Abstract

Digital transformation brings changes to the business world by increasing efficiency, convenience, security, certainty and operational speed. CV Elang Java Mandiri experienced the positive impact of this by creating software to increase operational efficiency. However, the use of direct communication between the desktop application and the database causes vulnerabilities. The lack of a bridge between the desktop application and the database also indicates a lack of flexibility when adding other applications. Ransomware attacks on desktop applications cause losses and limitations in development. This research focuses on backend updates that use API as an integrator with the API-First method. OpenAPI standards and OWASP security principles are used to increase resilience against security threats. These steps were tested with OWASP ZAP and http test. The goal is to provide solutions to company problems, meet the need for more secure applications, and make application development easier.

Abstract

Desa Pasirwaru merupakan desa dengan jumlah penduduk 5.511 jiwa dan memiliki program unggulan di bidang kesehatan yaitu posyandu. Posyandu Anggrek I adalah posyandu di Desa Pasirwaru yang memiliki anggota 60 balita, 10 ibu hamil. Adapun peranan dari posyandu ini yaitu untuk memberdayakan, memberikan kemudahaan layanan kesehatan, penyuluhan untuk mengatasi stunting dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi bagi ibu hamil, memberikan ASI dan MPASI, akses air bersih, dan memantau pertumbuhan balita di posyandu. Kegiatan pemantauan pertumbuhan balita, dan ibu hamil di posyandu harus didukung oleh data yang lengkap dan akurat dari hasil setiap kegiatan posyandu. Adapun laporan data balita, ibu hamil saat ini di Posyandu Anggrek I masih menggunakan buku tulis. Hal tersebut menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan seperti buku mudah rusak, hilang, ketidak sesuaian dan ketidak akuratan pelaporan, duplikasi data , tidak konsisten, hak akses data yang tidak terkondisikan, media penyimpanan bersifat sementara, sulit dilakukan pengolahan data untuk menghasilkan informasi penting tentang gambaran kondisi balita dan ibu hamil di lingkungan posyandu. Oleh karena itu posyandu harus memiliki Sistem Informasi Posyandu untuk pelaporan data, pencarian data, pemantauan pertumbuhan balita dan ibu hamil yang diakses dengan mudah dan cepat sehingga memiliki keakuratan, keamanan, ketersediaan, kelengkapan data berkelanjutan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan dengan efektif dan efesien. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu penyuluhan kesehatan dan workshop penggunaan Sistem Informasi Posyandu. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kesadarana akan pentingnya kesehatan, tersedianya sistem informasi posyandu yang dapat digunakan masyarakat dan kader posyandu dengan baik dan benar untuk pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak dan ibu hamil.

Abstract

Perkembangan aplikasi e-commerce di Indonesia mendorong meningkatnya jumlah ulasan pengguna pada platform Google Playstore. Ulasan tersebut mengandung informasi penting mengenai persepsi dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan aplikasi. Namun, besarnya volume data ulasan menyebabkan analisis manual menjadi tidak efisien. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan otomatis berbasis Natural Language Processing (NLP) untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen ulasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja model IndoBERT dan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dalam analisis sentimen ulasan aplikasi Tokopedia di Google Playstore. Dataset yang digunakan berjumlah 12.172 ulasan pengguna yang diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga kelas sentimen, yaitu positif, netral, dan negatif. Proses pelabelan sentimen dilakukan menggunakan kamus InSet. Evaluasi performa model dilakukan menggunakan metrik akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score, serta dianalisis menggunakan confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model IndoBERT memiliki performa yang lebih unggul dibandingkan KNN dalam seluruh metrik evaluasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model berbasis transformer lebih efektif dalam memahami konteks bahasa Indonesia pada data ulasan aplikasi.

Abstract

The application of IT offers many benefits in the company's business processes. Such as contribute to added value, excellent service, effective and efficient business operations. In addition to providing various benefits for business development, IT also has risk that must be managed optimally. This study aims to measure the level of risk management capabilities of the Syariah Cooperative Information System at KSPPS XYZ, the target level of capability and make a contribution to improvement. Measurement of the level of capability in risk management is done by using COBIT 5 domains EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimisation) and APO12 (Manage Risk). Based on the measurements that have been made, domains EDM03 and APO12 capability levels are currently at level 0 (incomplete), while domains EDM03 and APO12 capability targets are level 3 (established). To achieve the capability level target, risk management approval is proposed for the KSPPS XYZ Syariah Cooperative Information System.

Abstract

Abstract — Lensapena.id is a news provider website that has been established since 2019. However, many people do not know Lensapena.id and the public's lack of intention in using the Lensapena.id. Therefore, to find out the acceptance of Lensapena.id, it is necessary to evaluate the acceptance. The evaluation method used in this study is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 5 variables, namely Perceived Ease Of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude To the Act, Behavioral Intention and Actual System Usage. Data collection was done by questionnaires, observations and interviews. The sample assumption used in this study is 100 general public. The results showed that the level of acceptance of the Lensapena was worthy of Neutral which had a value of 4.4 and there were 4 accepted relationships, namely Attitude Toward The Act on Behavioral Intention, Behavioral Intention on Actual System Usage, Perceived Ease Of Use on Attitude Toward The Act, Perceived Ease Of Use on Perceived Usefulness and 2 rejected relationships, namely Perceived Usefulness on Attitude Toward The Act and Perceived Usefulness on Behavioral Intention. Based on the research conducted, several recommendations are given to increase acceptance on the Lensapena.id.

