Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a model employee payroll system PT Sumber Mas Autorindo, as well as simplify the process data and salaries of precise, fast, and accurate. The method used is the method of literature and field. Library method is collecting data that support theoretical writing by searching for references related to employee payroll information system design. While the method comprising the field of observation and interview techniques. Mechanical observation of direct observation to the financial part of how the process of employee payroll today. Interview technique is to directly face to face with the parties concerned in dealing with employee payroll. The results that have been achieved is a system of employee payroll information to facilitate the processing of employee data and salary and speed in making statements salaries. Conclusion of research is the design by using Delphi programming language XE4 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 as its database can be designed a system of data processing employee payroll information on PT Sumber Mas Autorindo. In order for the application program that has been produced can be used as well as possible to assist employees in providing data information regarding payroll, expected to be developed further for use as needed. Abstract

The warehouse section of CV. Multi Citra Kimia sometimes has an error in conveying information about incoming data, outgoing goods and stock items because the data recording of goods is still using the manual method by writing in a notebook, ofcourse this method is less effective. Therefore, an application is needed to find out what items have entered and exited in order to facilitate the warehouse and secretary in informing the stock of goods to customers and directors effectively. The aim of this research is to find out ways for the warehouse to input goods data in a manner automatically with a barcode so that it does not hamper the sales process. The system method for this Android-basedapplication uses the prototype method. Making the software in this thesis, the authors use Sublime Text 3, Android Studio, and for the database using PhpMyAdmin. The result of making this application is inputting and checking stock information in and out of an android smartphone, by opening the inventory application on android then selecting the item input menu. To check the item, select the item stock menu containing items that have entered and exited using the system application. Testing of this application uses blackbox testing. This research shows that the inventory application system of this item can also use an Android-based Barcode scanner can make it easier for the warehouse to input goods data automatically, helping to facilitate the warehouse to convey information of goods data in and out to the secretary and director effectively. Abstract

Abstrak— Kabupaten Bekasi terkenal sebagai lokasi dari pabrik-pabrik terkemuka di Indonesia. Kota ini merupakan bagian dari Metropolitan Jabodetabek dan menjadi kota satelit dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak se-Indonesia Saat ini Kabupaten Bekasi berkembang menjadi tempat tinggal kaum urban dan sentra industri. yang didalamnya terdapat banyak Perguruan Tinggi. Namun belum ada aplikasi yang dapat memesan sebuah kamar kos/kontrakan di wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi. Tak sedikit masyarakat yang ketika sudah mendapatkan informasi yang sesuai keinginan, lalu datang langsung ketempat kos mendapati bahwa kamar yang diingankan sudah disewa oleh orang lain. Hal ini tentu saja akan menyita banyak waktu, tenaga dan biaya untuk datang ke tempat kos untuk mendatangi tempat kos yang sesuai keinginan. Sehingga peneliti membangun Aplikasi Penyewaan Kos Berbasis Android Untuk Mempermudah Para Pendatang mencari tempat tinggal guna membantu masyarakat pendatang. Adapun metode perancangannya menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan dengan Bahasa pemrograman Java dan Android Studio untuk tools development-nya. Aplikasi ini diuji menggunakan black box. Hasil dari pengujian aplikasi ini menyimpulkan bahwa fungsi yang diharapkan semuanya berhasil sesuai dengan keinginan.Kata kunci: Penyewaan Kos, Android, Android Studio, Mobile Programming  Abstract— Bekasi Regency is well-known as the location of the leading factories in Indonesia. This city is part of the Greater Jakarta Metropolitan and is a satellite city with the largest population in Indonesia. Currently, Bekasi Regency has developed into a place for urbanites and industrial centers. in which there are many universities. However, no application can order a boarding/rented room in the Bekasi Regency area. Not a few people, when they have received the desired information, then come directly to the boarding house and find that the desired room has been rented by someone else. This of course will take a lot of time, effort, and money to come to the boarding house to go to the boarding house that you want. So the researchers built an Android-based boarding house rental application to make it easier for newcomers to find a place to live to help immigrant communities. The design method uses the Waterfall method with the Java programming language and Android Studio for its development tools. This application is tested using a black box. The results of testing this application conclude that the expected functions are all successful as desired.Keywords: boarding house rental, Android, Android Studio, Mobile Programming

