Abstract

Penjadwalan produksi pada perusahaan manufaktur merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan. Potensi kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh penjadwalan produksi secara manual dapat memberikan dampak buruk berupa kerugian material, waktu, dan finansial. Untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalah ini digunakan pendekatan pencarian heuristik, pencarian yang didasari oleh aturan-aturan yang digunakan untuk menemukan solusi. Metode pencarian heuristik yang digunakan adalah algoritma genetika. Penelitian ini akan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah yang ditimbulkan oleh penjadwalan secara manual dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma genetika. Parameter yang digunakan di dalam penjadwalan adalah nilai probabilitas crossover, nilai probabilitas mutasi, jumlah maksimal generasi, dan jumlah maksimal error. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi kasus PT. XYZ yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur produk kemasan dari kertas yang masih menggunakan penjadwalan secara manual dengan mengurutkan pekerjaan yang masa jatuh temponya terdekat. Dengan 36 operasi pekerjaan dan 10 mesin, didapatkan hasil terbaik yaitu total waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan adalah 22 hari kerja dengan lama waktu eksekusi program adalah 4.75357099983215 detik. Hasil tersebut didapatkan dengan parameter probabilitas crossover sebesar 0.8, probabilitas mutasi 0.7, jumlah generasi maksimal 500, dan jumlah error maksimal 10

Abstract

Introduction: Implementing patient safety such as reducing patient risk of falling requires SOP. In 2023, the nurse compliance rate in conducting fall risk assessments at Tiara Hospital was 97%. Objective: This study was conducted to analyze various factors that influence nurse compliance in implementing fall risk prevention SOPs at Tiara Hospital Tangerang. Method: The type of research is analytical with an observational approach and using a Cross Sectional study. Questionnaires were distributed to 73 nurses. The dependent variable is Nurse Compliance in implementing the Fall Risk Prevention SOP, the independent variables of the study are Knowledge, Motivation and Supervision Techniques of the Head of the Room. Result: The results of the study showed that simultaneously knowledge, Motivation and Supervision techniques of the Head of the Room had a significant effect on Nurse compliance in implementing the Fall Risk Prevention SOP in inpatients at Tiara Hospital Tangerang. R square of 0.734 means that the variable can explain the influence of knowledge, motivation and supervision techniques of the Head of the Room by 73.4%. Recommendation: It is recommended that the management try to improve knowledge through training both internally and externally to the hospital and commitment in implementing SOP for preventing patient false

