Deli Serdang Regency which is one of the Regencies in North Sumatra Province, it is noted that every year the target of early detection of cervical cancer is never achieved. That is, in 2018 to 2019 only 33.59% of the 50% target and in 2020 only 0.4% of the 80% target. One of the working areas of the Puskesmas with low achievement is the Pagar Jati Health Center. In 2019 there were 3,492 women of childbearing age, but only 275 people (7.8%) carried out tests of the target of 15.7%, with a positive IVA of 7 people. This study aims to analyze the evaluation of cervical cancer prevention programs using the Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) method for couples of childbearing age (PUS) at Pagar Jati Health Center. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive design. Research subjects were selected using purposive sampling consisting of 5 informants. Data collection techniques using indepth interviews. The results showed that the implementation of the cervical cancer early detection program with the IVA method at the Pagar Jati Health Center had not run optimally. Executors who are still limited are not in accordance with the specified rules. In addition, there is no specific allocation of funds given for program development and there is still a lack of socialization given to the community. The research used was a pilot study with one group. before and after test design. Based on the inclusion criteria, samples were taken from a total of 30 people using appropriate sampling techniques. Proportion test analysis using paired sample t-test. Data analysis used the Shapiro-Wilk test and the research tool was a pain observation sheet, namely the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). The results of this study showed that the average pain of dysmenorrhea before applying warm compresses was 6.93, with a median score of 7.00 and a standard deviation of 1.23. The lowest mean score for dysmenorrhea before warm compresses was 4 and the highest score was 9. The average dysmenorrhea pain after warm compresses was 3.90, with a median score of 4.00 and a standard deviation of 1.24. The lowest mean score for dysmenorrhea after warm compresses was 1 and the highest score was 6. Abstract

The toddler period is a very important period and needs serious attention. During this period the life process of growth and development takes place very rapidly, namely physical growth and psychomotor, mental and social development. The nutritional status of children under five is an important thing that must be known by every parent. Mothers play an important role in supporting efforts to overcome nutritional problems, especially in terms of family nutrition, starting from food preparation, selection of food ingredients, to the food menu. Mothers who have good nutritional status will give birth to well-nourished children. Lack of parental nutrition and health knowledge, especially mothers is one of the causes of malnutrition in children under five. Mother's knowledge about nutrition is what the mother knows about healthy food for a certain age group and how the mother chooses, processes and prepares food properly. The aim is to determine the relationship between the mother's level of knowledge and the pattern of complementary feeding of breast milk on the nutritional status of toddlers 6-12 months in the working area of the Rantang Health Center, Sei Putih Tengah Village, Medan Petisah District, North Sumatra. This type of research is an analytic method with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were all children aged 6-12 months inti the Rantang Health Center, namely 54 children. Bivariate analysis used the Chi-Square (?2) statistical test. The results of the statistical test obtained a p value of 0.002 (? <0.05), which means that there is a relationship, namely the relationship between maternal nutritional knowledge regarding the pattern of giving complementary foods and the nutritional status of toddlers aged 6-24 months

Abstract

Background : Rhodamine B is a synthetic dye that is generally used as a dye for paper, textiles or inks. The use of Rhodamine B is certainly very dangerous for health. Rhodamine B if used directly on the human body will cause irritation of the respiratory tract and can cause cancer and liver damage. Although there are negative impacts, the use of these dyes is still often done, especially for food and cosmetic products. Purpose : This research was conducted to identify and determine levels of Rhodamine B in liptint traded in Lubuk Pakam sub-District. Method : Qualitative analysis of Rhodamine B was carried out by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) using ethylacetate-methanol-ammonia (45:25:30), while quantitative analysis for assay was carried out using UV-VIS Spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 545 nm. The linear calibration curve in the range of 1 - 5 ?g /ml resulted in the regression equation y = 0.0091x - 0.009. Results : The results of the qualitative analysis showed that the three samples containing Rhodamine B with each Rf value of 0.87 cm (sample A), 0.96 cm (sample B), 0.98 cm (sample C) and quantitatively the levels for sample A were known is 13,144 mg/g, sample B is 27,704 mg/g and sample C is 20,386 mg/g. Conclusion : From this research, it is known that there is still the use of Rhodamine B as a dye in liptint traded in Lubuk Pakam sub-district
