Abstract

Websites are viewed primarily as a platform from which SMEs can portray a sophisticated image and advertise/market their products. One of the main factor affect the adoption of e-commerce by SMEs is the enviroment influence. On small business, the process of recording orders and sales transactions was done manually. These lead to customers complaints because they have to wait for a long time to get the product. In addition, the owners of small business find it difficult to know the popular products among customers. Moreover, the companys are eager to reach out to potential customers. Therefore, an e-commerce website is required not only as a solution to all these problems but also as a bridge between the business and their customers. The website was developed using the Scrum method. The application development process required three sprints to complete the seventeen product backlogs. The system testing proved the system is running according to its function and is accepted by the user.

Abstract

The phenomenon of very dynamic and competitive business competition requires every telecommunication company to be adaptive in all changes. Now information technology does not only play a role in supporting business processes. IT is expected to play a major role in supporting the company's agility to adapt to the business environment. Corporate agility can provide various advantages, namely the organization is able to detect changes early and explore various solution options as a decision-making process in creating innovation. This journal provides an effective conceptual model related to how information technology is able to create organizational agility in telecommunications companies. This conceptual model is expected to be a reference for the adoption of information technology in providing a fit impact for the company.

Abstract

Analysis of student experience in using an e-learning product which is one of the learning support facilities, needs to be done as a reference to improve the quality of the e-learning product, in order to provide a good quality learning space. This study aims to find out what are the priorities for improvement in the e-learning application of the ILMU “Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur” based on the Heart Metrics measurement tool. Data was collected using a proportionate stratified simple random sampling approach. After the data is collected, the validity and reliability of the statement items are tested using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the analysis show that there is a difference (gap) that is negative between perceptions and expectations, where the value of perception is smaller than expectations. Based on the results of the analysis, the largest gap value is in the Task Success variable with a 92.30% suitability level, which means that ILMU e-learning has not reached user expectations. The management of the ILMU e-learning manager is expected to pay more attention to the Task Success variable in order to improve the user experience on the e-learning.Keywords: Importance Performance Analysis; Gap; Perception; Expectations Abstrak. Analisis pengalaman mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sebuah produk e-learning yang menjadi salah satu fasilitas pendukung pembelajaran, perlu dilakukan sebagai acuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk e-learning tersebut, agar dapat menyediakan ruang pembelajaran yang berkualitas baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hal apa yang menjadi prioritas untuk ditingkatkan pada aplikasi e-learning ILMU Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur berdasarkan alat ukur Heart Metrics. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan proportionate stratified simple random sampling. Setelah data dikumpulkan, dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap item pernyataan dengan menggunakan Importance performance analysis (IPA). Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan (gap) yang bernilai negatif antara persepsi dan harapan, dimana nilai persepsi lebih kecil dibandingkan harapan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, nilai gap terbesar berada pada variabel Task Success dengan tingkat kesesuaian 92,30%, yang berarti e-learning ILMU belum mencapai harapan pengguna. Pihak manajemen pengelola e-learning ILMU diharapkan memberikan perhatian lebih pada variabel Task Success guna meningkatkan pengalama pengguna pada e-learning tersebut.Kata kunci: Importance Performance Analysis; Gap; Persepsi; Harapan

Abstract

With the increasing number of user complaints against the management information system for managing academic activities, future system development needs to be based on the user's perspective as an indicator of the success of an information system. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of the Integrated Management Information System in universities, with a case study on the Integrated Management Information System of IAIN Madura. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 334 samples of active student respondents, which were arranged based on the Delone and McLean method variables. In the analysis process, Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) model is used to analyze the success factors, assisted by SmartPLS3 software. Empirical findings prove that the user perspective in this study, namely the quality of information, services, usage, user satisfaction and also net benefits has a significant effect, while the quality of the system has an insignificant effect on users.Keywords: Information Technology; Structural Equation Modeling; Partial Least Squares; SmartPLS3 Abstrak. Dengan semakin meningkatnya keluhan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi manajemen pengelolaan aktivitas akademik, pengembangan sistem di masa mendatang perlu didasarkan pada perspektif pengguna sebagai indikator keberhasilan suatu sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Terpadu (SIMPADU) di perguruan tinggi, dengan studi kasus pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen terpadu IAIN Madura. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 334 sampel responden mahasiswa aktif, yang disusun berdasarkan variabel metode Delone and McLean. Dalam proses analisis, Structural Equation Modeling dengan model Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kesusksesan, berbantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS3. Temuan empiris membuktikan bahwa perspektif pengguna dalam penelitian ini yakni kualitas informasi, layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan juga manfaat bersih memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, sedangkan kualitas sistem memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pengguna.Kata kunci: Teknologi Informasi; Structural Equation Modeling; Partial Least Squares; SmartPLS3

