Abstract

Information Technology Governance plays a very important role in managing all company needs. Especially in the world of education, technology plays a very important role in carrying out the vision and mission of all educational service needs. However, there are many problems experienced and the order of infrastructure and how to manage it that is not maximized so that it makes the order not run well. Because this can lead to various problems from the course of the education service process. Therefore, a framework such as COBIT 2019 is needed which has become the main guideline in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of information technology management in various organizations, including universities. This journal aims to assess COBIT 2019 framework users at various higher education institutions to determine the level of capability and gaps that generally occur. Through a Systematic Literature (SLR) approach, the journal details a number of significant findings, including an in-depth understanding of how COBIT 2019 is adopted and implemented in higher education settings. With Research Question (RQ) i.e. RQ1 Which domains in IT Governance are the main focus for most colleges and high schools implementing the COBIT 2019 framework, RQ2 What are the capability levels and advice provided in most higher education institutions implementing the COBIT 2019 framework. The results of this study found 13 articles that met the inclusion criteria, after identifying titles, abstracts, and conclusions from 48 articles that fell into the exclusion criteria. From the screening of these journals, the results show that the main focus of universities and colleges in implementing the COBIT 2019 framework is on the DSS05 domain. In many higher education institutions that implement the COBIT 2019 framework, the level of capability tends to depend on a strong understanding of best practices in managing IT operations, because there are many universities that have not been able to achieve the desired capability targets. As such, these institutions are required to continuously improve their capabilities in the face of dynamic IT environment changes and strengthen efforts to maintain the resilience of their operational systems.

Abstract

Audit SI/TI merupakan   proses sistematis untuk menilai dan mengukur kinerja sistem, proses, dan operasi teknologi informasi dalam suatu organisasi. Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu contoh organisasi yang menerapkan audit karena bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. UPA Perpustakaan UPN Veteran Jawa Timur tergolong sebagai perpustakaan modern karena teknologi di dalamnya seperti buku-buku atau jurnal yang dapat diakses secara digital melalui jaringan komputer. Namun, masih banyak teknologi yang belum maksimal penggunaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT 5 karena telah diuji dan terbukti efektif dan mencakup semua aspek tata kelola TI, mulai dari strategi hingga operasi. Domain yang digunakan adalah DSS 01 dan DSS03. Hasil audit menunjukkan Domain DSS01, level rata-ratanya adalah 3, sedangkan DSS03, memiliki level rata-rata sejumlah 2.6. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan signifikan antara kondisi saat ini dan standar yang diharapkan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan berupa evaluasi berkala terhadap prosedur operasional yang ada, UPA Perpustakaan harus berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait untuk mempelajari proses internal yang perlu diintegrasikan, perlu mengembangkan dan menerapkan metodologi yang sistematis, perlu meninjau ulang dan memperbarui rencana manajemen risiko, perlu memperbarui kebijakan dan prosedur keamanan fasilitas TI seperti ruang server dan perangkat penyimpanan data, perlu membangun sistem manajemen masalah yang terintegrasi, perlu membuat prosedur dan dokumentasi, perlu menetapkan prosedur formal untuk mencatat kesalahan, perlu melakukan review berkala, dan perlu mengintegrasikan proses manajemen masalah secara proaktif dengan proses manajemen perubahan.

Abstract

This research focuses on the transformation of Randegan Village into a Smart Village through the integration of digital technology and community empowerment. The main objective of this research is the implementation of e-government in Randegan Village through the design of an IT Master Plan to achieve a smart village. The research design involved a comprehensive analysis of the Smart Village model and literature review by citing insights from the Smart City concept and successful implementation case studies from past research. To help achieve a smart village in Randegan Village, the research team aims to carry out sensing, understanding, controlling, in Randegan Village so that an IT master plan can be created which then has the potential to become a Smart Village Development Master Plan in Randegan Village. The result is that there is a need for cooperation between educational institutions and the community to increase technological literacy. Technology education programs are suggested to overcome challenges of technology adoption. Community involvement is considered very important in developing technology applications, to encourage their acceptance and benefits. The allocation of resources for technology infrastructure is considered important, and it is also important to work with government to ensure financial support and technical assistance. The results of this study are expected to help Randegan Village in determining policies and programs for developing village information systems so that later they can improve the quality of service to villagers, increasing economic growth, and quality of life in randegan village.

