Abstract

This service aims at this service is Building a pattern of Democratic Care and Building the values of Religion. It should be understood that the family is two or more individuals who live in one household because of the relationship of blood, marriage and interacting with one another, having their respective roles by creating and maintaining a culture. The environment that is first encountered by children is the family environment. In the family of course there are religious values born from generation to generation and carried by the family. Whereas religious experience is an element of feeling in religious consciousness, namely the feeling that leads to beliefs generated by actions or amaliyah. Suka Julu Village Hamlet III Jumpa is one of the villages located in Karo land with diverse religious communities although it is dominated by Karo tribes in the area around Berastagi city. In customs, girls are not allowed to talk with their father. In addition, there is still a lack of planting of religious values. There are still those who do not have strong religious beliefs, so that on Christmas day, there are still Muslims who follow Christian activities and vice versa. This is certainly confusing for children. So that it will give birth to children who lack confidence. Personality dynamics actively influence human activities. Spiritual energy functions to regulate spiritual activities such as thinking, remembering, observing and so on. The instinct function regulates primary needs: eating, drinking and sexual. The ego has the function of adjusting impulse adjustment with objective reality. While Super Ego functions as a giver of inner rewards (satisfied, happy, successful) and punishment (guilt, sin, regret). The reward is played by the ideal ego, and inner punishment is carried out by the conscience. This activity was carried out to foster democratic upbringing and religious values in families in various religious environments in a tribe.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi unit cost pembiayaan pendidikan Program Studi PAI STAI Sepakat Segenep Kutacane Metode activity based costing. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif untuk menginterpretasi makna yang terkandung di dalam data hasil wawancara dan dokumen yang dikumpulkan dan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan besaran komponen unit cost penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan unit cost penyelenggaraan pendidikan dengan menggunakan metode activity based costing pada Program Studi PAI secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar Rp 571.446.267,00. Unit cost penyelenggaraan pendidikan pada Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah sebesar Rp 1.632.703,62 per mahasiswa per tahun. Abstract

This research aims to explore the training and teacher performance by headmaster supervision program.The research approach of this study uses qualitative research with using phenomenology approach.The headmaster of Junior High School in SMP al washlyah 26 marelan has the best planning program and concrete indicator in performing his function as an supervisor.The teacher performance is good enough during teaching and learning process. It can be seen from learning standard that was done. Teacher training is built by the headmaster using active communication so that it can improve the relationship of the head master and the others teacher being good relationship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pola asuh pada Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh pengasuh Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal adalah pola asuh demokratis, pola asuh otoriter dan pola asuh situasional; 2) Pendukung penerapan pola asuh pada Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal adalah adanya kepribadian pengasuh yang baik, sabar, penuh perhatian, selalu memberikan arahan dan bimbingan, adanya dukungan materi dari Pemerintah daerah dan donatur serta dukungan dari sekolah yang dikemas dalam pembiasaan dan peraturan sekolah; 3) Upaya yang dilakukan dalam proses penerapan pola asuh pada Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah, yaitu metode nasihat, keteladanan, pembiasaaan, pemberian pujian, hadiah, dan penerapan musyawarah bersama anak panti. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap isu-isu pengasuhan di panti asuhan dan bagaimana pola penerapan pengasuhan yang baik, sehingga nantinya panti asuhan tidak hanya menjadi tempat anak-anak yatim/piatu/terlantar akan tetapi juga mereka mendapatkan pengasuhan yang hangat dan secara rohani akan terbimbing maksimal.

