Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture, compensation and career development of the nurses' performance through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with cross-sectional survey method. The technique for collecting data in this study was a questionnaire measuring devices in the form of Agree-Disagree Scale, in which respondents are all nurses at X Hospital Denpasar many as 143 people. In this study, data analysis is performed using SEM assisted by AMOS 22 program. The results of this study indicated that organizational culture, compensation, and career development have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and nurses performance at X Hospital Denpasar. In addition, the results of this study also show that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and career development of the nurse's performance at X Hospital Denpasar. So expect the rules or system that is clearly linked to the organization's culture, compensation, and career development so the nurses' performance can be improved. Increasing the nurse's performance will have an impact on the optimal and sustainable service delivery to society.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dorongan untuk menuju ke penggunaan kendaraan listrik telah meningkatkan laju pengembangan kendaraan listrik secara signifikan di semua aspek, dan sistem penyimpanan energi menjadi fokus dalam hal pengembangan. Perkembangan kendaraan listrik terkait langsung dengan perkembangan baterai. Terdapat 2 jenis baterai yakni baterai jenis primer dan baterai jenis sekunder. Baterai jenis primer diantaranya lithium metal alkaline dan baterai jenis sekunder diantaranya baterai lead-acid (LAB), baterai lithium-ion (LIBs), dan baterai nickel metal hydiride (NiMH). Baterai lithium-ion (Li-ion) memiliki keunggulan sehingga banyak digunakan dalam industri otomotif karena kepadatan energi dan dayanya yang tinggi, tingkat pengosongan yang rendah dan siklus hidup baterai yang cukup panjang. Sepeda motor listrik yang dirancang bangun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan baterai lithium-ion dengan tipe 60 Volt 23 Ah dengan motor listrik daya 3000 watt. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh pembebanan sepeda motor listrik terhadap efisiensi baterai dan menganalisis pengaruh pembebanan sepeda motor listrik terhadap termal baterai. Teknik analisa data berupa pengujian secara eksperimental selanjutnya melakukan metode analisis deskriptif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 4 kali pengujian didapatkan konsumsi arus listrik terbesar sebesar 44,7 ampere pada pembebanan seberat 180 kg, dari 4 (empat) kali pengujian didapatkan nilai temperature termal tertinggi pada baterai sebesar 32,8 0C pada pembebanan seberat 180 kg.

Abstract

Implementing green logistics involves using environmentally friendly practices and technologies in the management of supply chains and transportation of goods. The potential benefits gained in implementing green logistics include, a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, energy, and resource efficiency, reduced operational costs, reputation, and regulatory compliance. This research aims to create a strategy for developing the use of green energy towards green logistics at Benoa Port. The research methodology using a systematic literature review hybrid type then present several development strategy schemes that will be implemented. The results of the research conclude that the sea side and land side strategies can be applied to Benoa Port, the initial development strategy that has the greatest potential to be implemented is wind energy and solar energy on the land side to support the implementation of green logistics in fulfilling the Port area's electrical energy, the implications of this research will have an impact on the development of green energy for other ports in Indonesia in accordance with the government's national energy policy.

Abstract

Pengembangan usaha Madu Trigona telah menjadi fokus utama dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal, terutama karena kandungan antioksidannya yang tinggi.. Inovasi digital menawarkan solusi yang menjanjikan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Tujuan: Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk mengintegrasikan inovasi digital ke dalam bisnis Madu Trigona guna meningkatkan pemasaran, manajemen, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Metode: Hasil: Integrasi inovasi digital telah berhasil meningkatkan visibilitas produk Madu Trigona secara signifikan melalui platform online, serta meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan manajemen bisnis. Para pelaku usaha juga berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan mereka dan secara signifikan memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka. Kesimpulan: kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi digital memiliki peran krusial dalam memanfaatkan potensi bisnis Madu Trigona dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Integrasi teknologi dalam pemasaran dan manajemen bisnis dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis Madu Trigona lokal, serta memberdayakan masyarakat untuk mencapai kesejahteraan ekonomi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Technological developments have introduced many innovations in public transportation, and online transportation start-ups have introduced many changes to benefit people who use convenient transportation for their daily activities. The study was conducted in Denpasar, Bali. Transportation choices are influenced by many factors, including fares, travel times, facilities provided by transportation, availability of transportation, and people's lifestyles. This study was conducted to identify the impact of the quality of public and online transport services in Denpasar on peoples' lifestyles and transport choices. This study uses primary data obtained through an online survey that collects data by distributing links of Google Forms to public transport users in the city center of Denpasar. The study results found that 52% of people are more interested in public transport than online transport. The difference in interest is not too significant, namely by 5%. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi memunculkan berbagai inovasi baru pada transportasi umum serta startup transportasi online yang membawa banyak perubahan terhadap minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan transportasi yang cocok untuk kegiatan sehari-hari. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar, Provinsi Bali. Pemilihan angkutan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor di antaranya tarif, waktu tempuh, kenyamanan fasilitas dan sarana, waktu tunggu yang ditawarkan oleh kedua transportasi, serta gaya hidup masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup masyarakat serta kualitas pelayanan transportasi umum ataupun online di Kota Denpasar terhadap keputusan pemilihan transportasi yang akan digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dengan metode kuesioner online, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan link google form kepada masyarakat pengguna angkutan transportasi di Kota Denpasar. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 52% minat masyarakat lebih tinggi dalam menggunakan transportasi umum dibandingkan transportasi online. Perbedaan keminatan yang terjadi tidak terlalu signifikan yakni sebesar 5%.

