Abstract

This study aims to uncover and analyze the strategies used by IAIN Batusangkar students in the process of memorizing the Koran independently so that they are able to achieve phenomenal results. There are quite a number of students who pursue Al-Quran tahfizh in Batusangkar IAIN, spread in almost all study programs, semesters, and faculties, with a quantity of memorization between 2 to 20 juz more. The question is, how do they go through the process of tahfizh so that they succeed? This study uses a qualitative method with an empirical phenomenological approach, involving the main partisans of 12 students/hafizh/hafizah, with the criteria of having memorization of at least 3 juz Al-Qura. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation, and study of documentation. The results showed that students at IAIN Batusangkar who performed tahfizh independently, in the midst of intense lecture and social activities faced with a number of obstacles, then they used a strategy by maintaining the stability of motivation to remain high, both intrinsic and extrinsic, utilizing all existing potential, and spiritual approach, and not dependent on one method and the media.

Abstract

This qualitative descriptive study aims to explain the system of developing a yellow book-based Islamic education curriculum organized by a typical Islamic boarding school, Ma'had Aly in Aceh Province. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the yellow book became the main focus in curriculum development. At the planning stage, the preparation of yellow book-based courses, then mastery of the yellow book is used as special skill for graduates. In the implementation process, the yellow book is used as the main reference for learning then learning is held using the Khataman system converted to the Semester Credit System (SKS). The learning method is varied, combining lecture models and the yellow book learning model in Islamic boarding schools. The stages of curriculum evaluation are carried out in various ways, including quizzes, midterms, memorization of the Koran and mastery of the yellow book, final semester exams, and writing of treatises.

Abstract

The problem in learning today is that the skills of teachers in using varied media are not optimal so that the learning process seems less effective and efficient. In the learning process of Islamic Education in mawaris material, teachers are more dominant in using conventional media so that the learning outcomes of students are low. This study was intended to determine the effectiveness of the application of At-Tashil-based learning media in Islamic Islamic Studies learning material according to alumni of the High School Teacher Substantive Technical Training at the Aceh Religious Education and Training Center. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The data collection technique consisted of instruments, interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique was carried out in the data reduction phase, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research findings indicate that the use of At-Tashil application-based learning media in Islamic Fiqh Mawaris learning for high school teachers seems effective in terms of use, ease, and accuracy of the results.

Abstract

Istilah-istilah dalam al Qur’an memiliki makna yang kaya dan konteks yang ragam, termasuk istilah yang digunakan untuk menunjukkan instrumen psikis manusia. Al Nafs sebagai salah satu instrumen psikis manusia memiliki makna yang bervariasi sesuai objek dan konteks ayat, antara lain bermakna: nyawa, nafsu, diri dan hakikat diri manusia dan jiwa. Secara fungsional al-nafs juga dipersiapkan untuk dapat menampung dan mendorong manusia untuk melakukan perbuatan baik dan buruk. Dalam beberapa ayat dijelaskan kepada al-nafs telah diilhamkan jalan kebaikan dan jalan keburukan. Selain itu, ditemukan isyarat juga bahwa al-nafs merupakan tempat yang dapat menampung gagasan dan kemauan. Isyarat ini dipahami dari firman Allah dalam surat al-Ra‘d ayat 11, bahwa suatu kaum tidak akan berubah keadaannya sebelum mereka mengubah terlebih dahulu apa yang ada di dalam nafs mereka. Apa yang ada di dalam nafs itu dapat berupa gagasan, pikiran, kemauan, dan tekad untuk berubah. Dilihat dari tingkatannya al nafs terbagi menjadi tiga tingkatan: al- nafs al-‘ ammarah; al-nafs lawwamah ;dan al-nafs al-mutmainnah.

Abstract

Pembinaan adalah usaha yang dilakukan dengan sadar, berencana, teratur dan terarah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, perilaku dan ketrampilan subjek dengan tindakan, pengarahan dan bimbingan. Program Ma’had Al Jamiah merupakan program yang bertujuan untuk melahirkan generasi-generasi bangsa dan agama yang cerdas serta berakhlak mulia. Hari ini kita melihat begitu banyak generasi- generasi pendidikan yang memiliki pengetahuan dan berpendidikan tetapi mereka krisis  moral  dan  hampir  tidak  bisa  membaca  Al-Qur’an  sebagai  pedoman hidupnya. Salah satu Program Ma’had Jami’ah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an Mahasiswa PAI PTKIN di Aceh dengan baik dan benar. Dari hasil observasi pada mahasiswa sebahagian besar belum mampu membaca  Al-Qur’an  dengan  baik  dan    benar,  diantaranya  prodi  Pendidikan Agama Islam. Pertanyaan penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah Bagaimana upaya pendidik  dalam  pembinaan  kemampuan  membaca  Al-Qur’an  mahasiswa  PAI pada program Ma’had Al-Jami’ah PTKIN di Aceh?, apa kendala dalam pembinaan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an mahasiswa prodi PAI melalui Program Ma’had Al-Jamiah PTKIN di Aceh?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan mengunakan metode yang bersifat kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, observasi dan angket, kemudian data tersebut dianalisis melalui deskriptif kualitatif. Usaha pembinaan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an pada program Ma’had Al-Jamiah sudah baik. Kemudian ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa prodi PAI dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an mereka di Ma’had Al-Jamiah PTKIN di Aceh diantaranya bahagian besar mahasiswa kadang-kadang kurang serius dalam mengikuti pembinaan di ma’had Al-Jamiah, Kemudian pengaturan jadwal membaca Al-Qur’an kadang-kadang masih beradu dengan jadwal perkuliahan

