This article aims to develop interactive powerpoint-based English learning media for grade XI students of MAN 1 East Lampung. This research method is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. ADDIE research stages include analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research instrument is an interview sheet, validation sheet, student and teacher response questionnaire. This research data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. Qualitative descriptive analysis was conducted on the results of interviews. Quantitative descriptive analysis was carried out on the results of expert validation and student and teacher response questionnaires. Based on the analysis conducted, the percentage of feasibility results from material experts was 92.5% with the criteria "very worthy", the validation results from language experts were 81.25% with the category "very worthy" and the validation results from media experts were 94.73% with the criteria "very worthy". And also evidenced by the results of the trial to students with a percentage of 85.108% with the criteria "very worthy" as well as a teacher response questionnaire which obtained a percentage of 96.66% with the category "very worthy". Based on the results of the data obtained, it shows that interactive powerpoint media is very worthy for use in the learning process. Saat ini, praktik pendidikan inklusi belum secara optimal direalisasikan di tingkat SD Kabupaten Garut. Dengan demikian, diperlukan sebuah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran inklusi bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelas inklusi bagi tunagrahita kelas IV di SDN Pataruman 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas IV, koordinator inklusi, dan siswa tunagrahita kelas IV SDN Pataruman 2. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data-data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis. Data disajikan dengan menarik kesimpulan mengenai pemaknaan data yang terkumpul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menyusun perencanaan berupa RPP khusus, pembelajaran dilakukan di dalam kelas secara bersama-sama, evaluasi siswa ABK menggunakan bentuk yang sama dengan siswa reguler. Untuk program khusus direncanakan dan dilaksanakan oleh koordinator inklusi minimal satu bulan sekali.

Literasi kiritis merupakan kebutuhan dasar dalam kehidupan akademik dan interaksi sosial pada era globalisasi informasi dan komunikasi dewasa ini. Melalui aktivitas literasi kiritis dengan bahan ajar yang di sekitar peserta didik, bapak/ibu guru dapat merancang pengalaman belajar (learning experiences) yang interaktif lintas mata pelajaran. Sebagai salah satu kata kunci dari rumusan tujuan Pendidikan Nasional, kritis dan kreatif dapat diwujudkan melalui lintas mata pelajaran, termasuk dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Dengan melibatkan mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam English Speaking Club, guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris, guru pembina asrama santri, dan beberapa orang santri, kesempatan belajar (learning opportunity) yang lebih luas dapat diciptakan untuk memfasilitasi kesuksesan pemerolehan bahasa Inggris seiring dengan perkembangan literasi santri di MTs Mu’allimat NWDI Pancor. Pendekatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui workshop. Kegiatan workshop ini diselenggarakan secara bauran (blended) minimal 32 jam. Target luaran wajib pengabdian ini adalah artikel yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal nasional (accepted), publikasi di sosial media. Adapun luaran tambahan, yakni naskah program dan surat pernyataan pemaanfaatan produk oleh pihak pengelaola asrama santriwati MTs Mu’allimat NWDI Pancor dalam hal pengembangan budaya asrama dalam percepatan literasi kritis sebagai kegiatan santri di luar jam sekolah.

This study analyzes the relationship between lecturers' teaching styles and students' learning motivation in higher education. Teaching style is an external factor significantly influencing student engagement and academic achievement. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The study sample consisted of 120 Elementary Madrasah Teacher Education Study Program students at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University, Banten, selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The instruments used included the Teaching Style Inventory and the Academic Motivation Scale, which had been tested for content validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Pearson product-moment correlation test. The results showed a strong positive relationship between lecturers' teaching styles and students' learning motivation (r = 0.672; p 0.001). The Facilitator dimension had the highest correlation (r = 0.701), followed by Personal Model and Expert. This finding is consistent with Self-Determination Theory, which emphasizes the importance of fulfilling the needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness to increase students' intrinsic motivation. These findings recommend that lecturers optimize facilitative approaches, serve as academic role models, and provide constructive feedback. Universities are advised to facilitate ongoing pedagogical training to improve the quality of teaching styles oriented toward student empowerment.

