Journal Lisanuna: The present this journal is a place for lecturers in the Departement of Arabic Language Education Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers and Lecturers of UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh to general channel their ideas the study of Arabic and learning, as well as observers forum and Arabic educational practitioners to distribute writing, ideas study and insights, both from within the UIN Ar-Raniry campus environment and from outside UIN Ar-Raniry campus, including Arabic teachers at Madrasah and Public School. Currently, there is still minimal media to facilitate Arabic scientific articles studying Arabic and learning. The Journal Lisanuna Departement Arabic Language Education Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher UIN Ar-Raniry wishes contribute to study of Arabic studies and learning too.

Abstract

معهد التربية الإسلامية تنجكو شيك عمر ديان احدى المؤسسات التربوية الإسلامية بإندونيسيا بحيث يطبق التعليم والتعلّم فيه باللغة العربية والإنجليزية على الطريقة الحديثة.  وهو مشهور باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية حيث تستخدمهما الطلبة كلغة التكلم والمحادثة ولغة التعليم في أيامهم اليومية. واللغة العربية هي ألفاظ التي يعبّر بها العرب عن أغراضهم، وقد وصلت إلينا من طريق النقل. وحفظ الله لنا القرآن الكريم والأحاديث الشريفة، وما رواه الثقات من منثور العرب ومنظومهم. كان أولياء الفصول هم المكلفون في غرس اللغة العربية أحسن التأسيس وأحسن التربية والتعليم حتى أصبحت لغتهم العربية صحيحة وجيّدة ولهم كذلك دور كبير في إصلاح لغتهم. أن دور أولياء الفصول في ترقية اللغة العربية للطلبة تكون ذا أهمية عظيمة. فأخذ الباحث نوعية بحثه عن الدراسة الميدانية أو استخدم الباحث لهذا البحث نوع الدراسة الوصفية الكيفية وهي طريقة في التصوير عن أحوال المعلومات  والأحوال المتعلقة بالمسألة المعينة بتقريب الدراسة الكيفية لنيل البيانات القيمة النظرية ليس الأرقام من الاحصاءات. إن البيانات في الدراسة الوصفية الكيفية تكون من الكلمات المكتوبة والمنطوقة وكذلك من سلوك الملاحظة. وأما البيانات المحتاجة ومصادرها في هذا البحث فهو: النظرة العامة عن معهد التربية الإسلامية تنجكو شيك عمر ديان، تؤخذ هذه البيانات من الوثائق المكتوبة.

Abstract

The using Google Meet as a new platform for the learning process and the obstacles for teachers and students when using it.This research aims to discover: 1) Learning process of Nahwu Study via Google Meet in Ma’had Khadimul Haramain Asy-Syarifain Banda Aceh. 2) Problems faced by teachers and students in learning Nahwu Study via Google Meet in Ma’had Khadimul Haramain Asy-Syarifain Banda Aceh. This research is of analytical descriptive type. Samples of this research are 56 girl students from Akhwat class. The research methods employed are direct observation and interviews. The results of this research are: 1) Learning process of Nahwu Study in Ma’had Khadimul Haramain Asy-Syarifain Banda Aceh implement the direct method, lecturing method, reading method, question-and-answer, and deductive method, which means Nahwu learning method by explaining the rules first followed by examples. Teachers also utilize Power Point to explain I’rab materials, Microsoft Word as a whiteboard, Google to search for sources for pictures of difficult Mufradat, and a PDF book of Arabic language as the source materials of Nahwu Study. However, problems faced by teachers in teaching Nahwu via Google Meet are: 1) Internet connection 2) difficulty in supervising students 3) passive students 4) difficulty in evaluating the study. Furthermore, problems faces by students in learning Nahwu via Google Meet are : 1) internet connection 2) internet quota 3) lack of learning focus 4) lack of learning spirit 5) difficulty in understanding the lessons 6) too many students in one class.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a difference between student learning outcomes before and after being given treatment using pictures and words. It is assumed that there is a significant difference, as formulated in the research hypothesis that there is a significant difference between the increase in maharah kitabah for students after being given treatment using the picture and word method. The sample taken by the researchers amounted to 36 students. Data was collected by using the methods of interviews, observation, experiments, documentation, and tests. So far, the process of learning Arabic in class VII SMP YPP Nurul Huda Surabaya at maharah kitabah has been carried out using the Imla' method. So in this study, to increase the maharah of the book, the image and word media method was used. The aims of this study were (1) to determine the ability of the Arabic book maharah in the seventh grade students of YPP Nurul Huda School before the research was conducted. (2) To find out and describe the implementation of Arabic language learning in the maharah kitabah through the media of pictures and words in Class VII students of SMP YPP Nurul Huda Surabaya. (3) To find out and describe the increase in maharah kitabah in Grade VII students of SMP YPP Nurul Huda Surabaya. In this research, the writer uses quantitative data analysis method by using Mann – Whitney test with SPSS application. From the calculation results, it is found that the mean rank of the pre test is 24.01, and the mean rank of the post test is 48.99. This shows that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of maharah kitabah students in the experimental group before and after being given treatment using pictures and words.

