Abstract

In the era of globalization with rapid technological advancements, government agencies must actively keep up with these developments. Badan Litbang dan Diklat Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia (RI) faces challenges in the survey data collection process, which is still conducted manually. This manual method leads to delays in data collection, potential data input errors, risk of data loss, and difficulties in efficient data management. This research aims to design and implement a web-based e-survey application using Laravel technology to assist the Badan Litbang dan Diklat Kementerian Agama RI in collecting survey data more efficiently and accurately. The application is expected to build a better survey system, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate analysis and decision-making based on the collected survey data. The development of this application uses the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, which allows the development team to quickly adapt to changing requirements, improve software quality, and ensure active stakeholder involvement. The results of this research are expected to help the Badan Litbang dan Diklat Kementerian Agama RI improve data collection efficiency, reduce recording errors, and provide quick access to survey results. Consequently, this agency can optimize their survey data collection processes more effectively

Abstract

Digital transformation brings changes to the business world by increasing efficiency, convenience, security, certainty and operational speed. CV Elang Java Mandiri experienced the positive impact of this by creating software to increase operational efficiency. However, the use of direct communication between the desktop application and the database causes vulnerabilities. The lack of a bridge between the desktop application and the database also indicates a lack of flexibility when adding other applications. Ransomware attacks on desktop applications cause losses and limitations in development. This research focuses on backend updates that use API as an integrator with the API-First method. OpenAPI standards and OWASP security principles are used to increase resilience against security threats. These steps were tested with OWASP ZAP and http test. The goal is to provide solutions to company problems, meet the need for more secure applications, and make application development easier.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan eksplorasi data literasi menggunakan aplikasi open-source Dimensions AI, terutama bagi pengguna yang sebelumnya familiar dengan Reference Manager. Pelatihan ini membahas permasalahan umum dalam pengelolaan referensi, seperti keterbatasan fitur pencarian dan analisis data pada Reference Manager, serta kurangnya integrasi dengan sumber data eksternal. Dimensions AI menyediakan sebagai solusi yang menghadirkan fitur pencarian canggih, analisis bibliometrik, dan visualisasi data interaktif. Metodologi pelatihan menekankan pendekatan partisipatif dan berbasis praktik,mencakup tahapan penggunaan Dimensions AI, pencarian dan navigasi literatur ilmiah, serta integrasi dengan Reference Manager. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola dan menganalisis data literasi, serta pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pemanfaatan Dimensions AI untuk mendukung penelitian. Pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi peserta, termasuk peningkatan efisiensi waktu pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik, identifikasi peluang penelitian baru, dan peningkatan produktivitas penelitian secara ter-integrasi.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek fundamental dalam menjamin keselamatan tenaga kerja dan mutu operasional industri. Namun, proses sertifikasi K3 yang masih dilakukan secara manual rentan terhadap pemalsuan, keterlambatan, dan kurangnya efisiensi administratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem sertifikasi K3 berbasis web yang mendukung digitalisasi proses pendaftaran, validasi data, penerbitan sertifikat, serta verifikasi publik melalui integrasi teknologi QR Code. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan Agile Development menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum, yang memungkinkan pengembangan inkremental berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna secara bertahap. Sistem dirancang dalam tiga lapisan utama: frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), backend (PHP, MySQL), dan modul QR Code generator. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat memfasilitasi proses pendaftaran secara daring, menerbitkan sertifikat dalam format PDF, serta menghasilkan QR Code dinamis yang mengarahkan pengguna ke halaman verifikasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black-box Testing dan User Acceptance Test (UAT), yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai skenario dan diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Sistem ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi layanan sertifikasi, tetapi juga memperkuat kepercayaan publik melalui mekanisme verifikasi real-time. Integrasi metode pengembangan Agile dan teknologi QR Code terbukti efektif dalam membangun sistem layanan K3 yang adaptif, aman, dan akuntabel di era digital.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) still face various challenges in adopting digital technology, especially in marketing and business management aspects. The Sauyunan Sheep Farming Business Group (Kelompok Usaha Peternakan Domba Sauyunan) is an MSME engaged in sheep farming, located at Kp. Seketando RT 001 RW 013, Cangkorah Village, Batujajar District, West Bandung Regency (KBB). The main problem faced by the Sauyunan Sheep Farming Group is that business management remains traditional. These limitations include the absence of long-term business planning (blue print), incomplete and immature organizational management, non-standardized financial recording, and marketing reach limited to conventional local markets. This Community Service (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat or PKM) activity aims to transform partner business management through digitalization and the strengthening of sustainable business management. The implementation method uses a participatory approach comprising socialization, training, technology implementation, evaluation, and intensive mentoring. The PKM activity was carried out in three sessions involving 25 participants consisting of a team of lecturers, Esa Unggul University students, and livestock group members. The results of this activity regarding the business management aspect are the compilation of a business blue print document covering vision, mission, and strategic targets from the short to long term; the formation of a functional organizational structure for HR optimization; the establishment of customer management standards; and the partners' capability in financial recording and calculation. Meanwhile, the results regarding the business digitalization aspect include the availability of an official e-commerce website integrated with the Sauyunan Sheep Group’s social media, and the partners' capability to utilize it effectively for marketing and sales digitalization. This has had a positive impact by expanding customer reach, increasing sales turnover, and improving the welfare of group members sustainably