Abstract

In the era of technological advances and financial deregulation policies, competition between banks is getting tougher. M-Banking is a provider of various facilities to make it easier for customers to carry out online transactions. Nonetheless, some concerns still exist regarding the security and feasibility of the features provided by each bank. In this study, Signaling Theory is used to explore the level of customer satisfaction in utilizing m-banking services. The purpose of this study is to compare the feasibility of features, ease of access, and security of Mobile Banking transactions at three leading banks in Indonesia, namely BNI, BCA and BRI, from the point of view of customer preference. This research will use quantitative methods by collecting data through a survey using a questionnaire. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a picture of preferences for customers in each bank, so that it can be taken into consideration in improving work systems and services to customers compared to other banks. The variables to be examined are the characteristics of each bank such as service, feasibility of features, interface design, and convenience for customers to access M-Banking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan framework COBIT 5 pada domain Enterprise Data Management (EDM) dan Decision Support Systems (DSS) untuk menganalisis tata kelola sistem informasi PT. Al Ahram Sarana Wisata, khususnya terkait pengelolaan website Al Ahram Hajj dan Umrah. Perusahaan menghadapi sejumlah tantangan seperti memenuhi standar dan ekspektasi tinggi dari pelanggan, keamanan website untuk mengatasi potensi risiko peretasan, serta permasalahan efisiensi operasional website terkait kinerja dan ketergantungan pada teknologi yang dapat mempengaruhi pengalaman pengguna. Audit Sistem Informasi dilakukan untuk memastikan efisiensi, keamanan, dan keselarasan dengan tujuan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kematangan proses EDM dan DSS menggunakan COBIT 5, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan yang ada, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka COBIT 5 dengan domain EDM dan DSS, dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar subdomain proses EDM dan DSS memenuhi tingkat kemampuan yang diharapkan, masih ada area yang memerlukan perbaikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman tata kelola sistem informasi dan memberikan wawasan berharga bagi organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan praktik tata kelola sistem mereka.

Abstract

In this journal article, the authors evaluate the effectiveness of the Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAMIK) at UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur using the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model. The main objective of this study is to assess how SIAMIK contributes to enhancing academic processes and improving overall institutional performance. The research approach employed is quantitative, employing a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The respondents for this study were selected through stratified random sampling, utilizing the Slovin formula. The target population consisted of students using SIAMIK at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur, with a total sample size of 117 students. The study employed SEM analysis techniques using SmartPLS 4 tools for data management. Out of the seven hypotheses tested, five hypotheses met the quality criteria. The findings of this research are expected to offer valuable insights and recommendations for the development of academic information systems not only at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur but also in other educational institutions.

Abstract

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are performance measurement tools that evaluate how well an organization achieves its stated goals. In hospitals, KPIs can be used to improve the quality of health services. This literature review aims to determine the role of KPIs in improving the quality of hospital services by identifying factors that influence the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of KPIs. The method used is to collect and analyze scientific articles that are relevant to the research topic. The literature review results show that KPIs can benefit hospitals in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and patient satisfaction. This literature review is expected to provide insights and references for hospitals that want to develop and implement KPIs as a performance measurement tool and improve service quality.

Abstract

A Balanced Scorecard (BSC) can be used to measure how the learning process of students or the improvement of employee abilities or competencies. To know where the location needs to be improved. In addition, it is easier to set the goals of education itself. Some educational institutions, such as formal and non-formal schools and universities, have implemented the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). System Literature Review (SLR) is an independent academic method. It aims to identify and evaluate all relevant literature to reach conclusions about the questions the author asks or wants to know. The results explain that the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) measurement is very beneficial in evaluating education in financial, internal business, customer, and learning aspects.

In this study, the author employs the Systematic Literature Review method to gather a diverse array of data pertaining to the COBIT 5 framework's application within educational contexts. The research findings delve into several key areas, including the utilization of COBIT 5 to enhance and bolster human resources within the education sector, its efficacy in educational settings, and its impact on educational quality standards. Abstract

Dalam perkembangan teknologi, implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan, seperti E-HOS di Rumah Sakit Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Sepanjang, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data kesehatan. Namun, kendala praktis seperti nomor antrian ganda dan ketidaksesuaian data pasien muncul selama pengoperasian. Studi ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan kerangka Human, Organization, and Technology-fit (HOT-fit) untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan dan penggunaan E-HOS. Hasil evaluasi diharapkan memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan sistem informasi kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Human-Organization-Technology (HOT) Fit Model dalam meningkatkan penerimaan pengguna terhadap implementasi Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Sepanjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sembilan variabel dari TAM dan HOT Fit Model yaitu, user self-efficacy, compatibility, top management support, project team competency, system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan SIRS acceptance. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 208 pegawai Rumah Sakit Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Sepanjang yang menggunakan E-HOS. Penelitian menggunakan SPSS 22 dan WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa hubungan antara HOT Fit Model pada TAM yang bernilai signifikan terdapat pada variabel user self-efficacy, compatibility, system quality, dan information quality terhadap variabel perceived ease of use, serta variabel perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap SIRS acceptance. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai p values dari masing-masing variabel <0.05.