Abstract

UPN Veteran East Java has implemented e-learning as an online learning medium, but no analysis has been carried out to determine the level of user satisfaction in its operation. It is considered necessary to review user satisfaction, so that academic management understands things that need attention to be improved. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of UPN Veteran e-learning users using the Kano method. The study involved 272 student respondents using e-learning obtained by the Simple Random Sampling method. A total of 29 instrument items, representing 6 analysis variables (Pedagogy, Characteristics, User Interface, Infrastructure, Iteractivity, and Content). Each attribute of the questionnaire is translated into canoe dimensions which have positive statements and negative statements. Furthermore, the classification into the Kano category is carried out by calculating the number of frequencies for each dimension in each attribute, then selecting the dimension with the most frequency. Based on 29 attribute questions, 7 attributes are classified as satisfaction and 14 attributes are classified as dissatisfaction. Attributes that are classified as dissatisfaction (are suggested to get serious attention in improvement, while the attributes of the high satisfaction category are maintained.Keywords: Online learning media; Canoe Dimensions; positive statement; Negative statement Abstrak. UPN Veteran Jawa Timur telah menerapkan e-learning sebagai media pembelajaran online, namun belum dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna dalam pengoperasiannya. Dipandang perlu mengkaji kepuasan pengguna, agar manajemen akademik memahami hal-hal yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian untuk ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna e-learning UPN Veteran menggunakan metode Kano. Penelitian melibatkan 272 responden mahasiswa pengguna e-learning yang diperoleh dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Sebanyak 29 butir instrumen, mewakili 6 variabel analisis (Pedagogy, Karakteristik, User Interface, Infrastruktur, Iteraktivitas, dan Konten). Setiap atribut kuisioner diterjemahkan ke dalam dimensi kano yang memiliki pernyataan positif dan pernyataan negatif. Selanjutnya dilakukan penggolongan ke dalam kategori Kano dengan cara menghitung jumlah frekuensi tiap dimensi pada setiap atribut, lalu dipilih dimensi dengan frekuensi terbanyak. Berdasarkan 29 atribut pertanyaan, 7 atribut tergolong kepuasan dan 14 atribut yang tergolong ketidakpuasan. Atribut yang tergolong ketidakpuasan disarankan mendapatkan perhatian serius dalam perbaikan, sedangkan atribut kategori kepuasan yang tinggi tetap dipertahankan.Kata kunci:  Media pembelajaran online; Dimensi Kano; Pernyataan positif; Pernyataan negatif

Abstract

Spotify is one of the most popular platforms used to listen to podcasts in Indonesia, especially for students. To be able to continue to provide support for the survival of the audio streaming industry in an effort to improve services in a better direction, it is important to know the factors that support the acceptance of services from the Spotify podcast service. This study aims to analyze what factors influence users to use the Spotify podcast service. The analytical method used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data were obtained from 438 Spotify podcast users, and analyzed using SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that the factors influencing the use of the Spotify podcast application consisted of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Self-Efficacy, and Perceived Enjoyment. The Social Influence factor has no significant effect on usage interest.Keywords: Spotify; Technology Acceptance Model; SmartPLS 3 Abstrak. Spotify adalah salah satu platform paling populer yang digunakan untuk mendengarkan podcast di Indonesia, khususnya para mahasiswa. Untuk dapat terus memberikan dukungan keberlangsungan hidup industri streaming audio ini dalam upaya meningkatkan layanan ke arah yang lebih baik, penting untuk diketahui faktor-faktor yang mendukung penerimaan layanan dari layanan podcast spotify. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengguna menggunakan layanan podcast Spotify. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data diperoleh dari 438 pengguna podcast Spotify, dan dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi podcast Spotify terdiri dari Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Self-Efficacy, dan Perceived Enjoyment.   Adapun faktor Social Influence tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan.Kata kunci: Spotify; Technology Acceptance Model; SmartPLS 3

