Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that learning conditions in the digital era must be supported by digital media, while the use of digital media in learning is still limited due to several obstacles faced by teachers.. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of elementary school teachers for SAC-based android application learning media. The research method used a survey with a google form instrument involving 246 elementary school teacher participants from West Java, Central Java and Banten. Data analysis is carried out automatically by google form so that results are obtained in the form of the number and percentage of participants which are visualized in the form of a pie chart and then interpreted into percentage categories and described qualitatively. The results showed that: 1) more than half of the participants already knew the android application learning media, and stated that the android application was appropriate and effective to be used as a learning medium, but less than half of the participants had never made android application media, 2) a small number of participants had known and had seen SAC products, but more than half had the desire to know more about SAC. From these results, it can be concluded that 1) It is necessary to develop a lot of digital learning media such as SAC-based android applications so that they can be used by teachers in teaching, 2) Teachers need to upgrade their knowledge and skills in the use of technology for learning.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the environmental carrying capacity at SMK N 1 Merek through the implementation of waste bins and environmental education banners. The study employs a descriptive approach using observation and interviews to collect data. The findings indicate that the strategic placement of waste bins and informative educational banners significantly enhance students' awareness of environmental cleanliness. Additionally, the behavior of disposing of waste properly has shown a marked improvement. This study concludes that the combination of physical facilities and visual education effectively supports sustainable environmental management within the school environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini melalui penerapan permainan tradisional berbasis outdoor learning di era digital. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus yang dilakukan di TK ABA 44 Seroja. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas anak usia 5–6 tahun, guru, dan orang tua yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional seperti engklek, lompat tali, dan bakiak mampu meningkatkan keseimbangan, koordinasi gerak, kekuatan otot besar, serta rasa percaya diri anak. Kegiatan outdoor juga mengurangi ketergantungan anak terhadap gawai dan meningkatkan interaksi sosial. Guru dan orang tua merespons positif pendekatan ini karena relevan dengan kebutuhan perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa permainan tradisional berbasis outdoor learning efektif sebagai strategi pembelajaran motorik kasar yang kontekstual, menyenangkan, dan berakar pada nilai budaya lokal.

Abstract

Trademark rights are regulated in Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. According to Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, to obtain rights to a trademark, the trademark must be registered with the Directorate of Trademarks of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia according to the constitutive system, in other words, to obtain legal protection for trademark rights, the trademark must be registered by its owner with the Trademark Directorate and after being officially registered in the name of the owner, a trademark certificate will be issued. Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, specifically in Article 21 paragraph (1) letters b and c, Article 83 paragraph (2), and reinforced by the Explanation of Article 21 paragraph (1) letter b, Explanation of Article 76 paragraph (2), and Explanation of Article 83 paragraph (2). Indonesia adopts a Trademark registration system with a constitutive system. This system requires trademark registration so that a trademark can receive protection, this system is also known as the first to file system. The applicable procedural law in the process of filing a dispute in the field of intellectual property rights is the Civil Procedural Law as with the civil procedural law in civil cases handled by the District Court in the general judicial body environment. The process of filing a lawsuit for an intellectual property rights dispute has been regulated through laws and regulations in Indonesia, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law on each intellectual property right, where the lawsuit is processed through the Commercial Court

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of the Quran memorization program at Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Medan. Utilizing qualitative methods, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model to explore how the boarding school designs and implements its Quran memorization program. The findings indicate that Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School has a well-structured Quran memorization program. The principal plays a crucial role in designing the program and providing guidance to teachers. Furthermore, the teachers at the school are creative in employing various teaching methods to maintain student engagement and prevent boredom. Additionally, the boarding school has a clear assessment system to track and measure student progress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh konseling Islam terhadap tingkat kecemasan dan depresi di kalangan mahasiswa di Ma'had Abu Ubaidah. Sebanyak 30 mahasiswa dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang terdiri dari 15 mahasiswa yang mengikuti program konseling Islam selama enam minggu, dan kelompok kontrol yang terdiri dari 15 mahasiswa yang tidak mengikuti program tersebut. Pengukuran tingkat kecemasan dan depresi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) dan Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, dengan nilai p > 0,05, yang mengindikasikan bahwa konseling Islam tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan pengurangan kecemasan dan depresi mahasiswa. Salah satu temuan yang muncul dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hambatan psikologis yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa, yaitu rasa takut untuk berbagi cerita atau perasaan dengan orang lain, termasuk konselor, yang lebih memilih untuk berbicara dengan teman dekat mereka. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor kepercayaan dan kenyamanan dalam berbagi masalah mempengaruhi efektivitas program konseling. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bahwa meskipun konseling Islam diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan mental, variabel lain seperti faktor psikologis dan sosial perlu diperhitungkan dalam merancang program intervensi yang lebih efektif di masa depan.