Abstract

The timeliness of operations in hospitals is essential for service efficiency, but is often constrained by factors such as compliance with the use of doctor applications. This study analyzes the effect of compliance in the use of Doctor Apps, time management, and teamwork on operation timeliness in private hospitals in Tangerang Regency. The aim is to test compliance in using doctor apps, time management, and teamwork on surgery timeliness in hospitals. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis on questionnaire data from 96 doctors and health workers. Hypothesis testing used the t-test, F-test (ANOVA), and coefficient of determination analysis (R²), at a significance level of 0.05. The results of the regression analysis showed that only X2 (Time Management) had a significant effect on operation timeliness (significance 0.000), while X1 (Compliance Doctor Apps) and X3 (Teamwork) were not significant (significance> 0.05). Regression analysis showed that X2 (Time Management) affected the punctuality of surgery (significance 0.000, X1 (Compliance Doctor Apps) and X3 (Teamwork) were not significant (significance >0.05). This regression model was statistically significant (F=7.480; p=0.000), with a correlation value (R) of 0.443. In conclusion, compliance in the use of doctor applications, time management, and teamwork significantly affected the punctuality of surgery in private hospitals in Tangerang, although their contribution was relatively limited. Optimization of doctor applications, time management, and teamwork is recommended for operational efficiency.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan Mendapatkan besaran limpasan, Infiltrasi dan banjir pada ketiga model. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Model 1 mengambil sampel Pasir, Kerikil, Lempung, Lanau. Model 2 mengambil sampel Pasir dan Kerikil, Pasir dan Lempung, Pasir dan Lanau. Model 3 mengambil sampel Permodelan ketiga dengan mengambil sampel pada delapan kecamatan di wilayah Kota Lubuklinggau. Diuji pada laboratorium dengan mengunakan alat simulator hujan. Pada model 1, bahan pasir diberi waktu hujan selama 4 menit terjadi banjir mulai menit ke 3 sebesar 16 cm sampai 21 cm, bahan Kerikil di beri waktu hujan selama 4 menit terjadi banjir mulai menit ke 3 sebesar 16 cm sampai 20 cm, bahan Kerikil, alanau dan lempung di beri waktu hujan selama 4 menit terjadi banjir mulai menit ke 3 sebesar 16 cm sampai 20 cm, Model 2, Pasir dan Kerikil, Pasir dan Lanau, Pasir dan Lempungke 3 sebesar 16 cm sampai 21cm. Model 3, Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Selatan 2, diambil tanah pada tiga titik banjir tertinggi pada titik III, pada menit ke 3 seberat 20 cm dan 21 cm karena daerah tersebut adalah Daerah irigasi. Kemampuan bahwa banjir teringgi pada model satu pada bahan pasir, banjir pada model 2 sama, kecamatan lubuklinggau selatan satu lebih mudah bajir karena tanahnya sering tergenang air oleh air irigasi. Disarankan untuk memperbanyak sampel. Aplikasi peneliian ini adalah untuk perencanaan drainase perkotan. Kata Kunci : Limpasan; Infiltrasi; Banjir; Alat Simulator Hujan; Model. Abstract: This study aims to obtain the amount of runoff, infiltration and flooding in the three models. The method used in this study is Model 1 taking samples of sand, gravel, clay, silt. Model 2 takes samples of Sand and Gravel, Sand and Clay, Sand and Silt. Model 3 takes samples. The third model takes samples from eight sub-districts in the Lubuklinggau city area. Tested in the laboratory using a simulator. In model 1, the sand material is given 4 minutes of rain, there is a flood starting from the 3rd minute of 16 cm to 21 cm, the gravel material is given a 4 minute rain time, there is a flood from the 3rd minute of 16 cm to 20 cm, the gravel material The silt and clay were given 4 minutes of rain, starting from the 3rd minute of 16 cm to 20 cm, Model 2, Sand and Gravel, Sand and Silt, Sand and Clay 3 of 16 cm to 21 cm. Model 3, South Lubuklinggau District 2, took soil at the three highest flood points at point III, at minute 3 weighing 20 cm and 21 cm because these areas are irrigation areas. The ability that the highest flooding in model one is on sand material, flooding in model 2 is the same, southern Lubuklinggau sub-district one is more prone to flooding because the land is often flooded by irrigation water. Abstract

Tanaman Obat tidak hanya bermanfaat sebagai bahan rempah atau masakan tetapi melaui program apotek hidup dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif untuk menjaga dan merawat kesehatan secara alami tanpa adanya efek samping ditengah pandemic covid-19. Apotek hidup dilaksanakan di Dusun Klerek Desa Torongrejo berfokus pada RT 02 RW 01 dengan memanfaatkan potensi lahan daerah sekitar untuk menanam jahe, kunyit, kencur dan serai. Metode yang digunakan melalui sosialisasi edukasi kepada warga melalui door to door dan praktek pembuatan Apotek hidup. Hasil dari kegiatan KKN ini adalah: 1) tercipta kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya Apotek Hidup ditengah Covid-19, 2) sosialisasi dan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengolah lahan kosong untuk menjadi Apotek Hidup, 3) tahap pembuatan Apotek Hidup oleh mahasiswa bersama-sama dengan masyarakat, 4) lingkungan dapat menjadi lebih hijau, segar dan asri

