Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership, rewards, motivation and discipline on the Work Productivity of Employees at Sarila Husada Hospital Sragen. The population of this study was 200 employees of Sarila Husada Hospital Sragen with a sample of 35 people using a simple random sampling method. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the Multiple Linear Analysis method. The results of the study showed that leadership, rewards, motivation and discipline had a positive and significant effect by contributing to productivity by 81.8% while the remaining 18.2% was explained by other variables not proposed in this study. Suggestions from this study, employees of Sarila Husada Hospital Sragen can improve motivation and discipline in leadership that provides awards in accordance with work results in order to increase productivity in the hospital.Keywords: Productivity, Leadership, Awards, Motivation, Discipline, Employees

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas kepemimpinan, kompensasi, fasilitas, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Kecamatan Bayat Kabupaten Klaten. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi semua karyawan yang bekerja di Kecamatan Bayat sejumlah 35 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode analisis asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji kelayakan model (uji F), uji hipotesis (uji t), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara simultan, kualitas kepemimpinan, kompensasi, fasilitas, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Bayat Kabupaten Klaten. Variabel kualitas kepemimpinan, kompensasi, fasilitas, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai sebesar 37,9% sedangkan 62,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Saran dari penelitian ini, Kecamatan Bayat Kabupaten Klaten supaya terus meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan, kompensasi,fasilitas, dan lingkungan kerja yang ada, sehingga akan membuat kepuasan kerja pegawai semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh belanja pegawai, belanja barang dan jasa, belanja modal, dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kinerja keuangan diproksikan dengan rasio rasio ketergantungan keuangan daerah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data realisasi APBD tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2023. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang digunakan untuk menguji empat hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa rasio belanja pegawai, rasio belanja barang dan jasa, rasio belanja modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan rasio PAD berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Namun kontribusi pengaruh semua variabel independen tersebut terhadap belanja modal sebagai variabel dependen adalah sebesar 76.7%, sedangkan 23.3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh variabel Kompetensi Profesional, Budaya Kerja, Disiplin  dan Penghargaan terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Profesional, Budaya Kerja, Disiplin dan Penghargaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan uji statistik pada adjusted R square variabel Kompetensi Profesional (X1), Budaya Kerja (X2), Disiplin (X3) dan Penghargaan (X4) memberikan sumbangan terhadap Kinerja Guru(Y) di SMP Negeri 7 Sukoharjo  sebesar 66,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,3% diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Kata   kunci:   Kinerja,    Kompetensi    Profesional,    Budaya    Kerja,    Disiplin, Penghargaan Guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, job placement, work environment, and career development on the job satisfaction of employees at the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Surakarta City. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population in this study consists of all civil servant employees (ASN) at the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Surakarta City, with a total of 54 respondents determined using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that, partially, work discipline, work environment, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job placement has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the four variables have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees at the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Surakarta City. Therefore, improving work discipline, creating a conducive work environment, and implementing well-planned career development programs can increase employee job satisfaction, even though job placement does not have a significant effect. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, workload, work environment, and occupational safety and health (K3) on the performance of employees of the Tawangsari Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, both simultaneously and partially. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The population of the study was all employees working at the Tawangsari Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency, with a sampling technique using the census method, so that the number of research samples was 89 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously, the variables of work motivation, workload, work environment, and occupational safety and health (K3) had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Tawangsari Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency. Therefore, the management of the Health Center is advised to increase employee work motivation through awards and training, adjust the workload to be more proportional, create a comfortable and conducive work environment, and strengthen the implementation of occupational safety and health programs in order to improve employee performance optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous (simultaneous) and partial influence of the variables of Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture, Teacher Performance and Teacher Work Motivation on the Quality of Education at PKBM Ibnu Abbas Klaten. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study were all Teachers and Administrative Staff working at PKBM Ibnu Abbas Klaten, totaling 46 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a census technique with a sample of 46 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study indicate that Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture, Teacher Performance and Work Motivation simultaneously and significantly influence the Quality of Education at PKBM Ibnu Abbas Klaten. Suggestions from this study, PKBM Ibnu Abbas Klaten should continue to maintain the quality of principal leadership, performance quality, positive culture and teacher work motivation through the support of continuous professional development, coaching and periodic capacity building. Abstract

Tujuan peneliitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, PersepsiHarga dan Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen PadaKedai Heika Kopi Sukoharjo. Penelitianini berlandaskan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Jumlah populasi 9.100 konsumen. Sampel yang diambil 100responden, Pemilihan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan sampling insidental. Data diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran kuesiioner. Uji F, uji t, regresii llinear berganda dan koefisien determiinasi (R2) digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan fasilitas berrpengaruh secarapositif dan signiifikan terrhadap kepuasan konsumenn pada Kedai Heikaa Kopi Sukohaarjo, sedangkan persepsi harga tidak berpengaaruh positif dan signifikaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Keedai Heika Kopii Sukoharjo.
