Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang berperan penting dalam menunjang kualitas hidup. Salah satu indikator utama dalam menilai keberhasilan pelayanan rumah sakit adalah kepuasan pasien. Sebagai pengguna layanan, pasien memiliki harapan untuk memperoleh pelayanan yang berkualitas dan menyeluruh sesuai dengan hak mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan pendaftaran rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie, Samarinda. Sebanyak 92 responden dipilih melalui teknik random sampling, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lima dimensi kepuasan telah memenuhi harapan pasien, yaitu dimensi bukti fisik (80%), keandalan (95,5%), daya tanggap (98,3%), jaminan (98,5%), dan empati (98,5%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pendaftaran rawat inap telah mampu memenuhi ekspektasi pasien. Kepuasan pasien perlu menjadi prioritas karena berdampak langsung terhadap mutu layanan dan citra rumah sakit. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien merasa puas terhadap pelayanan pendaftaran rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie, Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the pattern of care and protection of the elderly at the Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) of Syekh Maulana Qori Merangin Jambi. The aim is to study the pattern and mechanism of care as an empowerment effort while examining certain aspects through the perspective of social fiqh which is sourced from the opinions of scholars. This study is a quantitative study using the Nvivo R1.7 data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that among several factors that cause the elderly to be in Islamic boarding schools is because of the wishes of the family or their wishes to avoid family conflict. This study found the fact that while being cared for in Islamic boarding schools, the elderly get peace, comfort, protection, and increased religiosity. This phenomenon also proves that caring for the elderly in Islamic boarding schools does not cause any harm to them at all, in fact, on the contrary, they get many useful benefits according to their conditions and fulfillment of their psychological needs. By using social fiqh,caring for the elderly in Islamic boarding schools can be seen as a highly recommended matter.

Abstract

The discourses and dialectics regarding euthanasia have yet to find an end. Because there are 2 human rights values that face each other: the right to life and the right to die. This article seeks to photograph euthanasia in a human rights perspective by stressing on the dialectic between the right to life as an absolute right and the right to self-determination as an embodiment of respect for human autonomy and dignity. This study belongs as a normative juridical research with a legislative and conceptual regulation approach in which legal materials are obtained through library study and internet searches which are then analyzed and interpreted deductively. Study results show that the right to life is a fundamental right that has been recognized in international human rights documents and national legislative regulations. In the perspective of the right to life, the act of euthanasia cannot be justified because every act either directly or indirectly that ends a person’s life is contrary to the principle of protection of the right to life. In the perspective of the right to die, the act of euthanasia derives its legitimacy based on the school of utilitarianism and the prolonged suffering experienced by the human individual actually clashes with the concept of the right to life itself. The prospect of regulating euthanasia in the ius constituendum is to constitute a more humanistic, ethical, and rational regulation of legislation focused on the protection of patients’ rights to choose or refuse medical treatment, the strengthening of medical codes of ethics, and the affirmation of the boundaries between medical actions that are considered reasonable.

Abstract

Digital marketing adalah strategi pemasaran yang memanfaatkan platform dan teknologi digital untuk mempromosikan produk atau layanan, membangun brand, dan menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya dapat mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital untuk memperkuat branding dan citra kampus melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya sebagai obyek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui dua sumber yaitu pertama, wawancara mendalam dengan tim humas dan pengelola akun media sosial universitas . Kedua, observasi terhadap platform Instagram dan Tiktok UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Digital marketing berperan penting untuk membangun citra positif UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Instagram dinilai paling efektif karena memungkinkan konten visual. Strategi utama yang digunakan meliputi pengelolaan konten kreatif dan aktif serta pembuatan konten yang menarik dan mengikuti tren. Namun, UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya perlukan melakukan inovasi berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan variasi konten, desain, serta penggunaan tren terbaru agar citra kampus tetap relevan dan kompetitif.