Abstract

According to the researcher’s on Arabic teaching conducted in the class X-l MAN 4 Pidie Jaya the students  were able to speak Arabic well. They perceived that speaking Arabic was difficult. In addition, the teachers who taught the Arabic did not use the appropriate  methods . As a result, the students were not engaged and felt bored during the teaching and learning process. The students were sleeping, playing and annoying their  friends. The team teaching method is a method to fix all problems that occur both sides in students and teachers in the learning process. The aim of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of using team teaching method in improving students’ speaking ability and to find out student’s responses  of using team teaching method in improving students’ speaking ability. The research method used was a pre experiment with one group pre test post test design. The research used pre-test and post test as well as ‘questionnaire as data collection instruments. The research found that the use of team teaching method was effective to increase students’ speaking ability.Furthermore, it was found that the result of T-Test calculation was bigger than T-Table 2,04<9,280<2,75. The result of student’s response sheets indicates that students have positive perception toward the use of team teaching method in speaking teaching. It was reflected in the student’s scrores in which 95,5% of them who interested in  the  teaching of speaking using team teaching method.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the common errors in reading Arabic texts among students and to identify their causes. As for the research method, the researcher used a descriptive analytical method. Observation, interview, and documentation were used to collect data. After the researcher carried out the scientific research, I found that the common mistakes of the learner in reading Arabic texts are divided into two types, namely, grammatical errors and morphological errors. Grammatical errors were the most frequent errors in reading Arabic texts, with a total of 117, with a percentage of 92.12%, and morphological errors, totaling 10, with a percentage of 7,87%. The factors that cause common mistakes in the learner’s reading of Arabic texts consist of several factors, namely lack of knowledge of rules, neglect of rules, unwillingness in the Arabic language and lack of reading Arabic texts.

Abstract

Behaviorist-Structural theory is one of the important theories in language learning. This theory is a meeting between behavioral theory in psychology and structuralist theory in linguistics. The combination of these two theories not only creates new principles and views, but also has an impact on the development of language learning, especially second languages. This study aims to describe the behavioralist-structural theory view and its application in Arabic learning. This research is a conceptual study using descriptive-qualitative method. The results of the study show that several learning models that can be applied based on the Behaviorist-Structuralist view are: 1) Repetition of speech and conversation in Arabic, 2) Practice repeating speech with replaced isim/fi'il, 3) Practice expanding sentences patterns, and 4) Exercises for manipulation of isim/fi'il sentences. According to the behavioralist-structuralist view, the teacher and the environment play a major role in the success of learning Arabic as a second language, both in the formal (school) and informal environment (home/family).

