Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the marketing mix (4P) at PT Adira Finance, Meulaboh Branch, West Aceh, in responding to the challenges of the unique and diverse local market. The marketing mix, consisting of product, price, place, and promotion, is a strategic framework for expanding market share and maintaining the company's competitiveness. Adjustment of financing products such as sharia-based two-wheeled vehicle financing and price flexibility based on local purchasing power shows relevance to local needs. Service distribution is optimized by placing offices in strategic locations and collaborating with local partners. Promotion strategies are carried out offline through community events and exhibitions, and online through social media and the Adiraku application. A descriptive narrative research method is used with interpretive data analysis based on documents and observations. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of a marketing mix that is adaptive to local culture and characteristics has succeeded in increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty at PT Adira Finance, Meulaboh Branch. This study emphasizes the importance of understanding the local market for the success of a marketing strategy.

Abstract

Pola makan dan gaya hidup sehat merupakan harapan semua orang, sehingga orang-orang dapat hidup tanpa gangguan kesehatan dan dapat menjalani hidup dengan produktif. Pola makan dan gaya hidup yang tidak baik dapat berdampak timbulnya masalah kesehatan, terutama gangguan pencernaan seperti dispepsia. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan (edukasi) petani tentang cara melakukan pencegahan dan penanganan dyspepsia melalui pola makan dan gaya hidup sehat di Desa Babah Lueng. Dispepsia adalah gangguan pencernaan yang sering terjadi dan penyakit ini dipicu oleh makanan berlemak, pedas, dan kebiasaan makan yang tidak teratur. Gaya hidup seperti merokok, kurang tidur, dan aktivitas fisik yang minim juga diketahui ikut memainkan peran penting terhadap peningkatan kejadian dispepsia. Metode edukasi yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan tanya jawab. Selain itu, peserta diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner pretes dan postes tentang pola makan dan gaya hidup sehat yang dapat mencegah dan menangani dispepsia. Dari 30 peserta hasil edukasi menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan pola makan dan gaya hidup peserta sebelum dan setelah edukasi. Hasil pretest hanya 35% yang mengetahui dengan baik pola makan sehat dan gaya hidup sehat, namun hasil posttest meningkat menjadi 70% peserta yang mengetahui dengan baik. Edukasi kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang pola makan dan gaya hidup sehat untuk mencegah dan menangani dyspepsia. Peserta diharapkan dapat menerapkan pengetahuan yang sudah mereka meiliki dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan dapat menyebarkan informasi tersebut kepada orang-orang disekitar mereka yang tidak hadir atau diundang saat kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan

Abstract

Financial performance is an important indicator used to evaluate the financial condition of an entity, such as a bank. Financial performance evaluation provides an understanding of an entity's financial health, operational efficiency, profitability, and financial sustainability. This research aims to comprehensively investigate the influence of financial literacy on employee performance and its impact on financial performance in the Islamic banking environment. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis methods. The population and sample in this study were all employees at BSI KCP Blangpidie, namely 35 people. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is path analysis. The research results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence in improving financial performance at BSI KCP Blangpidie, this is because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (9.074 > 2.034). Likewise, from the calculations that have been carried out, it is known that the direct effect is 0.346 and the indirect effect is 0.591, which means the direct effect is smaller than the indirect effect.