Abstract

The implementation of occupational safety and health principles is a very important element in a company's operations that cannot be ignored, because it is a key factor in supporting the efficiency of the production process and increasing productivity to strengthen the company's competitiveness. Work accidents during loading and unloading are accidents that occur when loading or unloading goods from vehicles or ships. The research here uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely a research method that focuses on understanding the phenomenon in depth and through the process of collecting and analyzing non-numerical data, such as words, and narratives, and observations. The results of the study are: 1) Loading and unloading procedures at AHTS Amber include initial preparation, ship security, loading and unloading process, final inspection; 2) Obstacles in carrying out loading and unloading according to procedures at AHTS Amber include extreme weather conditions, ineffective coordination, technical conditions of equipment, safety factors, limited deck space, crew capacity, documentation and administrative procedures, cargo conditions; and 3) Management of loading and unloading planning at AHTS Amber in preventing work accidents including risk assessment and hazard identification, operational planning, training and simulation, equipment maintenance and inspection, effective communication, supervision and monitoring, implementation of safety management system (SMS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics, workload and work stress on performance of nurses. This study used quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire measuring devices in the form of Agree-Disagree Scale, in which respondents are all nurses at Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar many as 143 people. In this study, data analysis was performed using SEM assisted by AMOS program 22. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of nurses in Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar. While the workload shows no significant effect on the performance of nurses in Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar. From the results of this study are expected to provide an overview to the management of Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar in improving the performance of nurses. Increasing the performance of nurses will have an impact on service delivery to the optimal and sustainable society

Abstract

The existence of vehicles with excess loads and dimensions or called ODOL is a problem that public transport service providers often face. The author compiled this paper to find out indicators of the readiness of the logistics industry in supporting the Zero ODOL policy which will become effective in January 2023. By definition, overload is a condition when a vehicle carries a load that exceeds the specified load limit. While overdimension is a condition when the dimensions of the vehicle carrier do not match production standards and regulatory provisions. This study is a type of qualitative research with a discussion model in the form of data descriptions in verbal form. The data collection technique used is a literacy study derived from secondary data sources. The main focus to be built in this study is to find out the readiness of the logistics industry for implementing ODOL. Broadly speaking, ODOL is not only a transportation problem, but has spread to the socio-economic sector because this problem is prone to occur from upstream to downstream of the logistics process. ODOL causes a domino effect that causes losses of up to IDR 43 trillion every year. In order to realize this policy, readiness indicators are needed. But unfortunately,the impact resulting from the Zero ODOL policy discourse is considered too heavy for the industry because they are currently struggling to recover after the co-19 pandemic. Abstract

The world is entering a transitional phase from the Industrial Revolution 4.0 to Society 5.0. One of the indicators of this transition is the emergence of various companies or organizations that make internal policies that are oriented towards increasing the value and welfare of their members. The strategy implemented is expected to stimulate the transition process to be faster and more measurable. Companies that want sustainability need to be consistent so that the policies implemented are in line with company goals. In this case, the policies designed are related to the development and management of human resources based on moral and ethical values (green ethics). This study aims to see what indicators are involved in implementing the policy and what steps should be taken by the Human Resource Development (HRD) team as the policy operator. The researcher uses a qualitative research method which is a description of the results of the literacy study to describe the research results more effectively. Based on the research results, green ethics policies have three key indicators as the main fundamentals, including green environment, green people, and green spirituality. The implementation of green ethics policies will be able to improve the quality of human resources which will indirectly help the company to remain sustainable.
