Agroindustri pengolahan keripik pisang dan ubi merupakan salah satu pemanfaatan sumber daya alam oleh pengelolah usaha untuk mengolah hasil pertanian menjadi produk yang memiliki daya tahan lama yang dapat dikonsumsi Penelitian tentang usaha keripik bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dari agroindustri keripik (Pisang dan Ubi kayu) di Kota Kefamenanu. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis pendapatan. Sampelnya adalah pemilik usaha Agroindustri Keripik Sularso. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Usaha Keripik (pisang dan ubi) pada tahun 2020 mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp. 99.330.000,-. Total penerimaan sebesar RP. 201.600.000,- sehingga pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar RP. 201.270.000,- per tahun. Nilai R/C ratio sebesar 2,0 > 1 yang berarti menguntungkan dan layak untuk diteruskan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan dan nilai tambah dari usaha tahu “UD SUMBER HIDUP” di Kota Kefamenanu Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama Bulan April – Juni Tahun 2020. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan cara purposive, responden terdiri dari 1 pemimpin dan 4 orang karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi yaitu dengan mengamati langsung keadaan di lapangan dan wawancara yaitu langsung dari pemilik atau karyawan industri tahu dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran umum dari usaha industri tahu dan analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis pendapatan dan analisis nilai tambah hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan yang diperoleh industri rumah tangga ‘UD SUMBER HIDUP” dalam memproduksi tahu selama Bulan April – Juni Tahun 2020 sebesar Rp.125.640.000, pendapatan sebesar Rp. 64.200.000 dan nilai nilai tambah sebesar Rp. 23.231.000 untuk setiap proses produksi sebanyak 1 kg kedelai akan menghasilkan 0,7 kg tahu

Presepsi merupakan penilaian seseorang yang berdasarkan hasil pemikiran kita. Sedangkan Kompetensi penyuluh pertanian dapat diukur berdasarkan kinerja serta tugas dan peran penyuluh itu sendiri. Kompetensi merupakan kemampuan tugas-tugas secara efektif, sedangkan makna profesional merujuk tingkat keahlian atau keterampilan yang didasarkan dalam menjalankan tuntutan tugas atau profesinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui; 1) gambaran umum peyuluh pertanian lapangan dan; 2) untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi petani padi sawah terhadap kompetensi penyuluh pertanian lapangan di Kecamatan Insana Utara Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Insana Utara, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara pada bulan januari 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian di Kecamatan Insana Utara Kabupaten Timor Tenggah Utara yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Intesitas penyuluhan, Materi penyuluhan, serta Metode penyuluhan. Hasil penelitian persepsi petani padi sawah terhadap kompetensi penyuluh di Kecamatan Insana Utara cukup baik dengan tingkat berpengaruhya 2,02%, diikuti materi penyuluh kurang baik/tidak setuju dengan tingkat berpengaruhnya 2,32%, dan metode penyuluh baik dengan tingkat berpengaruhnya 2,42%. Total rata-rata kompetensi penyuluh pertanian dikelompok tani bernilai 2,25 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik, artinya kelompok tani baik dengan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan dikelompok tani. The goal of this study was to determine the general definition of the marketing channel, to know the marketing roles, the marketing margins, and to use a marketing analysis to determine the price earned by hybrid corn traders. The sampling scheme was carried out by purposive sampling on hybrid corn dealers, the number of samples taken by as many as 26 respondents. The data collection tool was used to perform interviews with respondents using questionnaires. The methodological method used was the study of the marketing margin. The findings showed that the margin at the retailer level was IDR 500/kg (0.11 percent) while the retailer margin was IDR 1500/kg (0.11 percent) (0.25 percent). This means that the difference between the purchasing price and the sale price of the collector is less than the difference between the purchase price and the retail price. Since there are two elements in the marketing margin, namely the expense component and the benefit component. Thus, the price component is IDR 4.500/kg (0.11 percent) and IDR 6.000/kg (0.25 percent) for retailers. This indicates that the market prices by the collectors are higher than the retailers

Betel nut consumption in North Central Timor Regency lasted a long time and continues to grow to this day. The study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer decisions and consumption preferences of iris dried betel nut in north Central Timor border communities. This research was conducted in January-February 2022.The data analysis method used is qualitative descriptive and logistic regression analysis. The variables of age, sex, habits, taste, and texture together affect the consumption preferences of iris dried betel nut. The age and texture of the iris dried betel nut significantly affect the decision of the people of East Miomaffo Subdistrict in consuming slice dry betel nut. Texture becomes the preference of consumers to choose the dried betel nut of the iris consumed.

