Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan rendahnya tingkat hunian kamar selama masa pandemi Covid-19 serta adanya keluhan pelanggan mengenai tarif kamar yang ditetapkan tidak sebanding dengan fasilitas yang didapatkan dari Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, dan Peraturan Pemerintah DKI Jakarta terkait larangan berkerumun serta aturan lainnya dalam upaya pencegahan Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menentukan Strategi Pemasaran Marketing Mix yang dapat digunakan di Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, mengetahui gambaran strategi EFAS dan IFAS dan mendeskripsikan faktor eksternal dan internal SWOT di Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta dengan menggunakan matriks SWOT. Jenis dari penelitian ini yaitu desktiptif kualitatif dengan metode survei dan menggunakan purposive sampling, sumber dari penelitian ini terdiri: 1 orang Director Revenue Cluster, 1 orang Manager Sales&Marketing , 1 orang Assistance Manager Sales&Marketing , dan 1 orang Duty Manager Front Office Department di Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Strategi Pemasaran di Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta yaitu: 1) Membuat Robot Concierge yang inovatif, mudah digunakan, sesuai dengan signature Hotel Four Points dan memiliki database terkait informasi perkantoran terdekat. 2) Menerapkan Value Based Pricing agar dapat memberikan harga kamar sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta keinginan tamu. 3) Digital Marketing Melalui Aplikasi Tiktok dengan membuat konten video promosi yang menarik, kreatif. 4) Paket Promosi Work From Hotel demi mendukung peraturan pemerintah yang mewajibkan bekerja dari rumah. 5) Bekerjasama dengan Rumah Sakit dengan membuat penawaran kerjasama kepada beberapa rumah sakit di sekitar lokasi hotel. Abstract

This study aims to determine the review of tourist satisfaction so that tourism utilization goes well. The purpose of this study was to describe tourist satisfaction with complementary facilities in the tourist attraction "Taman Bunga Puncak Tonang, Pasaman Regency". this type of research is descriptive research with quantitative data.”. The variable in this study is an independent variable, namely a review of satisfaction with complementary facilities at a tourist attraction "Taman Bunga Puncak Tonang, Pasaman Regency". This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the population of this research is visitors who come to the tourist attraction "Taman Bunga Puncak Tonang, Pasaman Regency". The data collection method used is a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of the study prove that a review of Satisfaction regarding Complementary Facilities in Tourist Attractions "Taman Bunga Puncak Tonang, Pasaman Regency". In total it is quite good with a percentage of 52.58% and an average value of 1.6041, and it is recommended that tourists always pay attention to what is needed by tourists, and protect all facilities available at the "Flower Garden" tourist attraction so that tourists can come back and visit recommend this place to others.

Abstract

This research was initially motivated by a problem where motivation is what makes tourists carry out tourism activities to see how the motivation of tourists to visit Payo agro-tourism in Solok City, with quantitative descriptive research and survey methods. The tourists who are the samples in this study are people who have visited and are currently visiting Payo Agrotourism, Solok City and the technique of determining the sample is accidental sampling. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires with 13 statements related to tourist motivation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the motivation value of tourists visiting Payo Agrotourism in Solok City was found in the very good category with a percentage of 71%, which means that the motivation of tourists visiting Payo Agrotourism in Solok was in the very good category. The indicators of physical motivation are categorized as very good and the percentage is 50%. indicators of interpersonal motivation are in the very good category with a percentage of 72%. indicators of motivation status and dignity are categorized as very good at the percentage of 94%%. indicators of cultural motivation are classified in the bad category with a percentage of 47%.

Abstract

This research is a follow-up of the importance of recent promotional efforts on guests' decisions to choose to stay at hotels, this research is causal associative research. The sample in this study was 100 guests using a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires with as many as 30 statements. Furthermore, the data is processed using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of testing the hypothesis obtained the value of R Square with the number 0.092 which means that there is an influence of the promotion variable and the stay decision variable with a number of 9.2% and then 90.8% is influenced by other factors. regression coefficient 0.456 with Sig 0.002 < 0.05. This means that each increase of 1 promotion unit can increase 0.456 units of Stay Decision

Abstract

This research stems from the lack of optimal performance of employees at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi, and the presence of employees who feel reluctant to help other employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance, Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. This research is a type of quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population in this research is 88 people. The sampling method used the Slovin formula and the sample in this research amounted to 75 people. Research information is obtained by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires compiled based on a grid of research variable indicators, with 5 answer options that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis method. The results of the research explain that OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where the partial significance test (t test) with a significance of 0.004 <0.05. Which means, in the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) hypothesis, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. concluded that OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.106, which means that the independent variable (X) affects as much as 10.6% of the dependent variable (Y) and as much as 89.4% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

This research was conducted of dissatisfaction of tourists at Taman Muko-Muko who are influenced by the application of sapta pesona. This research aims to: 1) Know the Effect of Sapta Pesona Application on Tourist Satisfaction Visiting Muko-Muko Park, 2) Describe the Application of Sapta Pesona in Muko-Muko Park 3) Describe Tourist Satisfaction Visiting Muko-Muko Park. Research type is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. This research was carried out at the Muko-Muko Park tourist attraction, Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency. The research population was tourists who had visited the Muko-Muko Park tourist attraction from January to June 2022 with a total of 6135 people. Selection of research samples using incidental sampling with a total sample of 84 people. Data collection uses a Likert Scale model questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis which was processed using the help of the SPSS version 22.00 program. The results showed that 1) there was a significant effect of the application of Sapta Pesona on tourist satisfaction of 29.8%, 2) the application of Sapta Pesona was in a good category with a level achievement score of 82.85% of the ideal score, 3) Tourist Satisfaction is in a good category with an achievement score of 83.68% of the ideal score.
