Abstract

The policy of sanctioning laws and regulations for violations of marriage registration in fact provides space for discourse in both a philosophical and practical context. The understanding of marriages that are not recorded includes violations in juridical terminology because of the content of sanctions which can actually have implications for the emergence of problematic law enforcement in the field of marriage. This research was conducted to analyze and find out what the juridical implications are for the sanction policies contained in various legal regulations related to violations of marriage registration. The literature study method is the method in this research, by collecting data through a review of various kinds of legal rules. This study uses a statutory regulation approach in examining regulations related to legal issues regarding sanctions for violations of marriage registration. Several policies that contain sanctions for violations of legal registration of marriages are considered inappropriate because they cannot be met on a fundamental basis. There is a bias in the authority of law enforcement in the object of this violation of marriage registration. Legal ambiguity can arise in the process of sentencing if it is associated with the content of sanctions that have a tendency not to be in the realm of private law.

Research in the context of this social realm tried to look at customary law as a whole, whether it is still regressive or is influenced by the significance of restorative discourse, which has been progressive. The aim of this research was not only to find out the mechanism for resolving conflicts and imposing punishment but also to look at the role and concept of traditional law in Babeko Village restoring disturbed relationships. Using empirical research methods and an anthropological juridical approach, data was collected through interviews with traditional leaders, observations of traditional communities, and documentation and review of related literature. The findings of this research find out the strength of the Babeko Village customary legal system, which has successfully implemented a restorative approach by prioritizing the recovery of victims, violators, and affected communities. Prioritizing dialogue and reconciliation is important in resolving cases, to produce fair and sustainable results. This concept can then become a reference in the development of the national legal system, specifically in alternative dispute resolution models.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the inclusion of indigenous peoples in village autonomy policies following the enactment of the Village Law (Law No. 6 of 2014). Although the law promotes decentralization and cultural recognition, its implementation remains primarily administrative, neglecting the socio-cultural realities of indigenous communities. Only a small percentage of indigenous villages are officially recognized. At the same time, structural marginalization persists due to unequal access to resources, limited political representation, and the supremacy of national law over customary law. Using a normative legal approach, this study examines the gap between legal norms and empirical practices, drawing on primary legal materials and secondary sources, including government regulations, forestry and mining laws, research findings, and case reports. The findings suggest that the Village Law's failure lies not only in bureaucratic issues but also in the absence of structural justice and legal pluralism in policy design. Procedural and uniform autonomy fails to reflect local indigenous contexts, rendering legal recognition largely symbolic. Therefore, a shift toward substantive independence is essential, grounded in recognition, subsidiarity, and legal pluralism. This approach requires harmonization of sectoral regulations, empowerment of indigenous institutions, and fiscal reform, offering a transformative path toward more just, participatory, and inclusive village governance.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the disparity in judicial interpretations and the application of legal progressivism in marriage dispensation decisions at the Muara Bulian Religious Court. This study seeks to explore how judges construct legal reasoning when faced with applications for underage marriage dispensation and whether their decisions reflect consistency or divergence in applying child protection principles. Methods - This study employs a socio-legal approach with qualitative methods. Data were obtained from case decisions, field observations, and interviews with judges at the Muara Bulian Religious Court. The data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of judicial interpretation and the extent of progressivism in the rulings’ content. Findings - The results reveal a disparity in judges’ interpretations, particularly regarding the use of progressive legal reasoning. Some judges strictly adhere to statutory provisions, while others accommodate sociocultural considerations and parental requests, resulting in inconsistent outcomes. Although progressive legal theory provides opportunities for child protection, in practice, dispensations are often granted, thereby reinforcing early marriage practices instead of preventing them. Contribution/Limitation of Research: This study contributes to the discourse on judicial discretion and progressive legal thought in the context of family law adjudication. However, it is limited to the Muara Bulian Religious Court; thus, its findings cannot be generalized to all religious courts in Indonesia. Originality/Value - This study highlights the tension between statutory child protection norms and judicial discretion in marriage dispensation cases. It offers a critical socio-legal perspective on how progressivism is interpreted and practiced at the local courts.

Abstract

Untuk akurasi terbaik yang didapatkan adalah 60%.AbstractThe world of advertising in Indonesia today has a very rapid development. This is proven by the increasing number of advertising media created, one example is billboard advertising on the highway. Billboard advertising has a weakness, namely the material or the content of the ads displayed cannot change, therefore the target of advertising cannot be directed at the right consumer. To overcome this problem, the use of technology is needed to support the effectiveness of billboard advertising. In this study a system was created which is can detect the car and recognize the brand of the car detected, so the advertising material can change according to the brand of the car that is recognized by the system. For the detection of cars, using You Only Look Once (YOLO) method and for the classification of car brands, using MiniVGGNet method. The training process is carried out using 1100 pictures and there are 11 kinds of car brands that can be classified. From the tests performed, 93% final accuracy was found in car detection. The classification of the car brand was tested with Adam optimization functions with an image input size of 64x64 pixels. For the best accuracy obtained is 60% using the Adam optimization function with the input image size of 64x64 pixels.
