Abstract

This study aims to develop a Canva-based Interactive E-Module for Hadith Science to improve the quality of learning media for grade XI students of MA Al-Mukmin Ngruki. The study used a research and development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, including the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The needs analysis showed that most students had difficulty understanding abstract concepts such as sanad, matan, and hadith classification and preferred interactive digital learning media. The design and development stage resulted in a module that integrates text, visualisations, diagrams, interactive quizzes, and video links according to multimedia learning principles. Validation by material and media experts obtained an average score of 4.45 (89%) and 4.35 (87%), and was declared very feasible. Implementation on 30 students as trial participants obtained a score of 4.32 (86%), indicating the module is effective in facilitating understanding, increasing motivation, and active involvement of students. Formative evaluation included revisions to the glossary, typography, and examples of hadith. The results of the study prove that the Canva-based interactive E-Module is able to be an innovative, interesting, and effective learning medium in supporting the understanding of Hadith Science for the younger generation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the mumarasah al-lughah program in improving the Arabic language skills of students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program (PBA) UIN Imam Bonjol Padang based on the classic management theory POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). The research used descriptive qualitative method, with the research subjects being PBA students of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang who participated in the mumarasah al-lughah program, the program committee, and other related parties totaling 30 people. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews and official program documentation. Data analysis uses an inductive analysis model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the mumarasah al-lughah program has been managed systematically according to the POAC principle (planning, organizing, implementing and supervising): program planning involves identifying student needs and preparing a curriculum based on communicative methods; organizing is done through the formation of an implementation team and division of tasks; program implementation includes routine Arabic language practice and guidance by experts; and supervision is carried out through periodic evaluation and continuous improvement. The implementation of POAC management is proven to contribute significantly in improving students' Arabic language skills, creating a conducive learning environment, and building students' confidence in communicating. The findings provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of Arabic language learning programs in higher education, especially in the management of a POAC-based program.

Abstract

The process of learning Arabic does not rely solely on students’ cognitive abilities, but is also influenced by affective aspects such as emotional intelligence. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an emotional intelligence approach in block system-based Arabic language instruction at MTs NU Pakis. The approach refers to Goleman’s five components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method using observation and interview techniques. The results indicate that emotional intelligence is actively integrated into the intensive three-day learning process. The teacher successfully created a conducive and interactive learning environment, facilitated students’ emotional regulation, and enhanced engagement and learning motivation. Positive social interactions between teacher and students, as well as among peers, contributed to the development of a collaborative learning atmosphere.

Abstract

The use of animation-based digital tools has grown more and more important in preparing pre-service teachers for classrooms in the twenty-first century. This study examines the efficacy of a focused training program that exposed Nias University English education students to Videoscribe, an animated instructional video creation tool. The program focused on learning through practice, reflection, and visual-verbal integration, and it was based on the experiential learning theory (Kolb, 1984) and multimedia learning theory (Mayer, 2021). A hands-on session with a descriptive qualitative approach was attended by nine participants. Field notes, observation checklists, and questionnaires were used to gather data. The results demonstrated that when utilizing VideoScribe to teach English, participants' technical proficiency, pedagogical knowledge, and self-confidence all significantly improved. These difficulties show how important ongoing mentoring and scaffolded help are. According to the study's findings, short-term, hands-on training can help close the knowledge gap between theory and digital teaching proficiency. Additionally, it adds to the increasing amount of data supporting the inclusion of digital media literacy in teacher preparation programs. The consequences go beyond curriculum design and policy-making, indicating that in order to foster future educators' confidence and inventiveness, technology integration should be methodically incorporated into teacher training programs.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the need for interactive learning media through ClassPoint in vocabulary learning in 10th grade students of State Islamic Senior High School 2 Payakumbuh City. The method used is a mixed methods, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches in one research activity. This method is intended to provide a more comprehensive picture of the need for interactive learning media based on ClassPoint in vocabulary learning. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires that have been validated by an expert. This study will involve 33 students of class X.E8 and 2 Arabic language teachers of class X as samples. The results of the study indicate that the learning process is still one way and does not involve interactive media that supports optimal vocabulary understanding. Based on the questionnaire, it also shows that the teacher needs analysis is 92.5% and the student needs analysis is 90%. This means that teachers and students really need interactive learning media in the learning process in the classroom. The results of the analysis show that the application of ClassPoint in Arabic vocabulary learning contributes to increasing student participation and facilitating independent learning at the public high schools.
