Abstract

Singaraja city has a rich cultural heritage with significant historical, architectural, and social value. This study is a case study that focuses on three main heritage sites, namely the Buleleng Resident House, the State Junior High School Building 1 Singaraja, and the Buleleng Old Port, which represent the colonial heritage and local identity of the city. The main objective of this study is to formulate an integrated strategy for the preservation of cultural heritage, by identifying the main heritage elements and assessing their conservation challenges and opportunities as sub-objectives. A qualitative descriptive-analytical approach is used through field observations, interviews with local stakeholders, and document analysis. The findings show the need for a multidimensional approach that integrates historical conservation, cultural revitalization, community engagement, and cultural tourism development. This study aligns the findings with applicable policy strategies and contributes to the theory of heritage conservation in Indonesia through strategic recommendations for the sustainable management and promotion of urban heritage assets.

Abstract

The city of Singaraja in North Bali as one of the old cities in Bali that has many cultural heritage, including the Dutch Line. The Dutch colonial government, built this path after controlling Bali in 1846. Throughout this route, city facilities were built, such as offices, trade, public service facilities and official houses. Since it was proclaimed as an object of tourism, this area has undergone many changes and even destroyed buildings. The purpose of this study was to find out the conservation approach that was carried out on the facade of colonial buildings on the Dutch Line in the City of Singaraja. The research method uses a combination method, sequential explanatory model. Conservation methods and techniques that are carried out physically are preservation and conservation. The non-physical method carried out is restoration in an intangible context. This study also states that ancient buildings need to be more empowered supported by mechanisms such as legal protection and penalties, loans and subsidies, adaptive reuse, and sale development right. Kota Singaraja di Bali Utara sebagai salah satu kota lama di Bali yang banyak memiliki warisan budaya, diantaranya Jalur Belanda. Pemerintah kolonial Belanda, membangun jalur ini setelah menguasai daerah Bali pada tahun 1846. Sepanjang jalur ini, dibangun fasilitas kota, seperti perkantoran, perdagangan, fasilitas pelayanan umum dan rumah-rumah dinas. Sejak dicanangkan sebagai obyek pariwisata, kawasan ini telah banyak mengalami perubahan dan bahkan terjadi penghancuran pada bangunan-bangunan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya pendekatan konservasi yang dilakukan pada fasade bangunan kolonial di Jalur Belanda Kota Singaraja. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kombinasi, model sequential explanatory. Metode dan teknik konservasi yang dilakukan secara fisik yaitu preservasi dan konservasi. Metode non fisik yang dilakukan adalah restorasi dalam konteks intangible. Penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa bangunan kuno perlu lebih diberdayakan yang didukung dengan mekanisme seperti: legal protection (perlindungan hukum) dan penalties (hukuman), pinjaman dan subsidi, adaptive-reuse, dan sale development right.

Abstract

Tourist port is an area of ​​facilities to support tourist crossing activities to the tourism destination and activities inside the tourism area. Labuhan Lalang is the only official tourist port used for crossing activities to Menjangan Island, Menjangan Island is one of the tourist destinations in Buleleng Regency, with tourism potential namely the underwater diving spots, island land which are the original habitat of Menjangan., also religious tourism areas for Hindus. In fulfilling its function, the port facilities must be obtain comfort and safety when using it, which are problem that occurs in Labuhan Lalang, namely circulation area, main facilities and support for tourist ports, and areas around ports that are currently not meet the national standards. The problems will be resolved by planning and designing using research methods in the form of data collection through theoretical studies, precedents comparision, and interviews with facility users, in hope that the design results in the form of working drawings and 3d images of the area will be able to meet the needs of the facility, standard facilities, as well as visual aspects that have been determined through the data results from the data collection method above.

Abstract

Pasar1tradisional1merupakan tempat terjadinya transaksi1jual-beli antara pedagang dan pembeli dengan menerapkan sistem tawar1menawar yang menjadi ciri1khas pasar tradisional. Banyak masyarakat bergantung dengan keberadaan pasar1tradisional. Terutama bagi masyarakat kalangan menengah ke bawah. Pasarlhewan dan pasarlumumlberingkit merupakan salah satu pasar terbesar di kecamatanlmengwi yang memiliki dua fungsi yaitu Pasar Khususl (Hewan) dan PasarlUmum. Pada PasarlHewan dan PasarlUmumlBeringkit, permasalahannya yaitu pada pintu keluar masuk kendaraan, angkutan hewan dan pengunjung masih menggunakan satu jalur, yang menyebabkan kemacetan. Selain itu penataan ruang dagang yang belum terkelompok, dan permasalahan dari limbah kotoran hewan. Redesainlbertujuan agar menampilkan pasarltradisional yang lebih modern dan mengikuti trend. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan minat kunjungan masyarakat ke PasarlHewan dan PasariUmumlBeringkit, dan dapat menumbuhkan perekonomian masyarakat menjadi lebih baik. Dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada, maka perlu adanya RedesainlPasarlHewan dan PasarlUmumlBeringkit, agar dapat mewadahi fungsi dengan baik yang dikemas dalam tampilan pasar yang baru, bersih, nyaman dan memperhatikan sirkulasi lebih optimal.

