Abstract

Although covid-19 is increasingly haunting the world, it has not reduced local investors to develop service businesses and place them as a type of business that is quite developed because it is directly related to consumer satisfaction. loyal customers who have become members of Mirota Swimming Pool. Technical analysis of data using path analysis with SPPS and Amos applications as a tool to determine the significant effect of the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study prove that facilities have a direct effect on tourist satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, facilities have a significant effect on business excellence, service quality has a significant effect on business excellence and tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on business excellence. The hope is that local tourism business developers Mirota Ajamu Swimming Pool in coastal areas can expand their business through various promotions and advertisements to improve their image and introduce their business to outsiders. For other research, it is expected to be able to develop the phenomenon by looking for sources of relevant variables that are closely related to satisfaction

Abstract

Retail in Indonesia has appeared one by one over time, including in rural areas like the Blok Songo Area, a village in the Kotapinang District of the North Sumatra Province. In Blok Songo, there are retail companies Alfamart, Alfamidi, and Indomaret. This creates competition that confuses each customer. The strategy implemented by retail companies makes customers more attached to their respective products; however, the obstacle that frequently arises for customers is the difference in distance, price, brand image, and service quality, which causes customer dissatisfaction. As a result, the purpose of this study has two sides. first, to investigate the factors that influence customers’ decisions regarding Alfamart, Alfamidi, and Indomaret as shopping destinations. Second, to know the significant impact on customers from the Complex where residents are engaged in the efficient operation of a retail business, by taking interviews with the complex’s authorities in order to gather data that will be beneficial to every retailer in developing, changing and even create new marketing techniques that link the key feature that significantly affects visitor interest. The Analytical Hierarchy Process is the method that is utilized and the last result of the alternatives Alfamidi Obtained 0,51925, Indomaret with 0,31002, and Alfamat with 0,17073 score.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Higgs Domino Island online game on adolescent violent behavior in the Labuhanbatu Regency. Some people in the research area have to spend a significant amount of time in a particular setting as part of this kind of field study, which has a qualitative descriptive approach. This study used 12 informants consisting of 8 adolescents aged between 15 to 17 years and 8 adults aged between 18 to 22 years. In addition, the four mothers’ parents who agreed to take part in the study were parents of children who often played Higgs Domino games online and displays violent behavior. The research results show that the Higgs Domino online game has a relationship with the aggressive behavior of adolescents. Based on the interview results, the authors can analyze that the impact of online games greatly influences the aggressive behavior of teenagers where the child is more emotional and performs actions, such as lying and stealing.
