The results of this study indicate that the work stress that occurs can affect employee performance and vice versa, lower the work stress, and higher the work performance. Divergent thinking mediates conflict in employee performance. However, after this study, divergent thinking weakens the effect of work conflict on employee performance. Work conflicts that often occur are due to differences in perceptions and errors in affection, good communication between employees is needed. This is not meaningful considering that divergent thinking does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Divergent thinking mediates stress on employee performance. This means that divergent thinking skills strengthen the effect of job stress on employee performance. Employees who have good divergent thinking skills are not easy to experience work stress, because they have creative thinking, can solve problems well, act when pressed without considering the risks that will occur, and can contribute to employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the Co-curricular role of the Islamic Education (PAI) Tutorial Program in strengthening the moderate character of students at public universities from the perspective of Emile Durkheim's collective social theory. A qualitative approach and case study method were chosen to investigate information from participants through documentation, interviews and observation. The data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that within a collective social framework, the PAI Tutorial Program policy is part of social responsibility that is rolled out rationally and strategically as a control effort carried out by the university by considering facts of religious understanding and behavior, as well as the phenomenon of radicalism. To strengthen the moderate character of students, this program is carried out consistently in objectives, materials, and activity units so as to support social functions through explanation and sharing of religious knowledge, role models, discipline, attitudes and open views, mutual respect and appreciation for differences of opinion, the attitude of accepting or rejecting views is based on strong arguments, and the strengthening of adab in the era of globalization. Meanwhile, to strengthen these social responsibilities and functions, this program fulfills two moral elements, namely being binding with the application of strict discipline.       Keywords:  Moderat Character, Co-curricular, Strengthening the Moderate Character

Abstract

The ecological crisis is one problem that has not yet found the right solution. This study intends to provide a solution to solve the ecological crisis by designing a project-based ecoliteracy learning trajectory to improve students’ ecological intelligence. This research is a design research which comprises three stages, namely: preliminary design, experimental design, and retrospective analysis. The research subjects were students from the Social Science Education Study Program, Faculty of Education, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Parepare. The data collection instruments used were questionnaires and observation guidelines. The study found that the trajectory of ecoliteracy learning goes through five learning stages, namely: identifying social ecological problems, planning the project design, preparing a schedule, observing social ecological problems to carry out the project, and present a social ecology project. An increase in ecological intelligence can occur because in this learning, students gain learning experiences that bring them closer to their surroundings so that they can grow their empathy for the environment. This learning combines textual and contextual learning. At the beginning, students are invited to gain a lot of knowledge by reading articles related to environmental problems. After that, they made observations in the surrounding environment to identify various environmental problems, their causes, affects, and solutions. The learning trajectories can be used by teachers in the learning process to improve students’ ecological intelligence. Abstract

The implementation of independent teaching and independent play in the Independent Curriculum is expected to help achieve learning objectives. The Integrated Islamic Kindergarten Institution, under the auspices of the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT), also collaborates the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT) Curriculum with the Independent Curriculum, which hopes to develop children's potential and instill religious values. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of independent teaching and independent play can foster religious feelings in children aged 5–6 years at the City of Semarang Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. The research method used is qualitative, with data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberment model, namely data reduction, data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that independent teaching gives teachers the freedom to manage the class, providing child-centered learning. Through independent play, children's play rights are fulfilled, and children feel happy. In terms of fostering children's religious feelings, teachers and parents collaborate to instill the habit of worship and give confidence that Allah SWT is the God of Muslims. The implementation of freedom of teaching and freedom of play with fun activities, habituation of worship activities, and collaboration with parents is able to foster children's religious feelings who are still in the learning stage. Abstract

This articles aims to gain an in-depth knowledge of the human resources of “Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar” design to the implementation capability in the classroom, especially what has been and has not been implemented in the course of Indonesian education. The researchers has obtained several data that have collected from various sources such as book publications, journal publications, and other newspapers that discuss issues of an independent curriculum as well as its implementation and output. The researchers analyzed under a phenomenological approach, a technique where to get a phenomenal answer from a large amount of data to answer the issues of this study. The research used coding the data, evaluating in-depth data, and interpreting the data. Hence, the researchers could draw conclusions that answered the problem validly. The result showed that the human resources in Indonesian, independent from curriculum design to implementation in schools, found significant obstacles where the government was successful in designing the curriculum but it was constrained in implementation. It can be seen quite a lot has been achieved and a lot has not been achieved. Thus these results were helpful for the subsequent study.