Abstract

Persepsi masyarakat tentang kualitas pelayanan arsip surat dibagian umum setdakab aceh singkil sangat baikdan berjalan dengan lancar masyarakat juga sering menerima layanan suarat menyurat dari Seketariat Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Singkil bagian Umum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkur sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan Arsip surat menyurat di Seketariat Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Singkil bagian Umum. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualtatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, serta mengumpulkan data dengan observasi dan wawanara untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mendukung penelitian.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) face challenges that continue to change along with technological developments and market dynamics. The service activity underlying this paper focuses on strengthening the adaptive and  flexibility of human resources (HR) of women MSME practitioner in Banda Aceh. The main objective of this activity is to improve the ability of MSME  practitioner to manage their businesses strategically, utilize social media, and develop an adaptive mindset to change. Through material delivery methods and interactive discussions, participants were encouraged to determine business priorities, use digital platforms that match the character of the product, and build courage in facing new challenges. The results of the activity show that this approach is effective in encouraging the improvement of managerial skills and mental readiness of MSME  practitioner to develop more competitively. Therefore, HR coaching can be a strategic step in strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Kabupaten Nagan Raya merupakan Kabupaten tertinggi produksi ikan nila diwilayah barat Provinsi Aceh. Kelompok petani ikan nila mengalami masalah pada pertumbuhan ikan nila yang lambat dan tidak seragam. Salah satu penyebab pertumbuhan lambat dan tidak seragam diakibatkan benih kurang berkualitas dari hasil pemijahan liar. Pemijahan liar dicegah dengan cara pemeliharaan ikan monoseks. Benih ikan monoseks dapat diperoleh dari penerapan teknologi sek reversal. larva ikan nila diarahkan kelaminnya menjadi jantan (maskulinisasi). Tujuan PKM adalah memberi pengetahuan dan ketrampilan penerapan sex reversal bagi kelompok petani ikan nila. Objek/sasaran adalah kelompok masyarakat yang produktif secara ekonomi, dengan mitra kelompok petani ikan (UPR Mina Mandiri). Metode pelaksanaan PKM melalui pendidikan non formal berupa pelatihan, praktik dan pendampingan. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi: persiapan program, sosialisasi program, pelatihan sek reversal, penerapan dan pendampingan sek reversal dan evaluasi. Hasil PKM diperoleh, mitra memahami tahapan pelaksanaan dan tujuan pelaksanaan program pengabdian pada waktu sosialisasi. Peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang sek reversal ikan dari 23% (pre-test) menjadi 79% (post-test). Petani ikan mengetahui alur kerja penerapan sek reversal dan trampil dalam melakukannya. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan merupakan indikator keberhasilan pelaksanaan program transfer iptek ke petani ikan, melalui pelatihan dan praktek langsung. Kesimpulannya, kelompok petani ikan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang sek reversal ikan sebesar 56% dan mampu menghasilkan benih ikan nila monoseks jantan.

Abstract

Brand Ambassador adalah individu yang diajak bekerjasama oleh sebuah perusahaan untuk menjadi ikon dari sebuah brand awareness dan sales Brand Image merupakan perspektif secara subjektif mengenai merek yang terbentuk melalui beberapa hal seperti logo, desain dan pengalaman konsumen pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tentang pengaruh BTS Sebagai Brand Ambassador Terhadap Brand Image, ketertarikan konsumen dan pengaruh positif terhadap konsumen. Di penelitian ini penulis memakai metode kuantitatif dimana data yang diperoleh dari bentuk angka-angka yang dapat dihitung. Semua pernyataan valid, riabel dan normal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien dapat dilihat bahwa variabel Brand Ambassador (X) senilai 0.000 < 0,05 variabel  dan nilai t hitung 600 > t tabel 0,2006. BTS sebagai Brand ambassador berpengaruh positif terhadap brand image oleh generasi Z di Tokopedia dengan tingkat pengaruh 28,3%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial marketing is a marketing activity carried out by small and medium scale business actors in starting a business. This study aims to determine how much influence entrepreneurial marketing has on marketing performance in kasab embroidery micro businesses in Kuala Baru District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The sampling technique used to collect data through questionnaires to 96 people who sew kasab with the Likert scale method. The method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results show that entrepreneurial marketing has a positive effect on marketing performance as evidenced by the significance value for the effect of the entrepreneurial marketing variable (x) on the marketing performance variable (y) worth 0.000 <0.05 and the value of t count 12.822> t table 0.2006. So it is hoped that every Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises  actor can always set aside part of his profits to be used as the next capital, so that the business he runs can continue to grow.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the comparison of perceived service quality among three courier service companies, namely PT. Pos Indonesia, JNT, and JNE, in Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. The method used is quantitative with a comparative quantitative approach. Data were collected through a Likert scale (1–5) questionnaire from 96 respondents who had used services from the three companies. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the research instrument was appropriate. The data were then analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Post Hoc Bonferroni tests. The results indicate a significant difference in perceived service quality among the three companies (p = 0.000 < 0.05). JNT obtained the highest average score, followed by JNE, while PT. Pos Indonesia received the lowest. The Post Hoc test results showed that all pairwise comparisons (JNT vs. JNE, JNT vs. PT. Pos Indonesia, and JNE vs. PT. Pos Indonesia) had significant differences. These findings align with the Logistics Service Quality (LSQ) theory, which emphasizes the importance of effective logistics services in shaping customer perceptions. This research implies that logistics service providers must continuously improve service quality based on customer needs and expectations, particularly in aspects such as delivery speed, clarity of information, and complaint handling. For PT. Pos Indonesia, these findings can serve as a foundation for evaluating and enhancing competitiveness in an increasingly competitive logistics market.