Abstract

The use of technology in various fields has developed very quickly and has become a necessity in supporting the services of an organization or company. Educational institutions are one of the sectors that are guided in the learning process using Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Education, especially libraries, is one of the fields that uses high ICT, namely the digitalization of libraries or often e-libraries in order to realize quality education and ICT competitiveness in the world of education. As for the e-library in educational institutions, one of the schools is a source of information or reference for students, to increase students' reading interest, as well as to increase students' knowledge and competence. This makes the e-library has a very important role and must be developed to meet these needs such as developing an interactive and interesting e-library. The methods used for data collection are observations to the school library, interviews with library managers, and literature studies to deepen problem understanding. The software development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) by utilizing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to design the system design developed. The results of this study are the existence of a complete e-library and an attractive application design and forum feature that makes the e-library interactive so that it can encourage the level of visits and literacy culture for students. The e-library has been carried out through black box testing and System Usability Test (SUS) with acceptable results.

Abstract

PT. Wahana Semesta Multimedia Banten adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyedia surat kabar harian pagi. Pada tahun 2013 Radar Banten Online telah hadir. Portal berita yang menyajikan acara-acara aktual dan cepat yang dikelola oleh PT. Wahana Semesta Multimedia Banten, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa multimedia. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Portal Berita Online Radar Banten adalah penurunan pengunjung website setiap tahunnya dibandingkan dengan pengunjung media online lain yang banyak menghasilkan berita, hal ini terjadi karena akses yang mudah dan arus informasi yang cepat. Kemudian akan dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kepuasan website berita online Radar Banten, dan dilakukan prediksi tingkat kepercayaan pengguna sampai sejauh mana tingkat pemanfaatannya. Untuk dapat menentukan apakah website ini layak digunakan sebagai arena publik untuk persaingan informasi atau berita. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi usability pada Radar Banten dengan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan membagikan kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang memiliki latar belakang yang berbeda beda serta telah menggunakan Radar Banten. Setelah menggunakan perhitungan SEM Analysis dengan bantuan aplikasi Smart PLS. Berdasarkan Hasil evaluasi didapati bahwa tingkat penerimaan pada website Radar Banten memiliki nilai 4,8 atau netral yang berarti responden merasa netral akan penerimaan Radar Banten. Tidak ada penolakan atau penerimaan secara signifikan. Kemudian diberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh Radar Banten

Abstract

Posyandu is one of the government's platforms for providing health services to the community. Posyandu plays an important role in monitoring the nutritional development of children under five at the village level. However, due to the unintegrated system, posyandu services and activities have not been running well. Posyandu pasirwaru is a case study in this research, where the services and activities at Posyandu pasirwaru are still carried out manually or using a notebook. Meanwhile, in posyandu data is needed quickly and accurately for a smooth service process. This research aims to design and build a Posyandu application that aims to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management and health services at Posyandu. This application is designed by utilizing the latest technology to facilitate the process of recording, monitoring, and analyzing health data for toddlers and pregnant women. The development method used in this research is the eXtreme Programming method. The final result of the research is testing which shows that the use of this application is able to speed up the process of recording and reporting data, as well as providing easier and faster access to health information. Thus, the design of this Posyandu application is expected to make a positive contribution in improving the efficiency and quality of health services at Posyandu and help make better decisions based on accurate and integrated data.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi pada era globalisasi berkembangan dengan cepat, salah satunya adalah kemajuan Teknologi Informasi (TI). Kegiatan pada TI dilakukan dengan berbasis elektronik dan saat ini sudah banyak bidang kehidupan yang menerapkannya, salah satunya yaitu bidang kesehatan. Bukti penerapan TI di bidang kesehatan ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Pada penyelenggaraan RME tentunya prinsip keamanan data dan informasi harus terpenuhi yang mencakup aspek confidentiality, integrity dan availability. Keamanan data saat ini menjadi sebuah permasalahan yang semakin serius dikarenakan meningkatnya kasus pencurian data. Usaha yang dilakukan untuk menjaga keamanan data pada RME salah satunya adalah menggunakan teknik kriptografi. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review mengenai keamanan data rekam medis elektronik menggunakan teknik kriptografi untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dan tingkat keamanannya dalam melindungi keamanan data rekam medis elektronik berdasarkan 15 artikel jurnal yang di-review. Hasil dari literature review yang didapatkan bahwa teknik kriptografi melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi pada data rekam medis elektronik, lalu tingkat keamanannya bergantung pada kompleksitas kunci yang digunakan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hasil enkripsi dan dekripsi teknik kriptografi mampu melindungi keamanan data rekam medis elektronik dengan tingkat keamanannya yang tinggi.

Abstract

HKBP Perumnas Batu Onom is a Christian place of worship located on Tusam Raya Street, Perumnas-Batu Onom, Pantoan Maju, Siantar District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra. The HKBP Perumnas Batu Onom Church has been established since March 13, 1983, and has conducted numerous service activities and visits. However, the service application mechanism is still done directly at the church, which is considered less effective. Based on this issue, a solution was found by shifting the information dissemination and service mechanism to an online medium using a website. The Agile methodology was employed in designing the website, following the stages of the agile method, with data collected through observation and interviews. It was determined that integrating information dissemination and services into a website-based system provides a solution to the problem. The HKBP Perumnas Batu Onom website was successfully created using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. To ensure optimal results, Blackbox Testing was conducted with the congregation and church management of HKBP Perumnas Batu Onom. It was found that the HKBP Perumnas Batu Onom information website facilitates the congregation in obtaining information about worship schedules and church activities, and assists church management in managing congregation data and financial reporting.
