Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Internalization of Islamic Worldview Culture of Learners through Madrasah Climate at MASAmaliyah Sunggal. This research aims to reveal; 1) Planning ofInternalization of Islamic Worldview Culture of Students throughMadrasah Climate in MAS Amaliyah Sunggal; 2)Implementation/process of Internalization of Islamic WorldviewCulture of Students through Madrasah Climate in MAS AmaliyahSunggal; 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors of Internalization ofIslamic Worldview Culture of Students through Madrasah Climate in MAS Amaliyah Sunggal. This research uses a type of qualitativeresearch, with a critical discourse analysis approach, research datacollection is obtained by observation, interview and documentationtechniques. To check the validity of the data using triangulationtechniques, namely with credibilty, transferability, dependability andconfirmability. The results of this study there are three findings of thisstudy, namely: 1) Planning the Internalization of Islamic WorldviewCulture of Learners Through Madrasah Climate at MAS AmaliyahSunggal; 2) Implementation/process of Internalization of Islamic Worldview Culture of Learners through Madrasah Climate in MASAmaliyah Sunggal; 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors ofInternalization of Islamic Worldview Culture of Learners throughMadrasah Climate in MAS Amaliyah Sunggal the majorityexperienced a significant increase in two aspects, namely cognitiveand psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student engagement in Aqidah Akhlak learning at MTs Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. Student engagement in the learning process significantly impacts their understanding and application of the religious values taught. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that, although there is good interaction between students and teachers, most students tend to be passive, especially when the lecture method is more dominant. Several factors influencing student engagement include low interest, peer distractions, and monotonous teaching methods. It is recommended that teachers develop more varied and engaging teaching strategies to encourage greater student participation in learning.

Abstract

Each student has unique learning needs, so it is important to meet these needs so that the learning process can run optimally. At SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta, the effort to fulfill students' learning needs is closely related to the implementation of teaching and learning activities at school. To support this, innovations in teaching are needed that not only meet students' learning needs, but can also increase their interest in learning. One of the methods applied is differentiated learning, which aims to provide a more personalized learning experience that suits the individual needs of students. The research method used is a qualitative approach involving observation, interviews and documentation to obtain relevant information. The results show that differentiated learning at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta gets a positive response from students. They find it easier to master the material because it is tailored to their learning needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of strategic management in improving educational quality through visionary leadership at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung and MAN 1 Kota Metro. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings show that at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, strategic management and visionary leadership successfully enhanced educational quality by developing technology-based flagship programs and ongoing teacher training. In contrast, at MAN 1 Kota Metro, the lack of optimal strategic management implementation and limited visionary leadership hindered the institution's progress, particularly in evaluation and resource management. The study concludes that the synergy between strategic management and visionary leadership is key to achieving educational success. Recommendations include strengthening the evaluation of strategic programs at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung and developing a more structured strategic plan at MAN 1 Kota Metro, focusing on leadership development and continuous teacher training.

Abstract

In this challenging modern era, quality character development is essential to form a unique and meaningful personality. One effective way to achieve this is through a school culture-based approach. This method helps build character and provides a strong moral foundation for the learners. For this character development to run well, this approach needs to be applied consistently and planned so that it can have a sustainable positive impact. This study aims to describe the school's efforts to instill religious character values through school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The research approach used by the researcher is phenomenology, which uses data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of this study conclude that the school's efforts in instilling religious character values through school culture at SMP Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali are by carrying out activities such as the implementation of 5S (Smile, Greeting, Greeting, Politeness, Courtesy), reading prayers together, reading asmaul husna, dhuha prayers and so on. Factors that support religious activities are student discipline, support from all school residents, monitoring from students, adequate facilities, and so on, in terms of implementation, one of the inhibiting factors is the lack of student awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Budi Pekerti in the Merdeka Curriculum related to the development of national character. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis techniques on Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti textbooks from primary to secondary education levels. Data were collected through documentation techniques which included identifying, recording, and classifying relevant information. Data analysis was conducted by following six phases of content analysis which include unitizing, sampling, recording, reducing, inferring, and narrating. The main findings of the study show that each phase in the Merdeka Curriculum progressively teaches national character values, such as respect for human dignity, love for the country, democracy, social solidarity, and a just and prosperous society. The PAI and Budi Pekerti teaching materials successfully integrate these values in the context of character education, which is expected to form a generation that is noble, responsible, and sensitive to differences. This research makes an important contribution to the development of more effective teaching materials to instill the spirit of nationalism among students.

Abstract

The curriculum is the main foundation in the education system that directs the teaching and learning process and the development of students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the integrated curriculum at SMA IT Pekanbaru in achieving effective and efficient learning objectives. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected using interview and documentation techniques. Data sources were taken from the results of interviews with the principal and curriculum representatives as well as written records, information from school documents. The analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The main findings of the study prove that the implementation of the integrated curriculum has been implemented effectively with the support of collaboration between parents and teachers and active involvement of students. Collaboration between schools and parents is very important in improving discipline and the application of theory in students' daily lives. This study recommends the need for a more comprehensive evaluation of the curriculum implementation process to identify areas that need to be improved. This study is expected to contribute to the development of the curriculum in other schools and enrich the literature on integrated curriculum-based education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum and the supporting and inhibiting factors at SMK Penerbangan Bina Dhirgantara Surakarta. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data validity uses source and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results on implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SMK Penerbangan Bina Dhirgantara Surakarta have yet to be fully optimal; several aspects must be improved and corrected so that its implementation runs well and optimally. Supporting factors in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum are the increased creativity of educators and students in their learning enthusiasm and student activity in the learning process, as well as enhancing educators' potential in developing their self-capacity. However, obstacles are felt in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education, such as the difficulty in creating quality learning because some teachers still do not master technology and have not fully understood the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of the teaching factory learning model on students' entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurial readiness. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of all students majoring in Financial Accounting, Film, Motorcycle Business Techniques at SMK Hasanah Pekanbaru with a population of 143 students and a sample in this study of 106 students. While the sampling technique uses random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation with data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) . The results of the study show that the teaching factory learning model has an effect on entrepreneurial readiness. This means that the better the implementation of the teaching factory learning model is carried out and students also follow it well so that they have a lot of experience, it will have an impact on their entrepreneurial readiness, such as being physically and mentally ready to open a business. Furthermore, the teaching factory learning model also has an effect on entrepreneurial interest, and entrepreneurial interest has an effect on entrepreneurial readiness, meaning that if someone has a strong drive in entrepreneurship, they will tend to form good entrepreneurial readiness. such as the emergence of high self-confidence and the ability to take risks.
