Abstract

Tingkat signifikansi informasi dalam operasi organisasi saat ini tak terbantahkan. Informasi tidak sekadar mencatat transaksi; ia menjadi landasan bagi pengambilan keputusan yang dapat mengarah pada kinerja organisasi. Fokus studi ini adalah pentingnya kualitas informasi sebagai fondasi untuk pengambilan keputusan, khususnya dalam konteks Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Indonesia. Di tengah perhatian yang lebih besar pada aspek finansial dalam industri lain, sektor pendidikan sering kali mengabaikan tata kelola informasi. Metode penelitian ini berbasis kuantitatif, dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang disebarkan kepada pengguna informasi di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri. Data studi dokumentasi akan memvalidasi hasil dari kuesioner. Tujuan utama adalah mengidentifikasi dimensi kualitas informasi yang berpengaruh secara signifikan, menyusun model statistik terkait kualitas informasi, dan menggali persepsi pengguna informasi dalam lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri untuk memperbaiki pengalaman mereka dalam menggunakan informasi.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi terus berusaha untuk melakukan pengembangan dan memperbaiki kinerjanya untuk menghasilkan kualitas yang baik dan memuaskan bagi para anggota organisasinya. Salah satu hal yang dapat mendukung tujuan organisasi tersebut adalah dengan melaksanakan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) dengan menggunakan beberapa metode atau tools yang telah dirancang. ISO 9001:2015 merupakan salah satu perangkat SMM yang dapat menyediakan standar-standar yang perlu dirancang oleh organisasi atau perusahaan guna mencapai kualitas mutu dan kepuasan pelanggan. Organisasi yang menjadi objek penelitian untuk melihat bagaimana SMM ISO 9001:2015 dapat memiliki peranan penting adalah Sekolah Tinggi Desain Indonesia (STDI) yang merupakan salah satu organisasi pendidikan bergerak di bidang desain dan seni rupa. Sekolah Tinggi Desain Indonesia telah menjalankan perangkat SMM yang berdasar pada Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) namun belum terlaksana dengan baik sehingga diperlukan pendukung dari ISO 9001:2015. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kesiapan STDI dalam mengimplementasikan ISO 9001:2015 dan memberikan rekomendasi peningkatan terhadap SMM yang telah dijalankan sebelumnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis GAP terhadap kondisi yang terjadi serta memberikan solusi dan rekomendasi terhadap peningkatan dokumen mutu yang dapat dilakukan melalui penggunaan daftar checklist sesuai dengan ISO 9001:2015. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut dapat menunjukkan seberapa besar kesiapan STDI dalam mengimplementasikan ISO 9001:2015 bahkan memperoleh sertifikasinya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the research landscape regarding Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) which is related to learning outcomes, using the bibliometric analysis method. The data used comes from the Scopus database. After going through the four stages of the process (identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion), 41 relevant data were obtained. The results showed that the most publications related to TPACK and learning outcomes occurred in 2022 with a total of 6 publications. Meanwhile, the most cited publication occurred in 2017 with 267 citations. The United States has had a major influence on TPACK research and study outcomes. The research focus is divided into three main parts, namely 1) engineering and curriculum; 2) teaching and student; and 3) technology integration. Several new themes in this field include self-regulation, children learning, self-assessment, teaching strategies, learning activities and educational computing. However, the TPACK keywords which were the most dominant in the three research focuses were not directly connected with the three new theme keywords, namely self-regulation, children learning, and teaching strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru baik yang sudah mengikuti sertifikasi profesi maupun yang belum mengikuti sertifikasi profesi. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 88 guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kompetensi dan kinerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kinerja guru baik guru yang belum mengikuti sertifikasi profesi maupun yang sudah mengikuti sertifikasi profesi; dan (3) terdapat perbedaan kompetensi dan kinerja guru yang belum mengikuti sertifikasi profesi dengan yangsudah mengikuti sertifikasi profesi.