Abstract

The independent learning program created by the Ministry of Education and Culture carried out by the Warmadewa University Architecture Study Program is located in the North Bali area. The Merdeka Learning Program in North Bali is the Merdeka Campus program which was first implemented by the Warmadewa University Architecture Study Program with the theme of learning outside the classroom or outside the campus. There are two independent learning programs implemented in the North Bali area, including WAVI-PD, namely research/research on villages in northern Bali and WAVI-PK. WAVI-PK aims to help rural communities who have physical disabilities in the North Bali area.

Abstract

Karangasem Regency is one of the regencies that has many beautiful natural attractions from the mountains to the underwater, it is evident that many local and foreign tourists visit Karangasem Amed. This Megatank Aquarium is a facility that can overcome problems related to the arrangement and decline of the ecosystem. underwater biota. By making a conservation effort with aspects of preservation, protection, and utilization, utilization is a conservation effort that becomes an attraction and new innovation related to tourism and for the sustainability of the Indonesian underwater biota ecosystem, especially in the Amed coastal area. With facilities consisting of a Marine Aquarium, Deep Sea Aquarium, Coral Reef Aquarium, Touch Pool, Snorkeling Pool, and many more. This Megatank Aquarium has the concept of "Environment and Technology" which means that marine biota ecosystems develop even though inside buildings with this technology can help for development without having to damage the environment, especially underwater biota. With the theme of Eco-Tech Architecture in environmentally friendly buildings with the utilization of natural potential.

Abstract

Badminton field is one of the facilities to accommodate several people who carry out sports activities as well as holding competitions for badminton. The Badminton Court is able to become a training ground for the younger generation who are starting to like badminton, and can further hone the skills of the young athletes candidates and open an opportunity to become Badminton Athletes. Aims as adequate facilities for a place to practice and able to accommodate the activities of badminton competitions held both at the national and international levels. The location chosen as the Badminton Court is in Buleleng Regency – Singaraja City. This location has criteria that can be considered as a place to build a badminton court. Singaraja City is an Education City, broadly speaking, there are more and more prospective young athletes who like badminton. By making this field more attractive to demand as a means for badminton, the design of the badminton court does not only provide facilities other than sports/badminton workshops, but there is a gathering place or a place to relax (communal space), food court, cafeteria, and mess . by applying the Hightech Architecture Trend, with the concept of Sportive Solidarity that attracts the attention of the public. With the context of trend development and also adapting high-tech modern architectural style.

Abstract

An orphanage is a place to care for and care for orphans or orphans, less fortunate children. According to data from the social Ministry, currently. orphans in Indonesia is 4,023,622, consisting of 20,000 children who have been abandoned by their parents due to Covid-19; 45,000 children cared for by LKSA, and 3,978,622 children are cared for by poor families. planning and design of this orphanage, 2 main design problems were faced including (1) atmosphere (2) facilities, as a place for shelter and a place to educate children, to accommodate abandoned children, by providing care for the role of substitute parents through the care of Foster Mothers and Foster Fathers, and with the Development carried out to Increase the Capacity of Actors and Facilities and Add to the fulfillment of the Educational Function at the Orphanage, which is realized by Informal Schools to develop children's education, then this orphanage accommodates 2 main functions (1) Residential Functions realized by Orphanages and (2) Educational Functions realized by Informal Schools. Tabanan Regency was choosing because the object Development of the Orphanage was in that location, correctly in Tabanan Regency, Selemadeg Timur District, Bantas Village name Sos Children's Bali Orphanage.

Abstract

Changes in the culture of the global community in the world of work continue to experience changes along with the development of technology. Workers who initially had to come to the office to work are now able to work anywhere more flexibly, not a few also choose to start a business to develop their careers. In this digital era, everything requires digitization to develop their business, one of the right ways is to hire professional consulting services to help these business actors develop their business. Therefore, planning and designing a co-working space consultant was made to accommodate the consultant workers and their clients in their needs to work. The image of a consultant that looks professional, neat, authoritative and clean makes the minimalist architectural theme suitable for describing their work. The purpose of applying the minimalist architectural theme to this consultant's work space is to create a professional working atmosphere and produce more optimal performance. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method to analyze theory and data collection. The results of the research are in the form of a minimalist architecture implementation design for consultant workspaces at the Planning and Design Consultant Co-Working Space in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Jembrana Regency has natural beauty and beautiful beaches so that it can attract tourists to visit. The development of this area can increase if it is developed potentially, resorts are the right choice to be built in this area, because resorts have facilities that can support tourists. The purpose of this resort is to provide comfort by prioritizing environmental friendliness, reducing air conditioner energy use, with efforts to solve design problems in order to provide the best solution. This resort is expected to be able to overcome existing design problems. In planning and designing this resort will have good benefits for tourism in the Jembrana area, especially in Perancak Beach, the facilities are arranged based on zoning and circulation flow. With the construction of this resort, it is hoped that it will be able to lift, enliven, facilitate the progress of tourism in the Perancak Beach area.