The research seeks to uncover the causal factors and detrimental effects of revenge as depicted in Emily Bronte’s novel, Wuthering Heights. Given its focus on societal phenomena, the chosen methodology is the descriptive qualitative approach, aimed at elucidating these social dynamics. The analysis draws upon theories of revenge proposed by Barcaccia et al. and Schwartz, which respectively delve into the underlying elements of vengeance. Revenge arises from a potent desire to seek retribution for perceived injustices, often manifesting as the infliction of harm or suffering upon the perceived wrongdoer. However, rather than achieving justice, revenge often perpetuates a cycle of retaliation, as individual interpretations of moral equilibrium seldom align. Wuthering Heights serves as the primary source of data, with textual excerpts informing the analysis. The findings reveal three primary instigators of revenge: betrayal, injustice, and insult, with resultant negative impacts including depression and anxiety.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaporan sosial islam dan Return on asset terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di jakarta islamic index (JII) periode 2018 – 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data regresi panel dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) sebagai analisis data. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan pada perusahaan yang tercatat di jakarta islamic index (JII)periode 2018 – 2020. Setelah memperoleh data dari Laporan Tahunan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Software Eviews 12. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan yang tercatat di jakarta islamic index (JII) periode 2018 – 2020. Untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan beberapa kriteria untuk mendapatkan sampel penelitian. Dan didapatkan 15 perusahaan untuk digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil analisis data regresi menunjukkan bahwa pelaporan sosial islam dan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun , aset berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan hasil analisis Moderated Regression Analysis terhadap menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance mampu memoderasi hubungan ISR terhadap nilai perusahaan kearah positif. Dan hubungan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik mampu memoderasi ROA terhadap nilai perusahaan kearah negatif. This research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the demonstration technique in teaching writing and personal pronouns refer to grammar to Private High School students in Lampung. Writing is a complicated aspect of English skills, particularly for personal pronouns. Personal pronouns are used by people, animals, things, or things. These pronouns depend on the role (subject, object, or possessive), number, third-person, and gender of the replaced noun. The students admitted that the learning method they had received thus far was tedious and only confused them; they needed to learn how to distinguish pronouns in personal pronoun material. The research used a qualitative method and involved 55 students from Private High School students in Lampung, classes IX A and B. Before the demonstration method was applied, almost 50% of students' scores were below 78. The learning method they received was tedious and confusing; they needed to learn how to distinguish pronouns in personal pronouns. However, students’ performance increased or was higher after using the demonstration method. The good and excellent ranges improved to 29%, and 58% of the total was 87%. The results indicate that the demonstration technique is an effective method for teaching writing, particularly for enhancing students' understanding of personal pronouns. Hence, demonstration techniques offer an alternative approach to selecting methods for English language learning. Through the implementation of these techniques, there is an expectation that English learning will become more interactive, thereby engaging students' interest.

Consumer satisfaction is an important element that must be created by all types of businesses. Researchers also agree that consumer satisfaction is a prerequisite for gaining loyalty from consumers, consumer loyalty that can make consumers come to buy products sold by sellers. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of independent variables consisting of price, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction who have shopped at Home Smart Rantauprapat. This study uses a quantitative approach, collecting data using a purposive sampling method, which means that researchers apply specific criteria in determining which respondents can be sampled in this study. The number of samples used in this study was 100 people with the specified criteria being consumers who had shopped at Home Smart Rantauprapat and were 18 years and over, which aims to get valid answers. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Home Smart Rantauprapat, product quality is proven to have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Home Smart Rantauprapat and the last variable, namely service quality, is also found to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction that has been shopping at Home Smart Rantauprapat.

This study was conducted to determine how muhadhoroh activities can help improve students' self-confidence at SDIT Widya Cendekia. This activity is a public speaking exercise that has become a regular part of the school program. Through muhadhoroh, students learn to speak in front of their peers, express their opinions, and develop courage from an early age. The study used a qualitative approach with interviews with four teachers directly involved. The data obtained were then analyzed to determine the role of teachers and the impact of the activities on students. The results showed that muhadhoroh had a positive influence on students' self-confidence, especially for those who were initially shy. Students became more confident speaking, had the courage to speak in front of the class, and were able to express their opinions more clearly. The support of teachers and parents also significantly contributed to students' feeling of preparedness and confidence. Overall, muhadhoroh activities can be an effective habit-forming tool for fostering self-confidence and developing positive character traits in elementary school students.