Abstract

This study aims to determine the orientation of the budget in the process of preparing and determining local government budgets. The research was conducted by the local government of Gorontalo City. Habermas’s communicative action theory approach as part of the critical approach was chosen as the method in this research to capture the reality of budget orientation in the preparation and determination of local government budgets. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were from BAPPEDA, members of BANGGAR, and several officials from offices related to regional finance as many as 10 people.This study finds that the act of compromise in the communication pattern of local government administration on budget policies is motivated by political interests. Budget policy decisions are dominated by the power possessed by actors to determine budget priorities. Communication practice is characterized by negotiation and compromise and ignores the value of honesty as a prerequisite for validity to fulfill comprehensive aspects of communication competence (truth, accuracy, honesty). Communication that is built only because of interest as the cause of communicative action is not effective. The results of the study show that the shackles of communication harmony are the basis for consideration for making policy changes by prioritizing rationality to gain legitimacy and trust from the public to government administrators.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hutang jangka pendek dan hutang jangka panjang serta modal terhadap laba perusahaan pada PT. Yodya karya (Persero) Cabang Pekanbaru. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan tahun 2012-2016. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 tahun laporan keuangan perusahaan. Dari hasil pengeujian koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0.997 atau sebesar 99.7% hal ini berarti 99.4% dari variabel laba bisa dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel hutang jangka pendek dan hutang jangka panjang serta modal. Sedangkan sisanya 6% dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Upaya memenuhi keinginan konsumen merupakan kunci sukses memenangkan persaingan. Persaingan yang semakin ketat ini menuntut para pelaku bisnis untuk mampu memaksimalkan kinerja perusahaannya agar dapat bersaing di pasar. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka perusahaan harus memiliki strategi pemasaran yang kuat dalam memasarkan produk barang dan jasanya sehingga dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis. Berbagai strategi dilakukan agar terciptanya kepuasan konsumen. Dengan menerapkan strategi yang baik, maka kepuasan konsumen akan meningkat. Konsumen yang merasa puas akan kembali membeli, dan mereka akan memberi tahu yang lain tentang pengalaman baik mereka dengan produk tersebut. Dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, para pedagang haruslah menjual produk-produk yang berkualitas baik. Jika terciptanya kepuasan konsumen maka dapat lebih terpenuhi kebutuhan konsumen tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan Lestoran Labersa Golf di Pekanbaru dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variable moderatiang. Jumlah yang sampel yang digunakan adalah 99 orang, dengan metode Random Sampling. Hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS dapat diketahui bahwa 10,5% kepuasan konsumen dapat dipengaruhi oleh produk, kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Productivity and hospital quality service depend on the hospital's ability to manage its human resources. Job satisfaction reflects the feeling of the worker shown in their attitude towards work and their working environment. Dissatisfied employees tend to have poor performance and affected hospital performance, such as decreasing Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) or increasing turnover employee numbers. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinant factors of job satisfaction towards employee’s performance. This Cross-sectional study was done at RS MB, Tulang Bawang, Lampung in December 2019-February 2020 with a total sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires regarding determinant factors of job satisfaction towards employee’s performance. The factors analyzed were co-workers, relationship with superiors, work itself, salaries, career patterns. Data analysis using multiple linear regressions. The result was that job satisfaction influenced employee performance. Factors determinant of job satisfaction towards employee performance was work it-self.

Abstract

Law enforcement against criminal acts of hate speech is still faced with various obstacles, both originating from material law and formal rules. The problems in this study are (1) How is law enforcement against criminal acts of hate speech through social media in terms of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions?, (2) What factors are involved? become an obstacle to the enforcement of criminal acts of hate speech through social media? The research method used is normative juridical, descriptive analytical research specifications. Based on the results of the research, in cases of criminal acts of hate speech it is hoped that there will be firmness in these crimes, so that there are no misunderstandings that ultimately harm the people. In an effort to enforce the law against hate speech crimes, the National Police bases its authority on the ITE Law as regulated in Article 27 paragraph (3) and Article 28 junto Article 45 paragraph (2).