Abstract

Shopee is one of the most popular online marketplaces in Indonesia, with more than 103 million users in 2023. Most users consider factors such as customer reviews, ratings, prices, and free shipping promotions before making a purchase. Analyzing user reviews is essential to understand consumer perceptions of services, identify satisfaction or dissatisfaction, and detect potential issues that need to be addressed. However, sentiment analysis faces challenges in processing text with diverse language styles, structures, and informal expressions. To overcome these challenges, this study applies machine learning algorithms—Support Vector Machine (SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN)—for classifying sentiment in Shopee user reviews. Data labeling using the Lexicon InSet method produced 9,509 positive reviews (47.55%), 7,686 negative reviews (38.43%), and 2,805 neutral reviews (14.03%). Based on the Confusion Matrix results, SVM outperformed KNN, particularly in classifying negative and neutral sentiments with higher accuracy. These findings indicate that SVM is a more effective and efficient model for sentiment analysis of user reviews on the Shopee platform.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a REST API-based web service for an online fashion product ordering platform, using butik belv as a case study. The purchase process carried out at butik belv At this time, consumers must visit butik belv directly to complete their purchase because it is currently still processed offline, where payments are still made in cash and buyers must visit the store directly to complete the purchase. Payments and transactions are still paid in cash. In addition, sales transactions are still recorded manually which are prone to errors. This research aims to create a web application that utilizes REST API technology. With the help of this application, users can order products online and pay directly through the website without having to visit the store. In addition, the transaction recording system is automated, thus ensuring that all sales data is recorded accurately, this reduces the possibility of recording errors and simplifies the sales reporting process. Extreme programming is the software development methodology used. It includes design, coding, testing, and planning phases. The system also uses Blackbox testing which is expected the test results show that each functionality works as intended, indicating that the use of web services can increase the speed of the application and streamline the purchasing process and assist buyers in the purchasing process. Butik butik belv anticipates increased operational effectiveness and provides this solution.

Abstract

Tingginya tingkat churn atau berhentinya pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Mamikos menjadi tantangan serius bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen dan memprediksi kemungkinan churn pengguna menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Naïve Bayes. Metode ini dipilih karena SVM unggul dalam menangani data berdimensi tinggi, sedangkan Naïve Bayes efektif dalam klasifikasi berbasis probabilitas. Dataset diperoleh dari perusahaan Mamikos melalui program studi independen, kemudian melalui tahapan preprocessing, ekstraksi fitur, pelabelan, dan pemodelan. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan confusion matrix untuk mengukur akurasi, presisi, recall, dan f1-score. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi kedua algoritma memberikan akurasi yang cukup baik dalam memprediksi churn berdasarkan ulasan pengguna. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi retensi pelanggan berbasis machine learning.

Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) faces challenges regarding patient information privacy, making it essential to assess the maturity level of its security. This study aimed to conduct an EMR security assessment to evaluate current conditions against those expected to meet the ISO 27002:2022 standard. This qualitative research employed a case study design. Data were analyzed using the System Security Engineering–Capability Maturity Model (SSE-CMM) method and gap analysis. The assessment revealed that the current EMR security level is at the initial/ad hoc stage (level 1), with an average score of 1.06 and a gap of 1.94 from the target defined process level (level 3). Thus, EMR security remains in its early stages, necessitating improvements in formally documented policies and security procedures, which have yet to be implemented.

Abstract

RSU Fastabiq Sehat PKU Muhammadiyah Pati telah mengimplementasikan RME sejak tahun 2017 dengan SIMRS Khanza, namun penggunaannya belum optimal. Meskipun sistem ini telah memiliki fitur yang tergolong lengkap dan memudahkan rumah sakit untuk penggunaan RME. Beberapa fitur RME dalam SIMRS Khanza belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Setiap update modifikasi sistem harus dilakukan secara mandiri dan memerlukan pengecekan menyeluruh terhadap seluruh perangkat yang digunakan. Dalam rangka mengupdate RME diperlukan asesmen kesiapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesiapan RME dalam 4 aspek meliputi aspek alur kerja, aspek infrastruktur teknologi (IT), aspek sumber daya manusia (SDM), aspek organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2024 – Januari 2025. Jenis penelitian Kualitatif menggunakan Metode Qualitative Content Analysis (QCA). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dan observasi dengan 4 informan yang terdiri dari kepala instalasi rawat jalan, kepala tim IT dan staf IT, kepala SDI yang relevan dan keterlibatan langsung dalam proses implementasi RME di instalasi rawat jalan. Analisis data menggunakan MAXQDA Software. Hasil penelitian dari 4 aspek tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek alur kerja, implementasi RME belum sepenuhnya siap karena belum tersedianya SOP yang sesuai dengan sistem RME, dimana kebijakan yang digunakan masih mengacu pada pedoman rekam medis manual. Pada aspek infrastruktur teknologi (IT), bahwa hardware masih diperlukan adanya UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), software sudah memadai namun fitur RME seperti asesmen awal rehabilitasi medik dan asesmen fisioterapi belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Selain itu fitur pendataan hasil echo jantung dan format laporan TB juga belum tersedia. Pada aspek SDM, terdapat 59 pengguna RME yang secara kuantitas dan kompetensi sudah memadai. Penguatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan terstruktur, kolaborasi, dan pendampingan intensif, serta evaluasi berkala oleh bagian SDI. Selain pengguna, terdapat tim pengelola SIMRS yang terdiri dari 19 orang tim adhoc dan 22 orang tim pengembangan. Pada aspek SDM, terdapat 59 pengguna RME dengan kompetensi dan jumlah yang memadai. Penguatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan, kolaborasi, pendampingan intensif, serta evaluasi berkala oleh bagian SDI. Tim pengelola SIMRS terdiri dari 19 orang tim adhoc dan 22 orang tim pengembangan, sementara tim IT berjumlah tiga orang dan masih membutuhkan dua programmer tambahan. Pada aspek organisasi, manajemen menunjukkan komitmen melalui pembentukan kedua tim tersebut yang bertugas mengkoordinasi kendala, menyediakan solusi, dan mengembangkan sistem guna memastikan implementasi RME berjalan optimal.
