Abstract

Good educational management will influence the quality of education for students in order to produce graduates who are competitive. The aim of this research is to describe the management of the course program at the Elkaffah Center, including planning, organizing, driving and supervising. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. As for the results of this research, program planning implemented in intensive courses includes curriculum design, creating a study plan outline, making learning plans for teachers, arranging learning schedules and setting goals to be achieved. The implementation of intensive courses takes place every day so that the evaluations carried out include program evaluations and learning evaluations. Learning evaluation is carried out every day except Saturday and Sunday by dividing it into two parts, namely a written test and an oral test. The evaluation related to the management of the intensive course program itself is carried out after the course process ends in one period.

Abstract

مرحلة التخطيط مهمة للمعلمين كمديرين في برنامج تعليمي لتحقيق أهداف تعليمي. كامفونج عرب كيبومين خاصة لمجتمع عامة التي فيها بأهداف مختلفة، تعني عامل تمديد و طالب ومعلم وعمال اندونيسيين وغير ذلك. لأن ذلك للاهتمام إجراء بحث لتعريف كيفية المدير التعليمي في الاستعداد أو التخطيط التعلم لمجتمع عامة التي فيها بأهداف مختلفة وعمله 14 أيام فقط. هذا البحث له هدفان هما؛ (1) لمعرفة إدارة تخطيط تعلم اللغة العربية في كامفونج عرب كيبومين؛ (2) لمعرفة المشكلة التي يواجهها المعلم عند تخطيط تعليم اللغة العربية وحلّه. استخدم هذا البحث بمنهج البحث النوعي. موقع البحث في كامفونج عرب كيبومين بمعهد الاستقامة في قرية تانجونجساري كيبومين بجاوى الوسطى. تحليل البحث بثلاثة تحليلات للبيانات، وهي؛ تقليل البيانات وعرض البيانات واستخلاص النتائج.  ونتائج البحث لهذا البحث تعني؛ (1) إدارة تخطيط تعلم اللغة العربية في كامفونج عرب كيبومين هي: تخطيط الدراسة و خطة الدراسة (silabus dan RPP )، وحدة التعلم لكامفونج عرب كيبومين 1 و 2 و 3، طريقة التدريس، وسائل التدريس. (2) المشكلة التي يواجهها المعلم حيث أن قدرات الطلبة مختلفة. والحل لهذه المشكلة هو بأخذ المواد الموجودة في المستوى المتوسط.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the school of Sabilallah Malang in improving the competence of the Arabic language teacher. This research used a qualitative approach to gain in-depth knowledge about the phenomenon. The research conducted a case study, a type of descriptive analytical research. To collect data, this research used three methods: interview, direct observation, and document analysis. To analyze the data, this research follows the principles and benefits of the management process developed by George R. Terry, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluation. This analysis aims to reach knowledge and understanding about the activities carried out by the school in upgrading the competence of the Arabic language teacher. The results of this research are that in the Islamic Junior High School Sabilillah Malang there is a program to improve the competence of Arabic language teachers. The Speak Arabic program consists of an activity, including teaching Arabic especially to teachers, accustoming the daily phrase, and learning Arabic for Arabic language teachers.