Abstract

This study explores the role of outcome expectations in mediating the influence of prior experience on social entrepreneurship intention in the creative economy sector of Indonesia. Despite the increasing interest in social entrepreneurship, research on the factors driving the intention to become a social entrepreneur remains scarce. This study employed the Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) as a theoretical framework to investigate social entrepreneurship as a career choice, focusing on the influence of outcome expectations on social entrepreneurship intention. A quantitative explanatory survey was conducted with 290 creative economy actors in Bandung through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that positive outcome expectations mediate the influence of prior experience on social entrepreneurship intention, highlighting the importance of outcome expectations in shaping social entrepreneurship intention. Prior experience in addressing social issues indirectly drives social entrepreneurship intention through positive outcome expectations. These findings underscore the need to cultivate positive outcome expectations in social entrepreneurship training programs to enhance entrepreneurial self-efficacy and motivation. However, this study is limited to creative economy actors in Bandung, affecting its generalizability. Future research could explore additional mediating variables or apply this model to different entrepreneurial sectors. This study contributes to the literature by integrating SCCT into social entrepreneurship, offering a novel perspective on how prior experience shapes entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in economic subjects in SMA Negeri in Bandung Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the description of distance learning and student learning outcomes, the effect of distance learning on learning outcomes. The method used in this study was an explanatory survey with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observation. The population of this research is the students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri in Bandung Regency as many as 2,495 students, while the sample is 364 students. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: (i) distance learning was in the medium category, learning motivation, and student learning outcomes were in the medium category. (ii) distance learning has an effect on learning outcomes.Keywords: Distance Learning, Learning Outcomes In Economics Learning

Abstract

This study aims to develop an implementation plan for ISO 9001:2015 in non-formal educational institutions in the programming field in Indonesia. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The study results show that non-formal educational institutions in the programming field in Indonesia have several deficiencies in implementing ISO 9001:2015, such as the absence of adequate documents to support the quality management system implementation. Based on the results of this study, an ISO 9001:2015 implementation plan can be prepared which consists of three stages. First, the preparation stage includes understanding the ISO 9001:2015 standard, document preparation, and employee training. Second, the implementation phase provides for the implementation of a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards and the measurement of system performance. Third, the maintenance stage includes the evaluation of the quality management system that has been implemented and follow-up on the results of the evaluation. The results of this study are proof that the application of ISO 9001:2015 in non-formal educational institutions in the field of programming is very important. The application of the ISO 9001:2015 concept is very important and this can be done immediately, without having to wait for the certification process.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a digital filing system at the Ganesha Mocktail café in Bandung, West Java. This is intended to improve the existing archive storage system at the Ganesha Mocktail café so that the documents that are owned are stored properly. This type of research and development uses a Research and Development (RnD) design developed using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model. The research stages start from system planning, system analysis, system design/development, to system implementation. This research produces a digital archive information system application for Café Ganesha Mocktail based on Microsoft Office Access. Through this application, Café Ganesha Mocktail can store files safely and easily find the documents needed.

Abstract

In response to the growing demand for higher-order thinking in 21st-century education, innovative learning models are needed to effectively enhance students’ critical thinking skills. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the APBAC Edu learning model in enhancing critical thinking skills. This research used a quasi-experimental approach with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population was economics education students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University, and sampling used simple random sampling, 68 students Indralaya class as the experimental group using the APBAC Edu model and 27 Palembang class as the control group using the problem-based learning model. The results showed that the average score for the experimental group increased from 6.60 in the pretest to 11.60 in the posttest, achieving an N-Gain of 0.59 (59.47%), which is categorized as moderate and effective. Meanwhile, the average score of the control group increased from 7.60 to 11.80 after the intervention, N-Gain of 0.45 (45.38%), which is considered moderate and less effective. The independent sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. In conclusion, this research confirms that the APBAC Edu and PBL models are effective in improving critical thinking skills. However, the APBAC Edu model resulted in a greater increase in average scores compared to the PBL model. Therefore, it is recommended that the APBAC Edu model be implemented in courses which aims at developing higher-order thinking skills, such as accounting practicum courses.

Abstract

Kreativitas guru memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan inspirasi dan mengembangkan kreativitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian yang terkait dengan tema ini telah banyak dilakukan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis terhadap hasil penelitian tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tren publikasi terkait kreativitas guru pada pembelajaran di kelas dalam dua dekade terakhir. Database yang digunakan adalah Scopus. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometrik deskriptif. Tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi, penyaringan, penilaian kelayakan, dan inklusi, yang menghasilkan data akhir sebanyak 120 publikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi terkait kreativitas guru mengalami peningkatan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Publikasi pada tahun 2018 juga menjadi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penelitian ini, karena memiliki nilai h-index yang tinggi dari tahun lainnya. Negara Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penelitian di bidang ini dibandingkan dengan negara lainnya. Penelitian-penelitian tersebut terfokus pada tiga area utama, yaitu: 1) kreativitas guru, pendidikan tinggi, dan motivasi; 2) kreativitas, sikap kreatif, dan berpikir kritis; serta 3) pendidikan, teknologi, dan inovasi. Tema-tema baru yang muncul dalam penelitian ini meliputi pendidikan tinggi, calon guru, teknologi, dan kurikulum. Temuan-temuan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kreativitas guru dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di masa depan.
