Abstract

The role of herding behavior (HD) is very much needed in moderation to support Investment Decisions (IC) for novice investors. This study aims to measure the size of Financial Literacy (FL) in making the right decisions. The data processed in this study are 158 novice investor respondents who invest in stock-type securities in Indonesia. The sampling method was carried out randomly (probability sampling) which was collected through the Google form. The data analysis method used is to answer the truth of the hypothesis using the help of the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of hypothesis testing found that FL had a positive and significant effect on KI and HD. The magnitude of the influence value is less than 0.05. The same test model for HD also has a positive effect on KI with a value smaller than 0.05. The test value of this effect on HD is not a direct effect, with a coefficient value of -0.039 which is smaller than 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that HD does not moderate the relationship between FL and KI for novice investors who invest in stock-type securities in Indonesia. So that this research can be used as a reference in making decisions for novice investors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh brand image, brand love dan word of mouth terhadap purchase decision konsumen pada produk ayam goreng Kentucy Fried Chicken (KFC) di Kota Padang. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan membuktikan peran word of mouth sebagai penguat hubungan antara brand image dan brand love dengan purchase decision konsumen pada produk ayam KFC di Kota Padang. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sebanyak 80 orang konsumen yang memiliki pengalaman membeli dan mengonsumsi ayam goreng KFC di Kota Padang. Proses pengambilan sampel di lakukan secara acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji T-statistik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan word of mouth memperkuat hubungan antara brand image dengan purchase decision konsumen pada produk ayam goreng KFC di Kota Padang. Sedangkan dalam pengujian efek tidak langsung juga ditemukan word of mouth memediasi hubungan antara brand love dengan purchase decision konsumen pada produk ayam goreng KFC di Kota Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and government support on culinary MSME business performance in Padang City. In addition, this research also aims to prove the role of government support to strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and culinary MSME business performance in Padang City. In this research, as many as 120 culinary actors managed by gen Z or business actors aged between 16 and 23 years were used at this time. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is quantitative by using path analysis. The results of testing the hypothesis found that entrepreneurial orientation will encourage increased culinary MSME business performance managed by gen Z in Padang City. The research results obtained also found that government support in the form of financial or non-financial has a strong influence on the performance of micro business businesses managed by gen Z in Padang City. Another finding obtained through our research is that government support moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance. These findings show that the implementation of an entrepreneurial orientation will be carried out and on target if it gets financial or non-financial support from the government so that it can encourage increased business performance.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan material sisa yang tidak lagi diinginkan setelah proses konsumsi atau produksi, dan pengelolaannya menjadi isu penting disetiap kota. Pengelolaan sampah di Kota Padang, khususnya di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) Air Dingin, menjadi tantangan mendesak seiring pertumbuhan populasi dan tekanan lingkungan yang meningkat. TPA Air Dingin menerima sekitar 500 ton sampah setiap harinya dari seluruh Kota Padang, dengan berbagai macam jenis sampah.  Limbah plastik merupakan salah satu limbah yang sangat banyak dikumpulkan oleh Pemulung di TPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak pemanfaatan limbah plastik terhadap kemandirian ekonomi keluarga pemulung di sekitar TPA Air Dingin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, di mana informan dipilih secara sengaja berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, yaitu pemulung yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pengolahan limbah plastik dan berdomisili di sekitar TPA Air Dingin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan limbah plastik menjadi produk bernilai jual mampu meningkatkan keterampilan dan pendapatan pemulung, serta mendukung kemandirian ekonomi. Selain manfaat ekonomi, terdapat kontribusi pada peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan memperkuat jaringan sosial diantara pemulung. Pemanfaatan limbah plastik tidak hanya membawa dampak positif secara ekonomi, tetapi juga berperan dalam mendukung pengelolaan sampah secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Limbah Plastik, Kemandirian Ekonomi Pemulung, Pengelolaan Sampah Berkelanjutan