Abstract

مرحلة التخطيط مهمة للمعلمين كمديرين في برنامج تعليمي لتحقيق أهداف تعليمي. كامفونج عرب كيبومين خاصة لمجتمع عامة التي فيها بأهداف مختلفة، تعني عامل تمديد و طالب ومعلم وعمال اندونيسيين وغير ذلك. لأن ذلك للاهتمام إجراء بحث لتعريف كيفية المدير التعليمي في الاستعداد أو التخطيط التعلم لمجتمع عامة التي فيها بأهداف مختلفة وعمله 14 أيام فقط. هذا البحث له هدفان هما؛ (1) لمعرفة إدارة تخطيط تعلم اللغة العربية في كامفونج عرب كيبومين؛ (2) لمعرفة المشكلة التي يواجهها المعلم عند تخطيط تعليم اللغة العربية وحلّه. استخدم هذا البحث بمنهج البحث النوعي. موقع البحث في كامفونج عرب كيبومين بمعهد الاستقامة في قرية تانجونجساري كيبومين بجاوى الوسطى. تحليل البحث بثلاثة تحليلات للبيانات، وهي؛ تقليل البيانات وعرض البيانات واستخلاص النتائج.  ونتائج البحث لهذا البحث تعني؛ (1) إدارة تخطيط تعلم اللغة العربية في كامفونج عرب كيبومين هي: تخطيط الدراسة و خطة الدراسة (silabus dan RPP )، وحدة التعلم لكامفونج عرب كيبومين 1 و 2 و 3، طريقة التدريس، وسائل التدريس. (2) المشكلة التي يواجهها المعلم حيث أن قدرات الطلبة مختلفة. والحل لهذه المشكلة هو بأخذ المواد الموجودة في المستوى المتوسط.

Abstract

The title of this research is "Comparison between the use of the Small Group Discussion Method and the PQ4R Method to Improve Students' Ability to Understand Reading at Dayah Darul Ihsan Aceh Besar". The researcher choose this title because most of students face difficulties in understanding what is read when reading the text, and they talk to each other and do not pay attention to the teacher when teaching reading. The cause of this problem is that the teacher does not use the right method in teaching reading skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of the Small Group Discussion Method and the PQ4R Method, and to determine the results of the use of the Small Group Discussion Method and the PQ4R Method in improving students' reading comprehension skills. The population in this study were students of Ma'had Darul Ihsan grade 2 MTsS totaling 256 students. And the samples used were class VIII B (experimental class) which amounted to 33 students, and class VIII C (control class) which amounted to 33 students. The tools used by researchers to collect data are test instruments, namely pre-test and post-test questions, with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques, paired sample T-test, and independent sample T-test, using the SPSS 20 program. And the results This research is the use of the Small Group Discussion method and the PQ4R method effectively to improve students' ability to understand reading. And there is a comparison between the use of the Small Group Discussion method and the PQ4R method to improve students' reading comprehension skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the students’ responses and to measure the effectiveness of the use of question and answer card media on student learning outcome in qiraah learning at Daru Al-Saa'dah Islamic boarding school. The research method used is experimental research with a two-group design, namely the experimental group in the form of question and answer card media treatment and the control group that is not treated in the form of question and answer card media, The instrument used to collect data in the form of qiraah test questions given to the group experimental and control groups. The results showed that the use of question and answer card media was effective in improving the ability of Daru Al-Saa'dah students in reading skills, this was evident from the results of the t-test by using SPSS programs where the t-count value showed a number greater than the t-table.

Abstract

Bahasa Arab adalah bahasa agama yang berfungsi untuk memahami Al-Qur’an dan sunnah, mempelajarinya adalah fardhu ‘ain dan fardhu kifayah bagi setiap muslim, karena itu bahasa Arab adalah pelajaran wajib di lembaga-lembaga keagamaan, terutama di dayah-dayah tradisional. Karena bahasa Arab bukanlah bahasa lokal, maka dalam peroses belajar mengajarnya dijumpai berbagai problem, baik bagi para santri maupun para para pengajarnya. Problem-problem tersebut  diantaranya: 1) karena para gurunya adalah alumni dayah dan tidak dipersiapkan secara khusus untuk mengajar bahasa Arab, sementara para santrinya juga belum pernah belajar bahasa arab sebelumnya, 3) tidak ada kitab khusus bahasa Arab yang diajarkan, yang ada hayalah bahasa Arab dalam kitab-kitab paket (kitab kuning) yang tujuannya hanya sekedar untuk bisa membaca, menterjemah dan memahami kitab-kitab tersebut saja, dan tidak ditujukan untuk bahasa komunikasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