This study aims to : 1) To determine the level of income of corn farming in the village of Tapenpah. 2) To determine the relative profitability of corn farming in Tapenpah Village . This study uses income analysis tools and R/C Ratio. From the results of research it can be known that the total income of the farmers of corn in the village Tapenpah amounting to Rp. . 72,932,416 , 00 with an average of Rp. . 1,072,535.00 . Based on these results, the relative advantage of corn farming in the village of Tapenpah can be profitable with an R/C ratio of 1.82.

This study aims to determine (1). general description of candlenut farming in Raimanus Village, Raimanuk District, Belu Regency, (2). To find out the analysis of candlenut farming income in Raimanus Village, Raimanuk District, Belu Regency (3). To find out the relative advantages of candlenut farming in Raimanus Village, Raimanuk District, Belu Regency. The research was conducted in November - December 2019. The data collection technique used a survey method with primary data and secondary data. The sample used in the study was 30 respondents. The data analysis method in the study is in the form of a descriptive model, income analysis, and benefit cost ratio (BCR), the net result in 2018 is Rp. 116,221,453, relative profit = 2.42 so that candlenut farming in Raimanus Village, Raimanuk District, Belu Regency is profitable/provides benefits to farmers in Raimanus Village.

Income from Urban Farming Beans ( Phaseolus vulgaris L. ) in Benpasi Village, Kefamenanu City District Umbu Joka; Aprianus Nelson Bana

Through a survey approach in June 2020, this study intends to (1) determine the general description; (2) determine income; and (3) calculate the relative advantages of urban farming of chickpeas in the Nekaf Mese farmer group in Benpasi Village, Kefamenanu City District, North Central Timor Regency. The research respondents were chosen from a purposive sample of 20 farmers who were members of farmer groups. The quantitative descriptive method was employed to find out. The findings revealed that bean farmers in Benpasi Village, particularly in the Nekaf Mese Farmer Group, grow their own land, ranging in size from 6 to 9 acres, and engage in all stages of urban farming, including seed preparation, land preparation, planting, maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest. Farmers' overall revenue from farming activities is Rp. 36.550.000,- with an average of Rp. 1,827,500,- for one planting season, and the total income earned is Rp. Rp. 15,921,000, - with an average income of Rp. 796,050, - for a single planting season. Farmers in the Nekaf Mese Farmer Group, Benpasi Village, Kefamenanu City District, made an average relative profit of 1.74 in bean farming activities, which means that the bean farming activities carried out by farmers in the Nekaf Mese Farmer Group, Benpasi Village, Kefamenanu City District, made an average relative profit of 1.74 in bean farming activities. Because the computation results are more than 1, it can be economically profitable.

Balai Benih Induk Padi Noelbaki sebagai salah satu Balai Benih Induk yang bertugas menyediakan benih padi untuk masyarakat di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, dengan adanya kegiatan PKP yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi penggunaan pupuk anorganik terhadap peningkatan padi sawahdi Kabupaten Kupang, dengan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan hasil pengukuran penggunaan pupuk anorganik (4T) di Balai Benih Induk Padi Noelbaki menunjukan bahwa tepat jenis dan tepat dosis berada pada kategori sesuai dan mempunyai skor 3 dengan persentase 21% dan tepat waktu dan tepat cara berada pada kategori sangat sesuai dan mempunyai skor 4 dengan persentase 29%. This study aims to: (1). know the economic feasibility of integrated livestock farming in North Central Timor Regency. (2). Describe the feasibility of integrated livestock farming from an economic aspect in North Central Timor Regency. The analysis used in this research are descriptive and economic feasibility analysis (R/C ratio). The data obtained are in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the potential that is owned, such as the availability of paddy field with an average of 37.85 acres / person and upland land with an average of 45.54acres / person are able to produce an average of 407.26 kg / year / person of rice, 501.33 kg / year / person of corn. So that it can produce agricultural crop waste such as rice straw amounting to 6.109 tons / ha / year and corn waste of 7.520 tons / ha / year. It can be said that rice and corn agricultural waste is able to help the availability of feed for cattle as much as 4 cows / year. The feasibility of the integration pattern of farming and livestock in TTU regency is feasible. The results of the R / C Ratio analysis, is 8.44 (R / C Ratio> 1) with a revenue of Rp.607,405,000 of the total cost incurred of Rp.192,000,000.