Abstract

The Study of Islamic Civilization Pre-prophethic are very important to study in more depth. This is because these studies never stop being debated. The aim of this article is to understand 3 things: First, the political paradigm of the Pre-Prophetic Period. Second, internal and external factors that influenced the politics of the Pre-Prophetic Period. Third, the positive and negative implications of the politics of the Pre-Prophetic Period on Muslims. The method used is qualitative research with a literature review approach based on Mustika Zed theory. The data was collected using library research techniques and analyzed using collection, reduction, display and conclusion drawing techniques. The results found were 3 things: First, the political paradigm of the pre-prophetic period (570-610 AD) had 3 forms: (1) Absolute Monarchy (2) Oligarchy of Power (3) Tribal Confederation. Second, internally, there were 3 factors that influenced the politics of the pre-prophetic period: (1) Nepotism of the rulers (2) Patriarchy and social caste (3) conflict of interests of the rulers. Externally, there were 3 factors that influenced the politics of the pre-prophetic period: (1) Geographical location and economic system (2) limited natural resources (3) Arab war traditions. Third, there are 3 positive implications of pre-prophetic politics for Muslims: (1) Social cohesion within tribes (2) maintenance of local culture and traditions (3) Diversity of political systems. Meanwhile, there are 3 negative implications of pre-prophetic politics on Muslims: (1) conflict and war between tribes (2) discrimination and social inequality (3) lagging behind in economic development. The conclusion that this article shows is that it provides new views and insights into politics in the pre-prophetic period (570-610 AD).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pembentukan pendidikan karakter dan nilai-nilai karakter yang diterapkan di MTs Tahfidh Putri Yanbu'ul Qur'an 2 Muria Kudus. Pendidikan karakter adalah upaya untuk mengajarkan siswa kebiasaan yang baik sehingga mereka dapat berperilaku dan bertindak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang telah menjadi kepribadiannya. Guru digugu dan ditiru. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang merupakan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi antara sumber dan teknik yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter sudah sesuai dengan pelaksanaan, perencanaan, dan nilai pembelajaran karakter. Ada lima nilai karakter. Pembentukan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua dan guru tidak mendorong anak-anak untuk mencerminkan karakter yang baik di sekolah mereka. Ini menunjukkan bahwa guru dan orang tua masih membutuhkan bantuan untuk membentuk pendidikan karakter siswa. Sekolah dan guru bekerja sama untuk memberikan pendidikan karakter kepada siswa.

Abstract

The El-Barqī Arabic Language Study Institution implements the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) in its programme, following Arthur R. Tenner's theory. TQM is guided by three core concepts. The ideas encompassed are as follows: firstly, a strong emphasis on customer focus, where El-Barqī offers extensive resources to educators in order to facilitate and enhance the effectiveness of the learning process. One of these amenities involves the provision of native Arabic speakers to facilitate direct Arabic language communication practice with native speakers. El-Barqī constantly engages with the parents of pupils through Islamic studies. The tangible effect of prioritising customer satisfaction is apparent in the growing annual intake of students and the extensive partnerships established with both public and private institutions by El-Barqī. Additionally, El-Barqī has implemented process improvement measures, including the enhancement of its programmes. This encompasses the implementation of language study programmes, both non-residential and residential, as well as the establishment of the Middle East Study Guidance Programme. Additionally, El-Barqī ensures full engagement, resulting in the production of highly skilled Arabic language graduates who have achieved numerous notable accomplishments. The outstanding collaboration inside El-Barqī has undeniably led to the successful implementation of its programmes. Hence, the adoption of Total Quality Management (TQM) has a substantial influence on enhancing the standard of education.

Abstract

TThis research examines the intensive Arabic language course program using the Mustaqilli method which is implemented at the Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Researchers use qualitative research methods, namely observation, documentation, and interviews to collect data by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions that involve data analysis. This research uses qualitative descriptive techniques. The research results show that the management of the intensive Arabic language course program using the Mustaqilli method has been implemented successfully, including the implementation of management tasks such as planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising as well as implementing program management. The success of this program is based on the cooperation of the mentors and students in implementing each component of the course program. Students who actively practice Arabic sentence construction in all language domains receive primary emphasis in Mustaqilli's approach to Arabic language teaching. Students are also increasingly active in speaking practice both inside and outside the classroom. Although there are still some shortcomings in its implementation, these are mainly related to time management and user needs.

Abstract

The Qur'an and Hadith are human guidelines in life, in which all matters such as verses and hadiths related to one's ethics in the production, distribution and consumption of halal products have been regulated. The purpose of this research is to see what the perspectives of the Qur’an and Hadith regarding the ethics of production, distribution and consumption are, and to see opportunities in the halal industries in Indonesia. By using the research methodology of literature review or literature study, with descriptive research. The result of the study shows that (1) there are many verses and hadiths that discuss the ethics in production, distribution, and consumption, at least 16 verses of the Qur'an and 14 hadiths are discussed in the research, (2) the perspective of the Qur'an and hadith in production, distribution and consumption must be halal and tayyiban. For it to be considered Halal, we need to observe from how it is produced, getting the ingredients, buying, and selling it and finally consuming it. (3) And there are seven opportunities for the halal industry in Indonesia that can be developed.
