Abstract

An entrepreneur is someone who will carry out an activity smartly and talentedly in introducing a product to consumers and is able to develop a product. It’s important to us know about the condition of the people of the State of Indonesia to this day is abundant with a wealth of natural resources, therefore, as a society with education, do not only look for work but also must be able to create jobs by means of entrepreneurship. Based on the problems or events above, there are several ways that SMA Negeri 1 Woyla Timur or the school can do to minimize or suppress the number of unemployed in Indonesia, one of which is to provide entrepreneurship education to students from an early age, so that by giving views or directions on entrepreneurship, it is expected students have a high spiritual provision of the concept of entrepreneurship. Observing the various problems mentioned above, the Community Service implementation team tried to offer a School-Based Entrepreneurship Model to Students with a case study on students of SMA Negeri 1 Woyla Timur. The result of this service activity is that based on this community service activity, it can be concluded that it is best and proper for every student to be given the ability or skill on how to open an effective and efficient entrepreneur.

Abstract

AbstractAt the beginning of 2020 until now, the world, including Indonesia, was hit by a pandemic known as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Currently, various efforts are continuously being made to fight against the pandemic, including creating the right vaccine so that this pandemic will end soon. In addition, in suppressing the pace of the pandemic so that it does not spread further and result in an increasing number of fatalities, it is necessary to comply with health protocols such as implementing 3M in daily life. The next thing that is no less important is adopting a healthy lifestyle so that the immune system in the body becomes good to deal with the high level of this pandemic. Furthermore, the use of herbal plants is also important as an alternative in increasing the immune system of the human body, for example, ginger and turmeric are believed to be one of the compositions for treating hepatitis. This condition is of course an opportunity for herbal plant cultivators to market the herbal plants they produce. Abstract

In the midst of an increasingly advanced civilization, various companies are required to continue to innovate and maintain stability in order to be able to continue to exist in society and be able to compete in the business world. One of the businesses that continues to grow rapidly after the Covid-19 pandemic and has succeeded in dominating the domestic market to date is the sales-related industry that offers a variety of beauty products. In deciding to buy a product, potential customers have certain criteria. Research using qualitative research methods. Abstract

Pengembalian Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana  berdampak pada dana pemerintah atau disebut kas negara. Pengembalian SP2D menyebabkan dana semestinya sudah diterima menjadi terhalang dengan adanya penolakan atau pengembalian dari bank mitra kerja KPPN. Penanganan pengembalian SP2D telah disusun oleh Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan tahun 2018 nomor 9. Penelitian memakai metode deskriptif kualitatif, untuk menguraikan serta mendeskripsikan secara mendalam terkait penyebab terjadinya pengembalian SP2D. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa dokumen dan wawancara dengan pegawai KPPN Meulaboh.  Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Meulaboh dibagian Seksi Bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penyebab retur SP2D di KPPN  Meulaboh yakni rekening supplier tidak aktif/salah atau tidak ditemukan, Kesalahan dan perbedaan nomor serta nama rekening pada SP2D dengan data perbankan, Belum dikonfirmasi bank. Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk memahami penyebab yang mempengaruhi retur Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana dan bagaimana prosedur penanganan retur di KPPN Meulaboh.

Abstract

Investment interest is an individual's desire to invest to achieve long-term financial goals. The general goal of investing is to generate passive income, capital growth, or both. The purpose of this research is to see whether financial behavior influences investment interest among BSI KCP Johan Pahlawan customers. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive type. The population in this study were all customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Johan Pahlawan Sub-Branch Office. The sample used in this research was 100 customers, taken from this population. The data collection technique in this research was to use a questionnaire which was distributed to the entire research sample. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS software. The collected questionnaire data will be analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques to test the research hypothesis. SPSS software was used to assist statistical calculations in analyzing the data. The results of this research show that financial behavior has a positive and significant influence on the investment interest of the Johan Pahlawan community, this is proven by the acquisition of a sig of 0.00 < 0.05. In other words, Johan Pahlawan's financial behavior in managing their personal finances has an impact on their interest in investing.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology raises demands on various fields, including entrepreneurship. This demand is especially addressed to the younger generation or novice businessmen who are the initial target. It is hoped that with the emergence of various demands and activities that support business development for beginners, it can reduce the unemployment rate. The importance of changing mindsets and providing the right strategy for novice business people is important to do. One effort that can be done is to increase understanding and mastery of advances in information technology, especially to face global competition. Therefore it is important to carry out various trainings and activities that can support creativity as well as new and unique ideas for these novice businessmen, which are currently mostly carried out by students. The training conducted at SMAIT Ruhul Islam was carried out in order to build an entrepreneurial spirit for students at a young age and to have interest and basic knowledge about entrepreneurial planning using the business model canvas. SMAIT Ruhul Islam Simeulue students can practice making a business model canvas and can apply various approaches to the business model canvas for the progress of their respective businesses.

Abstract

Net profit is an illustration of the success of a company in managing its working capital. In its management, it can be seen as a form of whether or not the use of working capital in the company is effective. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital on profitability in companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Case study at (PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia). In this case the variables used are Working Capital Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover, and Cash Turnover. The sample used is data obtained from the Annual Financial Report of PT. Indonesian Islamic Bank. For 5 Years (2017-2021). The test results from this study first obtained a result of 0.161, it was concluded that working capital turnover had no significant effect on profitability. Furthermore, the second test results obtained that is equal to 0.831 so that it can be concluded that Accounts Receivable Turnover has no significant effect on Profitability. Then the third test results obtained results of 0.165 thus concluded that Cash Turnover has no significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

The existence of MSMEs is very useful to support or increase people's income. Therefore, it is important for the government to contribute properly in supporting and empowering MSMEs to be increased, one of which is financing support in the People's Business Credit program in Islamic banking, including at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of distribution of People's Business Credit on the income level of MSMEs. The population in this study amounted to 200 people and 67 people were taken as a sample using the slovin formula. This type of research uses a quantitative method, the analysis used is a simple regression test, t test, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 25. The results of the research conducted show that the t-count value is 4.299 > t-table is 1.997 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that KUR distribution has a positive and significant effect on the income level of MSMEs.

Abstract

This research explores Brand Image and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions at Mr. DIY West Aceh with research objectives to analyze and determine the influence between brand image, Word of Mouth and purchasing decisions. Using a correlational quantitative approach with 100 samples drawn using a non- probability sampling technique calculated using the lemeshow formula. The research results show that Brand Image (X1) has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y) at MR DIY, with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, Word of Mouth (X2) has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y), with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05 and the F test results show that the regression model that combines Brand Image (X1) and Word of Mouth (X2) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) has a very significant influence, with an F value of 106.554 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Apart from this, it still needs to be improved by optimizing Word of Mouth and a more comprehensive marketing strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Event Marketing and Installment Tenor infuence motorbike purchase decisions at PT Alfa Scorpii Meulaboh. The method used in this research is quantitative. The questionnaires were distributed to 85 respondents using the accidental sampling method as the data collection technique. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis where data processing is carried out using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study show that event marketing has a positif influence of instalment tenor on purchasing decisions. Additionally, there is also a positive and significant influence of installment tenor on purchasing decisions. Both partially and simultaneously, the event marketing and installment tenor variables show a positive and significant impact on motorcycle purchasing decisions at PT. Alfa Scorpii Meulaboh, accounting for 71.1%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
