Abstract

Presentations in the form of Multimedia Presentation online can generate interest in students and help them understand the content to be communicated effectively, where the prezi program is a program that can create presentations in a modern style. and can be combined with programs in the management of many types of images and sounds, creating works that can be applied in various ways. The research objectives are 1) to find out whether the use of prezi software in making presentations is effective in elementary schools for the independent curriculum. 2) the effect of prezi software on student learning outcomes. 3) Obstacles in using prezi software. This research method uses quantitative methods, data obtained from google questionnaires from elementary school students. The results showed that prezi software was very influential on presentations in elementary schools as evidenced by student learning motivation. The conclusion of this research is that prezi software can be applied in presentations as evidenced by the results of research that the learning outcomes of elementary school students using prezi software increased by 80%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu guru-guru di SDN Patian II dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka di Fase A (kelas 1 dan 2). Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah metode yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar individu siswa berdasarkan kesiapan, minat, dan profil belajar mereka. Diharapkan bahwa penerapan metode ini akan meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran, memaksimalkan potensi siswa, dan mendukung pencapaian profil siswa Pancasila. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pelatihan, pendampingan intensif, dan evaluasi implementasi. Kegiatan dimulai dengan menilai kebutuhan sekolah dan guru untuk mengetahui apa yang siswa pahami tentang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Kemudian, mereka diajarkan tentang ide-ide, prinsip, dan strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi, termasuk cara membuat RPP yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Melalui observasi langsung dan diskusi reflektif, guru dibantu dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi di kelas mereka. Hasilnya mencakup peningkatan kemampuan guru untuk merancang dan menerapkan pembelajaran yang berbeda, yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan kualitas RPP, ide-ide baru untuk pembelajaran, dan pengelolaan kelas yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi aktif dan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SDN Patian II. Namun, untuk terus menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, diperlukan pelatihan tambahan, supervisi, dan evaluasi rutin. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan bahwa program ini akan berfungsi sebagai model pengembangan profesional guru yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kurikulum dan kebutuhan siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan pemetaan jenis kecerdasan siswa adalah untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran melalui pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang gaya belajar siswa dan kecerdasan majemuk (Multi intelligences). Di SDN Gunggung Sumenep, para guru berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah membantu guru memahami berbagai jenis kecerdasan yang dapat dipelajari siswa mereka, termasuk linguistik, logis-matematis, visual-spasial, kinestetik, musikal, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalis, dan eksistensial. Selain itu, mereka juga ingin mengetahui gaya belajar siswa yang paling populer, baik visual maupun kinestetik. Untuk memberikan pelatihan, teori dibahas, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung, seperti mengisi angket kecerdasan dan melihat perilaku siswa, digunakan. Gambaran kecenderungan kecerdasan siswa dikumpulkan melalui analisis data pemetaan, yang kemudian digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membuat strategi pembelajaran yang lebih sesuai dan berhasil. Pembelajaran dapat dipersonalisasi dengan strategi ini, yang dapat mendorong siswa untuk berpartisipasi lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa para guru memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik terkait penerapan konsep kecerdasan majemuk dalam pembelajaran. Guru mulai mengintegrasikan hasil pemetaan dalam proses pengajaran dengan menciptakan metode dan media yang sesuai dengan gaya belajar siswa. Hal ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih kondusif dan menyenangkan. Namun, kegiatan ini juga menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan waktu, sumber daya, dan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola data pemetaan. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SDN Gunggung Sumenep. Keberlanjutan program ini memerlukan dukungan berkelanjutan berupa pendampingan, penyediaan fasilitas, serta pelatihan lanjutan agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Through a case study of SDN Aeng Panas 1, this research delves into the role of teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum for student character development. A case study research design was chosen because it allows the researcher to conduct an in-depth analysis of a specific context, namely SDN Aeng Panas 1. This case study will provide a comprehensive overview of how character education is implemented through the Merdeka Curriculum, including the strategies used, the challenges faced, and the outcomes achieved. The findings indicate that teachers have successfully integrated character education into various subjects using active and participatory learning methods. Despite challenges such as limited resources and inconsistent support, teachers have demonstrated a high level of commitment. This study recommends enhancing teacher competencies, providing adequate resources, and fostering closer collaboration with parents and the community to strengthen character education programs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the self-discipline character of elementary school students in Jombang, in terms of delay of gratification, self-control, and self-regulation. Self-discipline is an important factor that supports students‘ learning success, as it is directly related to student's ability to organise themselves to follow school rules and achieve academic goals. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to elementary school students spread across several schools in Jombang. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. This involved designing a questionnaire that measured the three aspects of self-discipline, distributing it to a representative sample of 200 students, and then analyzing the responses using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that primary school students in Jombang generally have a fairly good level of self-discipline. The self-control aspect shows the highest score, followed by self-regulation, while the delay of gratification aspect tends to be lower. The findings indicate that although students can control themselves and regulate their behaviour, they still need to improve in delaying gratification to achieve greater goals. The implications of this study emphasise the importance of self-discipline development programmes in primary schools that focus on self-control and behaviour regulation and improving delay of gratification. Interventions designed with attention to all three aspects can help students develop more holistic self-discipline skills, which in turn supports their future success