Abstract

Knowledge developed in Islam has only one hierarchical goal, namely to Allah SWT. Arrangement of the concept of the educational curriculum, formulated and developed integrally, both aqliyah and naqliyah sciences which need integration so that the status of khalifatullah is truly realized. This research library research examines comprehensively the integrated education curriculum. The findings state that the final and integrated curriculum process will produce productive and creative students in the global struggle, especially in the field of education as well as having a good character.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic which has a significant influence on aspects that surround the lives of the people, is no exception to the aspects of formal education. The policy of physical application diverts by the government resulting in the application of learning from home through online at every level of the education unit. Therefore we need assistance in several ways, it is proposed that learning follows with its assessment, so that education services remain safe, concentrated on Islamic subjects that are the object of this study. The 4 main principles of the independent learning policy launched by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in 2019 then became fresh education for teachers to open horizons and to address problems that occurred. Therefore this article describes the internalization of the value of independent learning in PAI learning during the COVID-19 pandemic that was implemented at SDN Rejosari 3. This study uses qualitative, data associations using participatory participation, studies, and interviews. In this study there are 2 aspects of internalization, namely; the basic idea of internalization that adheres to the normative aspects, namely the law and circular of the education office, as well as the subjectivity view of the teacher towards a free learning policy, namely the value of flexibility contained therein. As for internalization in the form of learning implementation plans, literacy awareness and social character and assessment patterns.

Abstract

2013 curriculum is a curriculum that gives great attention to character education, which is characterized by fulfilling the needs of spiritual and social affection in the established Standard of Content (SI). Islamic Education Teachers are the spearhead in the implementation of character education. In carrying out their duties, in addition to having to have sufficient professional staff, PAI teachers must be role models personally and socially. Professional-paedagogic competencies, PAI Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Aceh still need training and training to improve social quality and abilities, teachers, PAI, and teachers. female students and other education personnel in Madrasas, especially in communicating with students, responsibility, dress behavior, discipline, and responsible attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the politeness of language in all pantun based on (1) wisdom maxims; (2) the maxim of generosity; (3) the maxim of reward; (4) the principle of praise / simplicity; (5) consensus maxim; and (6) sympathy principle. The data in this study are utterances in poetry which are categorized as polite if they are in accordance with the maximum assessment indicators and are categorized as impolite if they violate the maximum assessment indicators. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation techniques, recording techniques and data reduction. The data analysis techniques used were: (1) identifying the maxims in each speech data; (2) clarify the speech data from the identification results based on the maxims of politeness; (3) analyzing speech data based on the criteria for assessing the politeness of leech theory learning; (4) describe the results of the analysis of speech data into the principle of leech politeness. The results showed that there were utterances that met the maximum assessment criteria and some violated Leech's maxims of politeness. The descriptions are detailed as follows: (1) Based on the wisdom maxim, 3 expressions that fulfill the maxim and 2 words that violate the maxim are found; (2) maxim of generosity, found 11 data that obey the adage and no data that violates; (3) maxim reward found 7 data that violated the maxim and 1 data violated the maxim; (4) simplicity maxims, found 4 data that obey the maxims and 2 data that violate the maxims; (5) maxim of consensus, it was found that 4 data were in accordance with the maxims and there were no violating data; (6) proverbial conclusions, found 3 data that is obedient and no data that violates.

Abstract

Act Number 4 of 2009 about Mineral and Coal Mining allows latitude in exploiting natural resources. However, the act tends to claim ‘resource used oriented law’. The purpose of this research is to devise whether Act Number 4 of 2009 about Mineral and Coal has accommodated the aspect of environmental’s protection and the principles of environmental’s management following Act Number 32 of 2009 about Environmental’s Protection and Management as known as UUPPLH, especially over licensing of mineral and coal as preventive juridical. This research is based on prescriptive analysis by descriptive and juridical normative approaches. A principle that is implemented in this research is the Principle of State Responsibility and Principle of Sustainable Development and Environmental Concept. The result of this research concludes that Act Number 4 of 2009 about Mineral and Coal Mining has not accommodated optimally yet regarding environmental’s protection over mineral and coal mining business. Based on this fact, mineral and coal mining projects cause pollution and environmental damages sustainably. Whereas, based on a substantial law system, the rule of the law normatively has autonomous force as an idea that determines public interest in economic and environmental aspects. The contribution of this research will be recommended to the development of environmental law and environmental sustainability.
