Abstract

Dalam perekonomian global yang sangat kompetitif dan berubah cepat, penggunaan teknologi informasi menjadi kunci bagi dunia usaha untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan proses bisnis. Enterprise Resource Planning adalah sistem terintegrasi yang mendukung keselarasan antara teknologi informasi dan proses bisnis. Enterprise Resource Planning membantu mengelola sumber daya secara efektif, mengintegrasikan seluruh aplikasi bisnis ke dalam satu sistem data yang dapat diakses oleh semua bagian, serta mengintegrasikan hubungan bisnis dengan pihak eksternal. Salah satu Toko, yang bergerak di bidang penjualan sepatu dan sandal, masih ragu untuk beralih ke penjualan online meski menggunakan media sosial untuk promosi. Implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning pada Customer Relationship Management  diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi biaya, dan memperbaiki hubungan dengan pelanggan. Enterprise Resource Planning juga dapat membantu mengatasi masalah rantai pasokan dan memastikan kelangsungan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana Enterprise Resource Planning dapat meningkatkan manajemen hubungan pelanggan, yang diharapkan akan membawa peningkatan signifikan dalam kinerja bisnis secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the rapid development of information and communication technology, which has introduced various terms to clarify technological products, one of which is mobile phones, also known as gadgets. This research aims to identify and describe the practice of mobile phone usage in the daily lives of elementary school children and to evaluate its impact on them. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to gain an understanding of mobile phone usage at SDN 2 Biromaru, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency. Data collection techniques included literature review and field research, which involved observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was eight, selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that technological advancements have increasingly attracted attention, particularly among elementary school students. The use of mobile phones has spread across all age groups, including young children, who should have their usage strictly controlled. This is crucial to prevent cases of violence or the spread of inappropriate content that should not be accessible to children. Therefore, the role of teachers and parents is vital in monitoring mobile phone usage, both at school and at home. Although technology brings positive benefits, such as easy access to information, there are also negative impacts, including behavioral and moral changes that conflict with the prevailing societal norms.

Abstract

AbstrakDirectory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) menetapkan serangkaian standar untuk memastikan bahwa jurnal yang terdaftar memenuhi kriteria kualitas dan transparansi yang tinggi. Standar ini mencakup menu minimal yang harus disertakan pada situs web jurnal, seperti kebijakan akses terbuka, tujuan dan ruang lingkup, daftar anggota dewan editorial, pedoman untuk penulis, proses editorial, syarat lisensi, syarat hak cipta, biaya penulis, dan detail kontak. Jurnal Anafora memerlukan perbaikan di beberapa aspek, termasuk penerapan lisensi Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC-BY-SA), penambahan anggota dewan editorial, dan penyempurnaan bagian "Tentang" untuk memenuhi persyaratan DOAJ. Implementasi saran ini akan meningkatkan transparansi, kualitas publikasi, dan kepercayaan dalam komunitas akademik, serta memastikan bahwa Anafora dapat memenuhi standar internasional untuk jurnal ilmiah. Abstract The Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) establishes a set of standards to ensure that registered journals meet high quality and transparency criteria. The standard includes minimal menus that must be included on a journal website, such as open access policies, purpose and scope, a list of editorial board members, guidelines for authors, editorial processes, licensing terms, copyright terms, author fees, and contact details. Anafora Journal needs improvements in several aspects, including the implementation of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC-BY-SA) license, the addition of editorial board members, and the enhancement of the "About" section to meet DOAJ requirements. The implementation of these suggestions will improve transparency, publication quality, and trust in the academic community, as well as ensure that Anafora can meet international standards for scientific journals

Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian masyarakat di SMP menitikberatkan pada pengalaman bermain peran yang mampu mendukung peningkatan belajar dalam bahasa indonesia dan pengembangan diri pada ekstrakurikuler sebagai keberlanjutan dari penanaman sikap kreatif siswa. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada pelatihan seni peran untuk siswa, bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan artistik dan sosial. Program ini melibatkan pelatihan intensif dalam teknik seni peran dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Data hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai keterampilan seni peran siswa adalah 75.25, dengan median 77.5 dan modus pada nilai 75 dan 85. Rentang nilai dari 65 hingga 85 dan standar deviasi 16.73 menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan dalam performa siswa. Evaluasi ini memberikan wawasan tentang kemajuan dan tantangan yang dihadapi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran seni peran. Abstract Community service in junior high school focuses on role-playing experiences that can support learning improvement in Indonesian and role-playing experiences that can support learning improvement in Indonesian language and self-development in extracurricular activities as a continuation of cultivating students' creative attitudes. This service focuses on role-play training for students, aiming to improve artistic and social skills. The programme involves intensive training in role-playing techniques and ongoing evaluation. Data from the training showed that the mean score of students' acting skills was 75.25, with a median of 77.5 and modes at 75 and 85. The range of scores from 65 to 85 and standard deviation of 16.73 showed significant variation in student performance. The evaluation provided insights into the progress and challenges students faced in the process of learning acting.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and the rapid development of information technology, the role of financial services in the economy is very important. One sector that plays a central role is banking, especially in the distribution of collateral-based cash credit. Cash credit is credit provided for consumer needs with physical collateral, and its eligibility is assessed based on the customer's capabilities and the value of the collateral. This assessment faces challenges related to fluctuations in asset values ​​and economic conditions. The Electre Method (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realité) is a multi-criteria decision making method that can assist banks in assessing the feasibility of cash credit based on collateral. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (SPK) to assess the feasibility of applying for cash credit using the Electre method. The results of calculating loan eligibility using the Electre method, both manually and through the system, display appropriate results. SPK produced a final score of 13,953 as first place with the alternative Ajeng Sekar. Testing the system using black box testing shows that all features in the system function properly as designed. The novelty of this research includes the application of the Electre method in a banking context, customization for local conditions, stronger predictive capabilities, comprehensive risk analysis, and optimization of the decision process. Thus, this research has the potential to increase efficiency, accuracy and stability in cash credit assessment, as well as supporting economic growth and banking stability in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Fonologi sebagai kajian bunyi mentanskripsikan bunyi secara detail secara fonetik dari yang dihasilkan artikulator pembicara. Penelitian sebelumnya berkaitan dengan cadel cenderung memulul rata karena hanya menggunakan transkripsi ortografis dan fonemis namun tidak sampai melakukan transkripsi fonetik. Untuk penyebab dari cadel itu sendiri sudah banyak dibahas oleh peneliti lain sehingga penulis hanya melihat tanpa meneliti lebih dalam penyebab dari cadel. Gangguan cadel yang dialami oleh Aden Eka Pradana dan Ilham Maulana Irsyad yang akan dilihat perbedaan dan variasi pengucapan fonem /r/ yang mereka ucapkan untuk membedakan pendapat umum tentang cadel yang hanya merubah fonem /r/ menjadi /l/. Penelitian ini megunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan proses pencarian data menggunakan wawancara terbuka untuk mendalami kasus cadel dan wawancara tertutup utuk menguji pengucapan fonem /r/ dengan posisinya dalam kata. Data tersebut kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan posisi /r/ dan konsisi individu membedakan pelafalan /r/ sehingga pada tes menggunakan fonem konsonan partisipan pertama menimbukan bunyi aspirasi dan partisipan kedua menimbulkan retopleks. Tes kedua dengan menggunakan kluster kembali memiliki perbedaan dimana partisipan pertama menyebutkan dengan sempurna sementara partisipan kedua masih memiliki gangguan yaitu lateral release. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa posisi dan jenis fonem /r/ mempengaruhi pengucapan pada penderita cadel.KATA KUNCI: cadel; fonologi; gangguan fonologi; trill apikoalveolar; ANALYSIS OF PHONOLOGICAL DISORDERS AND VARIATIONS OF FONEM /R/ IN CADEL PATIENTS ABSTRACT: Phonology as the study of sound describes sounds in phonetic detail from the speaker articulator. Previous research related to slurred tended to flatten because it only used orthographic and phonemic transcription but did not make phonetic transcription. For the cause of lisp itself has been widely discussed by other researchers so that the authors only look without examining deeper the causes of lisp. Slurred disorder experienced by Aden Eka Pradana and Ilham Maulana Irshad that will be seen differences and variations in pronunciation of the phonemes /r/ they say to distinguish general opinions about lisp which only changes the phoneme /r/ to /l/. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach with the process of finding data using open interviews to explore slurred cases and closed interviews to test phoneme /r/ pronunciation with its position in words. The data is then processed using Miles and Huberman techniques. The results showed that the position /r/ and individual conditions differentiate pronunciation /r/ so that in the test using the consonant phoneme the first participant raises the sound of aspiration and the second participant gives rise to retoplex. The second test using the cluster again has a difference where the first participant mentions perfectly while the second participant still has the disorder namely lateral release. This proves that the position and type of phoneme /r/ affect pronunciation in slurred sufferers.KEYWORDS: apicoalveolar trill; cadel; phonology; phonological disorders;