Abstract

The emergence of several technical problems related to the availability of adequate functional features, led to the need for an analysis of the website performance of the UPT "Veteran" East Java Library, so that the website's performance was in line with user expectations. This research analyzes the website of the UPN "Veteran" East Java Library UPT website using the Webqual 4.0 method, aiming to find out the website indicators that need to be maintained and improved performance. The analysis is carried out referring to the Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality parameters, where each parameter consists of indicators. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling, with website users as respondents. The method of data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Importance-Performance Analysis method. The results showed that the overall performance of the UPT "Veteran" East Java Library website was sufficient to meet user expectations. However, it was found several indicators that need to be improved by the website manager, namely: ease of understanding website navigation, attractiveness of Website appearance, and the availability of information on websites that are easy to understand.Keywords: Performance; Importance-Performance Analysis; Usability; Information Quality; Service Interaction Quality Abstrak. Munculnya beberapa permasalahan teknis yang berkaitan dengan ketersediaan operasi fitur-fitur fungsional secara memadai, menyebabkan perlunya dilakukan analisis kinerja website UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, agar kinerja website sesuai harapan pengguna. Peneltian ini menganalisis website UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0., bertujuan mengetahui indikator website yang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan kinerjanya. Analisis dilakukan mengacu pada parameter Usability, Information Quality, dan Service Intteraction Quality, dimana setiap parameter terdiri atas indikator. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling, dengan responden pengguna website. Metode pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan kinerja website UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur sudah cukup memenuhi harapan pengguna. Namun ditemukan beberapa indikator yang perlu ditingkatkan kinerjanya oleh pihak pengelola website yaitu: kemudahan memahami Navigasi website, kemenarikan tampilan website, serta ketersediaan informasi pada website yang mudah dimengerti.Kata kunci: Kinerja; Importance-Performance Analysis; Usability; Information Quality; Service Intteraction Quality

Abstract

Dikarenakan pandemi COVID-19 yang mewajibkan kegiatan dilakukan dari rumah agar mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19, begitu juga dengan MIN 1 Surabaya, karena kebijakan pemerintah selama pandemi dimana seluruh kegiatan harus diadakan daring, sehingga diadakan pembuatan e-learning MIN 1 surabaya untuk membantu kegiatan belajar online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi e-learning MIN 1 Surabaya dari perspektif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Delone McLean dan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), dengan 11 variabel yang digunakan yaitu Educational system quality, Service Quality, Information Quality, Technical System Quality, Learner Quality, Instructor Quality Perceived Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness, System Use, Benefit. Kuesioner dalam penelitian disebarkan kepada 205 siswa kelas 4, 5, dan 6 sekolah MIN 1 Kota Surabaya. faktor yang paling mempengaruhi benefit e-learning MIN1 Kota Surabaya dengan menggunakan model ISSM Delone Mclean dan TAM modifikasi adalah perceived usefulness dengan nilai path coefficient yang paling besar yaitu 0.449.

Abstract

Abstract: The adoption of information technology to support the running of MSME business in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic is an absolute choice. So far, the low adoption of information technology by MSME is due to low awareness of the benefits of information technology for their business and the low ability to use information technology. Higher education institutions can assist MSME with qualified resources and capabilities in utilizing information technology in carrying out business operations to increase their business support capacity. One way of working together is through the partnership method. UMKM will become partners for students who take project-based learning. Based on the feedback from the evaluation of this learning method, the results were that both parties received a positive impact from this learning method. UMKM players will get input, knowledge, and project output products based on information technology, while students will get real experience so that they can increase the effectiveness of understanding the material they get.            Keywords: information technology adoption; msmes; project based learning; project management.  Abstrak: Pengadopsian teknologi informasi untuk mendukung berjalannya usaha bisnis UMKM di era pandemi COVID-19 menjadi pilihan mutlak. Selama ini, rendahnya adopsi teknologi informasi oleh pelaku UMKM dikarenakan faktor rendahnya kesadaran terhadap manfaat teknologi informasi terhadap bisnisnya hingga rendahnya kemampuan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Faktor-faktor ini dapat dibantu oleh pihak perguruan tinggi yang memiliki sumber daya dan kapabilitas yang mumpuni dalam hal pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan operasional usaha hingga meningkatkan daya dukung usahanya. Salah satu cara kerja sama adalah melalui metode kemitraan. UMKM akan menjadi mitra bagi para mahasiswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Berdasarkan timbal balik dari evaluasi metode pembelajaran ini, hasilnya kedua belah pihak menerima dampak positif dari metode pembelajaran ini. Abstract

The development of information technology in this digital era has prompted numerous changes in many aspects of life, notably in the field of libraries, that are necessary to satisfy the demands of librarians to locate information easily, quickly, and precisely. OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog), often known as Online Catalog, is a website-based catalogue system used to search for information on library materials so they may be accessible whenever and wherever. One of the academic libraries that have used the Online Catalog is Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" East Java. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence online catalogue user satisfaction using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model approach with two additional independent variables, System Speed and System Reliability. End-User Computing Satisfaction is one of the methods used to evaluate the overall system for user satisfaction. Proportional stratified random sampling was employed as the sample collecting method in this study, with a total of 303 respondents. The research data obtained from the questionnaire results were processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. Based on the results obtained, accuracy, format, and ease of use are the three factors that have a positive and significant effect. In addition, the most influencing factor for Online Catalog user satisfaction is the format.