Abstract

Pendidikan mempunyai peran penting dalam kehidupan manusia, Dalam aktivitas pendidikan tidak terlepas dari belajar, Proses belajar dilakukan sedikit demi sedikit yang secara terus menerus serta dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Hasil dari belajar sering digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh siswa memahami dengan apa yang sudah diajarkan atau di programkan. Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar apakah mengalami peningkatan atau tidak perlu dilakukan evaluasi yang dilakukan secara berkala. Oleh karenanya, dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut peneliti ingin meneliti tentang evaluasi program literasi dalam meningkatkan minat baca yang ada di MAN 1 Lubuklinggau. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni : (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana  evaluasi program literasi dalam meningkatkan minat baca di MAN 1 (Model) Lubuklinggau, (2) mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam evaluasi program literasi dalam meningkatkan minat baca di MAN 1 (Model) Lubuklinggau. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) yang bersifat kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan juga dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dalam evaluasi program literasi yang ada di MAN 1 (Model) Lubuklinggau belum maksimal, sebab dalam tahap pelaksanaan program literasi yakni tahap pembiasaan, tahap pengembangan, dan juga tahap pembelajaran ditemui ada beberapa program yang tidak dijalankan. Faktor pendukung dalam program literasi adalah peran guru dan kepala sekolah serta ketersediaan fasilitas-fasilitas pendukung. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu kurangnya minat baca pada siswa dan juga penggunaan hp yang berlebihan.

Abstract

Economic growth, energy consumption and urban population have positive and significant impact to climate change. The condition of economic growth, energy consumption and urban population in Indonesia during the period 1985-2019 continued to increase and that also will increase the CO2 emission and will make the heat trapped on earth and increasing earth temperature and it made the climate change. In addition, energy consumption is one indicator by which the level of technology can be measured, in which the widespread use of environmentally friendly technology can reduce energy consumption of fossil fuels. However, it can also lead to an increase in energy consumption through increased levels of efficiency, increased income and human nature which tends to be wasteful and ineffective

Abstract

This study aims to reveal a review of Islamic law on the distribution of inheritance based on adat in Lolo Hilir Village, Bukit Kerman District, Kerinci Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research conducted, the results and conclusions are obtained that the review of Islamic law on the distribution of inheritance based on adat in Lolo Hilir Village is allowed for reasons that are justified by Islam and sharia, where women's morality is more responsible for their families. Therefore, the distribution of inheritance in Lolo Hilir Village is given the right to use for women, the inheritance can only be used and cannot be sold and property rights. Men cannot use it, but when the inheritance is sold, the man gets a share according to the agreement, but it is possible for the man to use the inheritance according to the agreement. In Islam, inheritance law is obligatory and the distribution has been regulated, but it can change due to certain circumstances and reasons. Over time, many women in Lolo Hilir Village have been able to work, so there are often conflicts over the distribution of this inheritance, but there has been a bright spot, the inheritance is distributed evenly, but if it is implemented something is not possible, then it is resolved by adat to uphold the welfare and justice of the people of Lolo Hilir Village.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study was the law enforcement against actors encroaching on TNKS forests. This study was to know the role of law enforcement officials and the law enforcement process against actors of TNKS forest encroachment, obstacles experienced by law enforcement officers. The research method uses a juridical-empirical research approach with qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of the research, the following conclusions: First, the cause of encroachment of the TNKS forest in Jangkat sub-district is due to economic factors, educational and factors of the number of law enforcement officers. Second, the role of law enforcement officers and the community in law enforcement which includes roles in preventive and repressive. Third, efforts that must be made to prevent and eradicate forest encroachment in Jangkat District are: (1). Improve the legal substance; (2). Improve supporting facilities; (3). Increase patrols; (4). Give more understanding to the community about the importance of protecting the forest.

Abstract

The outpatient admission place is a health facility at Health Center. The study was conducted to evaluate the implementation of patient registration. There were 3 officers involved, one high school graduate and two medical record graduates. They have attended seminars related to their fields. Although there is a socialized registration SOP, the service is still in the transition process from manual to electronic. Patients must bring their Family Card, BPJS Card, and ID Card to register. Patient data is inputted into the e-health center and evaluated at the end of each month through monthly lokmin meetings

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Assholach is one of the institutions under the auspices of the Pondok Pesanten Assholach Kejeron Foundation. Madrasah Aliyah Assholach was born in 2006 and has successfully graduated most of its students for further studies to private universities and state universities. Madrasah Aliyah Assholach Kejeron Gondang Wetan is the most popular superior educational institution. The purpose of this observation is to find out information about the renewal of learning methods in biology subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Assholach. This research method uses qualitative methods by conducting direct field observations by interviewing one of the teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Assholach to get complete information about the renewal of biology learning methods carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Assholach Kejeron. The renewal of methods in biology subjects at Madrasah Aliyah Assholach is only carried out in class X because only class X uses an independent curriculum with additional physics and chemistry biology maps with the addition of this mapel it is hoped that there will also be additional science majors in the following year. The renewal of this learning method is done by utilizing existing media and learning in real terms not only students listen and the teacher explains.