Abstract

Kompetensi merupakan kombinasi  pengetahuan, keterampilan, kemampuan, dan perilaku yang diterapkan seorang pegawai dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dan yang merupakan kunci terkait mencapai hasil yang sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi dari jabatan yang ia emban. Kepala Seksi Pemerintahan Umum dan Pelayanan Publik kelurahan merupakan garda terdepan dalam mengimplementasikan standar pelayanan minimal di kelurahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa dalam pengetahuan Kepala Seksi Pemerintahan Umum dan Pelayanan Publik terhadap pelayanan publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan Kepala Seksi Pemerintahan Umum dan Pelayanan Publik sebagai informan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, dalam hal ini pengetahuan terhadap pelayanan publik yang merupakan unsur dari kompetensi masih rendah dan dapat ditingkatkan melalui supervisi dari rekan sejawat dan atasan.

Abstract

Employee performance evaluation is an important process to improve work efficiency and effectiveness in government agencies. At the Simpang Empat District Office, the performance evaluation process is still carried out manually, which is often time consuming and prone to subjectivity. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Profile Matching method to assist the employee performance evaluation process. This research uses the Profile Matching method, where the ideal performance profile is used as a reference for assessing individual performance. Employee performance data is collected through work assessments, interviews and direct observation. The SPK system developed is designed to automate the evaluation process by comparing employee performance profiles with ideal performance profiles. This system succeeded in reducing evaluation time by up to 50% and increasing assessment accuracy compared to manual methods. Employees with substandard performance can be identified quickly, allowing for timely intervention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran onomatope dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) dengan mengacu pada konsep pemerolehan bahasa awal pada anak-anak. Berdasarkan kajian dari beberapa penelitian sebelumnya, onomatope dianggap sebagai alat yang efektif dalam menghubungkan bahasa dengan pengalaman sensorik dan mempercepat pemahaman serta produksi kata dalam bahasa baru. Dalam konteks BIPA, onomatope memiliki potensi besar untuk membantu pembelajar memahami dan mengingat kata-kata dengan lebih mudah karena sifatnya yang ikonik dan langsung mengindikasikan makna melalui bunyi. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti bagaimana onomatope dapat meningkatkan kemampuan fonologis pembelajar BIPA, sekaligus membantu mereka membangun asosiasi antara suara dan makna kata dalam situasi komunikasi yang lebih alami. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis jenis-jenis onomatope yang ditemukan dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan membandingkannya dengan bahasa Vietnam. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dengan pengajar dari USSH dan UNIKU dengan sampel perolehan data menggunakan teknik purposif sampling. Fokus penelitian mencakup empat kategori utama onomatope: suara hewan, suara alam, suara benda, dan suara tubuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa onomatope dalam kategori-kategori ini memiliki kontribusi dalam pembelajaran BIPA, membantu pembelajar dalam mengenali dan memproduksi kata-kata dengan cara yang lebih intuitif dan efektif.

Abstract

Defending the state is the right as well as the obligation of citizens. Nevertheless, defending the state is often simplified as militaristic, but it can also be done through formal educational means. Civic Education (PKn) is one medium to develop the spirit of defending the state. This article attempts to examine the mapping of the linear values ​​of state defense with Civic Education (PKn) subject in university. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study and documentation study. The results show that the value of state defense in Civic Education (PKn) is the value of love of the homeland which is learned through the material of national identity and the insight of the archipelago; the values ​​of national and state consciousness which are learned through the obligations and rights of the state and citizens, the constitutional values ​and norms of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and the democracy of Indonesia; loyalty to Pancasila as state ideology is learned through the material of Pancasila; and the value of sacrificing for the nation and state are taught through law enforcement materials that are just and national defense and state defense. While learning is designed to actualize the values ​​of state defense through cooperative learning, inquiry, and contextual learning.
