical and incremental vertical hop against the leg muscle explosive power in women’s volleyball SVC Pekanbaru.Keywords: explosive power, rocket jump, incrementala vertical hop

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine the influence of the full day school learning system on the learning outcomes of XI-grade students in economic subjects at Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru. The population in this study was all class XI students at 12 Pekanbaru State High School amounting to 168 students. This research uses simple random sampling technique which is the sampling of population members carried out randomly without regard to the strata in the population with the amount of 118 students being sampled. Data was collected using a questionnaire about the full day school that was distributed to respondents and requested a list of the grades of social science class XI economy class subjects for student learning outcomes. Data analysis uses simple linear regression test data analysis with a significant rate of 5%. Based on the results of full day school influence contributes to the student learning outcomes of 42.7% while the remainder of 57.3% is influenced by other factors that are not researched in this study.Key Words: Full Day School, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : This type of research is a class act. According Suharsimi et al (2006) action research (PTK) is the research done in the classroom with the aim of improving the quality of teaching practices. In this case that is the subject of this study is children early childhood Epta Pandau Siak Hulu Selangor District totaling as many children as many as 19 people including 13 women and 6 men. The data was collected using observation and documentation. Based on the survey results revealed that 1) the ability to recognize the concept of the number of children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Epta Siak Hulu district Kampar before playing popsicle stick berkriteria less meaning in the classical or the general concept of the ability to know how many children have grown. After playing popsicle stick in the first cycle and the second berkriteria good means for classical or general ability to recognize the concept of the number of children has grown very well. 2) Play ice cream sticks can improve the ability to know the concept of the number of children aged 4-5 years in early childhood Epta Siak Hulu district of Kampar regency. 3 In the hypothesis testing that can be gained from an increase in each cycle. Where an increase in the ability to recognize the concept of the number obtained before taking action to increase the cycle of 12.9%. While the increase in the ability to recognize the concept of the number of the first cycle to the second cycle of 53.6%.Key Word: the concept of number , medium ice cream sticks

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a pre-experimental research conducted by using a pre-test – treatment – post-test design which used one group pretest-posttest design. The objectives of this research is to find out whether wholesome scattering game is effective to improve the ability of the first year students of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru in the Academic Year 2016/2017 in writing descriptive text. The population of this research was 372 of the First Year Students of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru and cluster sampling method was used to select one class of students to become the sample. As a result, X MIPA 5 of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru which is total number of the students of class is 35 students were chosen as the sample. The data of this research were collected by giving the writing test about descriptive text (pretest-posttest) to the students. Data were analyzed by using t-test formula. The results of data analysis showed the mean score of pretest was 52.57 and the mean score of posttest was 66.16. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is significant difference between pre-test and post-test because the t-test observed was higher than t-table. In other words, the alternative hypothesis of this research was accepted and null hypothesis was rejected. It also meant that, wholesome scattering game is a technique for teaching that gave a good effect on the ability of the first year students of SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru in writing descriptive texts.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the observations of researchers at TK Pertiwi Pekanbaru City on the ability to recognize the concept of child numbers not yet developing optimally. So research needs to be done to optimize the ability to recognize the concept of numbers using flashcard game media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of flashcard playing media on the ability to recognize the number concepts of children aged 5-6 years. The study used an experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design design with a sample of 20 children. Data collection technique is observation with an observation sheet. The data analysis technique used the t-test using I.BM SPSS statistical ver 20. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the tcount was 4.507, greater than ttable = 2.093 with sig 0.000 < 0.05. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the flashcard media on the ability to recognize the number concept of children aged 5-6 years at TK Pertiwi Pekanbaru City by 16.06%.