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) tema bagian tubuh tumbuhan dan fungsinya di kelas IV. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang diduga disebabkan oleh kurangnya keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran inkuiri dipilih karena berpusat pada siswa dan mendorong keterlibatan aktif melalui pengamatan, penyelidikan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen dan desain nonequivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu 19 siswa kelas IV SDN Tamansare I sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model inkuiri dan 16 siswa kelas IV SDN Babbalan sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model konvensional dengan memilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes berupa pre-test dan post-test, observasi, dokumentasi, serta observasi keterlaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata post-test pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi (78,4) dibandingkan kelas kontrol (67,5). Berdasarkan hasil uji independent sampel t-test, diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPAS tema bagian tubuh tumbuhan dan fungsinya. Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif merupakan kompetensi esensial bagi mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD), namun mereka sering menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam menyusun instrumen wawancara dan mereduksi data. Kesulitan ini meliputi perumusan pertanyaan berbasis HOTS dan pengelolaan volume data wawancara yang besar serta tidak terstruktur. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas penelitian kualitatif mahasiswa S1PGSD Universitas Wiraraja melalui pendampingan penggunaan Gemini AI. Metode pendampingan dilakukan melalui workshop interaktif yang mencakup pengenalan konsep penelitian kualitatif, praktik langsung penyusunan instrumen wawancara, dan reduksi data hasil wawancara menggunakan fitur-fitur Gemini AI seperti "Question Generation" dan "Summarize Text". Selain itu, program ini juga menekankan pentingnya etika penggunaan AI, pengawasan manusia, transparansi, dan manajemen data. Diharapkan, pendampingan ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas penelitian mahasiswa, mempercepat penyelesaian skripsi, serta membekali mereka dengan literasi digital dan keterampilan abad ke-21 yang bertanggung jawab dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI.

Abstract

The abacus arithmetic training aims to enhance the mathematics skills of students at SDN Gunggung through an interactive approach. This activity successfully created a fun learning environment and motivated students to develop a greater interest in mathematics. By using the abacus as a learning tool, students more easily understood basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. In addition to improving mathematical skills, this training also boosted students' confidence and improved their perception of mathematics. Teachers were actively involved by receiving special training so they could independently continue using this method. Support from parents further strengthened the success of the program, with reports indicating that children were more enthusiastic about learning mathematics at home. Challenges such as differences in students' abilities and the limited training time were addressed through a flexible approach and additional tutoring sessions. The impact of this activity was felt not only within the school but also opened up opportunities for further development. Future plans include expanding the training scope to higher grade levels, introducing more complex materials, and organizing abacus arithmetic competitions. This program shows great potential to sustainably improve the quality of mathematics education through close collaboration among teachers, students, and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to explore fun learning strategies based on the environment to enhance students' motivation in elementary schools. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation in several elementary schools. The findings indicate that utilizing the environment as a learning resource can create more interactive, contextual, and meaningful learning experiences for students. Various strategies, such as direct exploration, educational games, and project-based activities, have been proven to increase students' interest, engagement, and motivation in the learning process. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the crucial role of teachers in designing and implementing enjoyable learning strategies by leveraging the surrounding environment. Support from schools and parents also plays a vital role in the success of these strategies. Therefore, implementing environment-based learning should continue to be developed to create more engaging and effective learning experiences for elementary school students.