Abstract

Essei Perbama adalah Perusahan yang bergerak dibidang distributor barang yaitu Saos, Biskut dan makanan ringan lainya. Pada distributor barang di PT. Essei Perbama masih menggunakan proses manual yaitu sales datang ke toko-toko / Agen untuk menawarkan produk dan mencatat data pemesanan barang dengan menggunakan kertas, kemudian memberikan data pemesananya ke admin ketika selesai keliling toko pada waktu sore hari ketika jam kerja berakhir. Ketidakefektivan itu karena masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dan admin harus menunggu sales datang ke perusahaan. Metodologi pengembengan sistem yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem membuat aplikasi mobile dan web ini yaitu metode SDLC, sedangkan metode untuk implementasikan web service yaitu metode Representational state transfer (REST) yang dibangun dengan menggunakan framework ionic hybrid apps yang dapat berjalan diapliksi mobile dan web dengan memanfaatkan Google Firebase sebagai web service dan realtime database. Hasil penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi berbasis mobile dan web dengan mengimplementasikan web service maka sales dan admin dapat terintegrasi meskipun berbeda platform sehingga mempermudah kinerja sales dalam melakukan pemesanan barang kepada admin. Dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini bahwa implementasi web service dalam pengembangan aplikasi mobile dan web dapat digunakan untuk solusi pada aplikasi sales order untuk menghubungkan dengan database terpusat meskipun berbeda platform. Kata kunci : sales order, aplikasi mobile, sistem informasi, SDLC, web service, framework ionic, firebase, realtime database.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to build a Human Resource Information System of PT. XYZ will manage existing human resources, starting from the process of managing employee data, employee attendance, employee leave, employee permits, employee overtime and employee training history. This research uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study methodology by focusing research on the design of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The system development method used is waterfall. The analysis and design tools used are Unified Modelling Language (UML) using Usecase Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The programming language used is Delphi with the unuGUI framework and databases using SQL Server. This research successfully designed and built a Human Resource System (HRIS) Application and has been tested using Blackbox testing. The benefits of this application can make it easier for companies to manage employee data data, employee attendance, employee leave, employee permits, employee overtime and employee training history, and make it easier for companies to adapt to remote working and Work From Anyware (WFA) culture

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan bagaimana mengatasi masalah kehilangan data buku, anggota, kunjungan, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku yang terjadi akibat kerusakan buku induk, agar perpustakaan memiliki daftar buku yang tersedia, beserta tata letak penyimpanannya, dan bagaimana mempermudah petugas dalam membuat laporan data kunjungan, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web, membuat daftar buku dengan gambaran tata letak penyimpanan, dan membuat fitur laporan yang terintegrasi dengan fitur aktivitas di perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah Waterfall yaitu terdiri dari perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem komputerisasi baru yaitu aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis web dengan beberapa menu / fitur seperti Data Anggota, Data Kelas, Pengunjung, Penerbit, Kategori, Buku, Peminjaman, Pengembalian, dan Laporan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem informasi perpustakaan terkomputerisasi berupa aplikasi web yang dapat mengatasi masalah kehilangan data pada buku induk. Kemudian, sistem ini juga memiliki data buku yang tersedia beserta lokasi penyimpanannya. Dan sistem ini juga memiliki menu / fitur laporan yang terintegrasi dengan menu kegiatan di perpustakaan SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Timur yaitu Kunjungan, Peminjaman, dan Pengembalian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sentiment of Indonesian society towards SEA Games 2023 on the Twitter platform using the Naïve Bayes method. Data from Twitter users' responses related to SEA Games were collected and sentiment analysis was performed to identify positive, negative, and neutral responses. The analysis results showed that the majority of responses were positive (33.4%), followed by neutral responses (59.1%) and negative responses (7.5%). The Naïve Bayes method was used to classify sentiment by dividing the data into training and testing sets in different ratio comparisons. The performance of the algorithm was evaluated based on accuracy, precision, and recall. The testing results showed that the 40:60 ratio had the highest accuracy (92.70%). The most frequently occurring words in positive responses were "champion," "achieve," "national team," "gold," "medal," "win," "play," "already," "achievement," and "world." In negative responses, the most frequent words were "return," "incident," "lose," "ask," "fail," "minister of youth and sports," "opening," "until," "same," and "serious." Based on the analysis results, it is recommended that stakeholders leverage the positive sentiment to strengthen public support, conduct regular sentiment analysis, and further develop sentiment classification methods. This study provides insights into public perspectives on SEA Games 2023 and can serve as a basis for informed decision-making in the planning and execution of future sports events.

Abstract

In an increasingly advanced digital era, the use of information technology has become an important need for industries and companies, including automotive manufacturing companies such as PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive. Currently, the application for leave of employees in such companies is still done verbally or through manual submission, which can take a long time and lead to clerical errors. Therefore, the development of a web-based leave application application is expected to increase the efficiency of the employee leave application process, facilitate access and approval, and reduce the potential for administrative errors. By using the Waterfall method, it is expected that each stage of application development will be carried out in a structured and systematic manner, so that it can provide real benefits for PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive in managing employee leave and applying modern information technology.

Abstract

CV. Padu Perkasa Nusantara Jakarta is a construction implementation company in the form of CV. Unified MightyArchipelago in Jakarta. So far CV. Padu Perkasa Nusantara Jakarta still using a manual system in carrying out its operationalactivities, especially in processing inventory transaction data that still uses paper stock forms so that the final informationabout the resulting inventory stock sometimes does not match the physical stock in the warehouse. The method used in thisstudy is the Systems Development Life Cycle. This method describes the overall software development process to producequality software and meet the expectations of system users and the programming language used PHP and the MySQL database. The purpose of this research is to develop an inventory system at CV. Padu Perkasa Nusantara Jakarta to facilitate the process of data processing of incoming and outgoing goods and speed up the search for stock and speed up the preparation of inventory reports using the Software Development Life Cycle method.Keywords : Supply, PHP MySQL, Systems Development Life Cycle
