Abstract

This study aims to explain the planning, implementation and evaluation of programs carried out by the Public Relations Department of Health in disseminating the Covid-19 vaccination program in Garut Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and literature study. The results showed that the program planning carried out by the Public Relations Office of the Garut Regency Health Office by analyzing the situation by interviewing all elements of society. The results of the evaluation of the program that have been carried out have caused a quick reaction, especially in enthusiasm, understanding and awareness of the importance of vaccines. The media make a very big contribution in providing understanding, especially on misinformation, but with intense socialization it can change people's thoughts and actions..

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, citra sebuah klub sepak bola tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh hasil pertandingan di lapangan, tetapi juga oleh strategi komunikasi yang terintegrasi, yang dirancang untuk membangun ikatan emosional dengan para pendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) terhadap citra klub di antara Bobotoh Garut. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan pada penelitian ini dengan melakukan survei melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert terhadap 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 27 menggunakan korelasi Pearson serta regresi linier sederhana berbasis Bootstrap. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tingkat implementasi IMC memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra klub. Koefisien korelasi Pearson yang mencapai 0,713 mengindikasikan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara IMC dan citra klub, sedangkan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,508 menunjukkan bahwa IMC mampu menjelaskan 50,8% variasi yang terdapat dalam citra klub. Meskipun ada 49,2% faktor lain diluar itu yang mempengaruhinya seperti kinerja tim, sejarah klub, identitas daerah, dan pengalaman individu penggemar.

Abstract

“Ngawitan Ngariksa Jagat” is a documentary genre film offering that shows the lives of the Sundanese Wiwitan harmonious community. This film is an orientation documentary genre in discussing the Sundanese Wiwitan perspective in general society and the perspective of the wider community. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method, which involves examining signs in videos at three levels: connotation (figurative meaning), denotation (actual meaning), and myth (history). Data is collected through documentation from relevant sources such as journals, books, films and websites. Primary data comes from observations of the film "Ngawitan Ngariksa Jagat" Instagram, while secondary data includes articles, journals and other documents. Researchers select and analyze relevant scenes to obtain moral meaning through semiotic analysis. The research results show that various aspects of Sundanese culture, such as religious rituals, music and traditional clothing, have deep meanings that reflect the harmonious relationship between humans and God and their ancestors. Meaning of Denotation and Connotation Every cultural element, from historical explanations to worship practices, contains deeper meaning. The myths that emerge in this practice emphasize the importance of sincerity, respect for ancestors, and awareness of cultural identity. This shows that cultural beliefs and values ​​play an important role in shaping people's behavior and attitudes.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the patterns of parental communication within the SBB Sumedang pushbike community and their contribution to the development of self-confidence in early childhood. Pushbike activities not only help develop children's motor skills but also function as a social interaction space involving parents, children, and community members. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive-interpretative method. The research subjects consisted of eight parents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation in the form of photographs, videos, and digital communication within the community. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing using thematic analysis. The results indicate that parental communication patterns are supportive, participatory, and oriented toward the child's learning process. Affirmative verbal communication, calming nonverbal communication, and consistent emotional presence play important roles in fostering children's courage, independence, and social abilities. Parents interpret courage as the child's willingness to try, failure as part of the learning process, and success as the ability to complete training activities. The pushbike community functions as a social learning space for parents, shaping communication norms that support children's psychosocial development. These findings emphasize that supportive parental communication patterns within children's sports communities can serve as an important medium in shaping early childhood self-concept and self-confidence. Keywords: Parental communication; children's sports community; pushbike; child self-confidence; family communication.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola komunikasi orang tua dalam komunitas pushbike SBB Sumedang dan kontribusinya terhadap pembentukan kepercayaan diri anak usia dini. Aktivitas pushbike tidak hanya melatih keterampilan motorik anak, tetapi juga menjadi ruang interaksi sosial antara orang tua, anak, dan anggota komunitas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-interpretatif. Subjek penelitian adalah delapan orang tua yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi berupa foto, video, serta komunikasi digital komunitas. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi orang tua bersifat suportif, partisipatif, dan berorientasi pada proses belajar anak. Komunikasi verbal afirmatif, komunikasi nonverbal yang menenangkan, serta kehadiran emosional konsisten, berperan penting dalam membangun keberanian, kemandirian, dan kemampuan sosial anak. Orang tua memaknai keberanian sebagai kemauan anak untuk mencoba, kegagalan sebagai bagian dari proses belajar, dan keberhasilan sebagai kemampuan menyelesaikan latihan. Komunitas pushbike berfungsi sebagai ruang pembelajaran sosial bagi orang tua, membentuk norma komunikasi yang mendukung perkembangan psikososial anak. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pola komunikasi orang tua yang suportif dalam komunitas olahraga anak dapat menjadi medium penting dalam membentuk konsep diri dan kepercayaan diri anak usia dini. Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of e-WOM amplification in the relationship between digital marketing communication strategies and consumer loyalty among Indonesian social media users. Using a quantitative explanatory survey design, data were collected from 180 purposively selected respondents with prior experience in online purchasing and e-WOM activities. The study employed multiple linear regression and mediation analysis using the PROCESS macro Model 4 with 5,000 bootstrapped samples. The findings reveal that digital marketing communication strategies significantly influence e-WOM amplification and consumer loyalty. Consumer engagement and user-generated content emerged as the strongest indicators within the digital communication and e-WOM dimensions. The mediation analysis confirmed that e-WOM amplification partially mediates the relationship between digital marketing communication and consumer loyalty, indicating that digital communication becomes more effective when consumers actively participate in disseminating brand-related information through social media interactions. These findings highlight the strategic importance of interactive communication, information credibility, and participatory digital engagement in strengthening long-term consumer loyalty. The study contributes theoretically by extending the conceptualization of e-WOM as an amplification mechanism within digital marketing communication and provides practical implications for companies seeking to optimize digital communication strategies in competitive online markets.
