Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah pertanian dan hutan sebagai sumber energi terbarukan menjadi solusi strategis untuk mendukung program transisi energi nasional sekaligus mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan. Desa Batu Mekar, Kecamatan Lingsar, Lombok Barat, memiliki potensi besar berupa limbah jerami padi dan kayu yang selama ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman, kesadaran, serta minat dan kesiapan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah tersebut menjadi bahan bakar biomassa, khususnya briket yang dapat digunakan untuk program co-firing pada pembangkit listrik. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, demonstrasi pembuatan briket biomassa, sesi tanya jawab, dan pengisian kuesioner 4 skala Likert oleh 20 responden. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menilai pemahaman, kesadaran, serta minat dan kesiapan masyarakat. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata pemahaman masyarakat sebesar 11,90 dari skor maksimum 15, kesadaran terhadap potensi energi alternatif 12,70 dari 16, dan minat serta kesiapan 13,10 dari 16, menandakan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat, mulai dari praktik pembuatan briket hingga diskusi terbuka. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif menumbuhkan literasi energi terbarukan, kesadaran lingkungan, dan kesiapan praktis untuk memanfaatkan limbah pertanian sebagai sumber energi. Program pengabdian ini berhasil menjawab tujuan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat, sekaligus membuka peluang pengembangan pemanfaatan biomassa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Religious Character Education system for Orphans at the Al Hasyimiyah Bandung Diwek Jombang Orphanage. This study is a qualitative research type, taking the background of the Al Hasyimiyah Bandung Diwek Jombang Orphanage. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and observations. While the data analysis used inductive analysis techniques, which were carried out by summarizing specific data, then describing and concluding in general. The results of the study showed that the religious character education system for orphans at the Al Hasyimiyah Bandung Diwek Jombang Orphanage was carried out by training children's independence, getting children used to being disciplined in worship, tadarus al-Qur'an, tahfidzul Qur'an and other diniyah activities. All of this was done through a coaching stage which included: habituation, role models, advice and punishment. Keywords: Orphanage; Orphans; Religious Character

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of parental role modeling on the moral development of children at Madrasah Diniyah Assalam Karangwungu Balongpanggang Gresik. The background of this research lies in the essential role of parents as the first educators in instilling moral values that shape children’s social and religious life. This research employed a quantitative method with an ex post facto approach. The population consisted of all students of Madrasah Diniyah Assalam, with a randomly selected sample of 30 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, simple linear regression, and t-test with the assistance of SPSS. The findings revealed that parental role modeling has a significant effect on the moral development of children, indicated by a t-value greater than the t-table and a significance value less than 0.05. Thus, the better the parental role modeling, the better the children’s moral development. This study highlights the urgent role of family in moral education and provides practical implications for parents and educational institutions to work together in instilling moral and religious values. Abstract

ABSTRACT The integration of gamification-based technology in education has been increasingly adopted and is believed to enhance students’ motivation and academic performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between the use of Duolingo and students’ motivation and learning outcomes in Arabic subjects. A quantitative approach with a correlational method was employed. The population consisted of students from Madrasah Aliyah Perguruan Muallimat Cukir, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a validated and reliable questionnaire, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The findings reveal that Duolingo significantly affects learning motivation (coefficient 0.858; p < 0.05) and learning outcomes (coefficient 0.759; p < 0.05). These results indicate that gamification-based applications can enhance student participation, engagement, and academic achievement in Arabic language learning. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze and reconstruct Al-Farran's understanding of dowry, as well as place it in a comparative context with the views of other madhhabs and mufassir. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach. Primary data is obtained from the Tafsir of Imam Shafi'i, while secondary data comes from books of tafsir, fiqh, and other supporting literature. The results of the study show that Al-Farran interpreted dowry (QS. An-Nisa': 4) as the absolute right of the wife (nihlah) which has a legal and philosophical dimension. He emphasized that dowry is a symbol of a husband's appreciation, earnestness, and responsibility, not just the price of a woman. Furthermore, Al-Farran does not limit dowry only to material possessions, but also accommodates non-material dowries in the form of benefits, such as the teaching of the Qur'an or hadith, as long as they have an agreed value. Comparatively, Al-Farran's view is in line with the Shafi'i School of Prayer which requires dowry, but it offers greater flexibility in the form of dowry. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to comprehend how moral education is understood by Imam Al-Ghazali and to identify the methods employed by Imam Al-Ghazali in moral education. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a content analysis method and the Library Research method. Data collection techniques include reading the book Ihya Ulumiddin Volume III by Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali regarding methods of moral education (as primary data), collecting and tracing translations of Ihya Ulumiddin (The Revival of the Religious Sciences), Ya Ayyuhal Walad (O My Beloved Son), and Al-Munqizu Minad-Dhalal (Deliverance from Error) by Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali, as well as studying, reviewing, and understanding analyses found in books that serve as secondary data sources. The results of this study show that the methods used by Imam Al-Ghazali in moral education are highly diverse, including the lecture method, discussion and question-and-answer methods, storytelling method, assignment method, mujahadah and riyadhah methods, as well as the method of giving rewards and punishments.