Abstract

This research has the desire to prove the role of financial performance in strengthening the relationship between the role of the board of commissioners of liquidity and CSR. Research was conducted on consumer sector companies in the Indonesian capital market. The research was carried out from 2017 – 2021. The data analysis method used is Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The process of statistical testing is done with the help of STATA. The result of founding independent commissioners' roles and liquidity has a positive effect on CSR disclosure, besides that company performance which functions as a moderating variable also has a positive effect on company performance. In testing the moderating effect it was found that the company's performance weakened the relationship between liquidity and CSR, while the second test found that the company's performance strengthened the board of commissioners' relationship with CSR disclosure in consumers of good companies in the Indonesian Stock Market, Theoretically, our research will contribute to the development of the concept of green accounting and governance, which of course will encourage increased corporate reputation, besides that practically our research results can be used as a policy reference for public companies in Indonesia in increasing the implementation of environmental, social and environmental responsibility values governance.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, kepribadian proaktif dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan karir pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman. Pada penelitian ini digunakan beberapa pegawai untuk dijadikan sampel yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam menjawab hipotesis adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil pengolahan data ditemukan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan  kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan karir yang dirasakan pegawai, sedangkan kepribadian proaktif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karir yang dirasakan pegawai Sekretariatan Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman.Kata Kunci:   keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, kepribadian proaktif, kecerdasan emosional,            kepuasan karir

Abstract

This research explores the influence of promotional content variables, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty. The collection technique uses nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling. This research involved 300 tourists who visited Mentawai Tourism, then analyzed using the SEM method. The research results show that there is a direct influence between the content promotion variable on tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty as well as an indirect influence between content promotion on tourist loyalty through the tourist satisfaction variable..

Abstract

This research aims to empirically prove the influence of financial knowledge and entrepreneurial knowledge on the business performance of culinary food MSMEs in Padang City. Apart from that, this research also aims to prove the role of financial knowledge in strengthening the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and MSME business performance in Padang City. This research was carried out on all food culinary MSMEs spread across the city of Padang, but only 104 culinary business owners and operators in the city of Padang were used as samples. The analysis method was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by surveying owners and operators of culinary MSMEs in Padang City. The data analysis method used is multiple regression (OLS). In accordance with the description of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the culinary food MSME business in Padang City. Apart from that, from the results of hypothesis testing, it can be proven that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the culinary food MSME business in Padang City. In the description of the results of hypothesis testing, it was also found that financial knowledge was able to strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and business performance in culinary food MSMEs in Padang City.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and competence of Social Sciences (IPS) subject teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) level throughout Padang City. Through a participatory approach, this activity was carried out in the form of training, group discussions, and intensive mentoring for teachers who are members of the Social Studies Subject Teachers' Council. The results of the activity showed that the Social Studies teachers experienced an increase in their understanding of the basic principles of the Independent Curriculum, including the concept of learning differentiation, designing teaching modules based on local contexts, and integrating the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in Social Studies learning. In addition, this activity strengthens the role of the teacher council as a forum for collaboration between educators to share good practices and develop strategies for implementing a more effective curriculum. This service is expected to be the first step in building a more reflective, adaptive, and in-line social studies learning ecosystem in line with the direction of national education policy.Keywords: Independent Curriculum, MGMP, Pancasila Student Profile

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of brand experience, brand trust and brand image on brand loyalty (in the Levi's brand jeans in town field). The results of data analysis showed that: (1) There is significant influence between Brand Experience against Brand image on the Levi's brand jeans in Padang with values obtained coefficient of 0.306 with a p-value of 0.047 and thitung 1.992> 1.66 with ttabel with significant value p-value 0.047 <alpha of 0.05 (2) There is significant influence between brand Experience against brand Loyalty in the Levi's brand jeans in Padang with values obtained coefficient of 0.456 with a p- value of 0.007 and 2.700 thitung> ttabel of 1.66 with significant value p-value 0.007 <alpha of 0.05 (3) There is no significant influence among Against brand loyalty brand image on the Levi's brand jeans in Padang with coefficient of 0.220 with a p-value of 0.107 and thitung 1,614 <ttabel of 1.66 with significant value p-value 0.107> 0.05 alpha (4) There is a signifi influence Against right between the Brand Trust on the Brand image of Levi's jeans brand in Padang with coefficient of 0.552 with a p-value of 0.000 and thitung 3,544> t table value of 1.66 with a significant p-value of 0.000 <alpha 0.05 ( 5) There is no significant effect of brand trust on the brand Loyalty Against jeans brand Levi's in Padang with coefficient of 0.099 with a p-value of 0.529 and thitung 0,629 <ttabel of 1.66 with significant value p-value 0.529> alpha of 0.05.