Abstract

The PKM STAIN Mandailing Natal team carried out a workshop with the theme “Environmental Education Based on Islamic Concepts in Reducing Ecological Damage Activities in Kec. Hutabargot Kab. Mandailing Natal". This workshop activity aims to provide education to the community regarding good environmental management according to Islamic concepts. The idea of implementing this workshop activity refers to the problem of low ethics and public understanding in managing the environment, excessive exploitation of nature through illegal gold mining activities so that the environment is polluted and low attention to environmental hygiene. The method used in this service is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which is in the form of a workshop to socialize Environmental Education through a community movement that cares about the environment to strengthen public understanding in managing the environment. Based on the evaluation of activities, the results obtained, first, the formation of cooperation between the environmental service and the district government. Hutabargot to form a waste bank management team; second, the establishment of an environmental care movement in every village to promote the importance of a healthy and clean environment; third, the creation of cooperation with religious leaders in each village to include environmental education materials in their da'wah activities as an effort to educate the community in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan komunikasi guru dengan siswa terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Panyabungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan komunikasi guru dengan siswa terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket dan observasi. Metode angket digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat komunikasi guru dengan siswa terhadap hasil belajar PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi guru dengan siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Panyabungan menunjukkan skor tertinggi yang dicapai oleh sampel sebesar 89 dan skor terendah sebesar 62. Dengan perolehan skor rata-rata (mean) sebesar 62,5. Standar devisiasi diperoleh sebesar 2,046. Sedangkan nilai pertengahan (median) diperoleh sebesar 65,81 dan skor yang paling sering muncul (modus) memiliki skor 67,23. Skor Komunikasi Guru dengan Siswa Kelas XI Pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Panyabungan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan di atas tergolong tinggi karena mencapai rata rata 62,5, dan dalam hasil belajar dicapai oleh sampel sebesar 93 dan skor terendah sebesar 66. Dengan perolehan skor rata- rata (mean) sebesar 56,77. Standar devisiasi diperoleh sebesar 3,041. Sedangkan nilai pertengahan (median) diperoleh sebesar 59,48 dan skor yang paling sering muncul (modus) memiliki skor 62,35 Jika ditinnjau dari nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 56,77 menunjukkan kategori sedang. Perhitungan angka korelasi antara variabel X dan Y berjalan searah menunjukkan korelasi positif. Dengan memperhatikan besarnya rxy yaitu: 0,54 yang besarnya berkisar antara 0,60-0,80 berarti korelasi positif antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah termasuk korelasi positif yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik komunikasi guru dengan siswa, maka semakin baik hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Guru, Siswa, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar yang baik seharusnya sesuai dengan perilaku siswa yang baik. Kenyataannya ada saja siswa yang memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik tapi memiliki perilaku yang kurang baik. Namun, tidak jarang terdapat siswa yang nilainya kurang baik tapi perilakunya baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Santri di pondok Pesantren Roihanul Jannah Pasar Maga berjumlah 468 santri dan diambil sampel menggunakan teknik sampel random. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data melalui: editing, tabulating, coding dan analizing. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis statistik korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Prestasi belajar berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan perolehan skor rata-rata sebesar 85 yang berada pada interval 70-100. (2) Akhlak Santri berada pada kualifikasi baik dengan perolehan Persentase 85,45%. (3) Ada Hubungan positif antara Prestasi belajar dan Akhlak Santri di pondok Pesantren Roihanul Jannah Pasar Maga. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai korelasi rxy= thitung > ttabel (0,386 > 0,300). Dengan demikian penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi Prestasi belajar Santri yang diraih maka semakin baik Akhlaknya, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah Prestasi belajar Santri maka semkin rendah pula Akhlaknya

Abstract

The study of Islamic boarding schools has its dynamics and uniqueness. As an Islamic educational institution, the response of Islamic boarding schools to the issue of Covid-19 has had a sizable social impact in shaping the mindset and religious actions of the surrounding community. This study reveals the dynamics and theological struggles within Islamic boarding schools in response to the policy of handling Covid-19 in Mandailing Natal. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the data informants are residents of Islamic boarding schools consisting of leaders, clerics, students, and the community around the Islamic boarding school. The results of this study found that there were three styles of thinking in each Islamic boarding school in response to the handling of Covid-19, namely conservative, semi-conservative, and non-conservative. In general, Islamic boarding schools accept government policies in dealing with Covid-19, but in practice, Islamic boarding schools tend to ignore the rules. The clerics who are pro in handling Covid-19, provide theological enlightenment to the students and the surrounding community. On the other hand, the clerics who are resistant to handling Covid-19, give the view that Covid-19 is a game by the political elite in government. However, in this case, the resistant kyai did not provoke the students and the community.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of using audio-visual media in the SKI learning process. This type of research is qualitative research which is included in the type of qualitative research that is descriptive qualitative. This study uses interview and observation data collection techniques. While the technique of guaranteeing the validity of the research data, namely, triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Then the data analysis is done by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that using audio-visual media in the SKI learning process at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal is considered quite good and effective. This is evident from the results of the observation sheet testing conducted on three SKI subject teachers at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal reaching scores ranging from 83.3%, 91.6%, and 93.2%. Furthermore, the results of the interviews showed that the SKI learning process becomes more interesting and easy to understand, the classroom atmosphere is also conducive and students are not easily bored and are more enthusiastic in the learning process. Then the attention of students is focused on the material discussed in learning and is able to generate student understanding which is contained in student records and the ability of students to answer and reiterate learning materials appropriately.

Abstract

Bullying has become a significant social problem due to frequent misunderstandings and has negative impacts on both the perpetrators and the victims in the form of intimidation, verbal/physical abuse or discriminatory actions. This research aims to explore the preventive solutions offered by hadith in addressing bullying. The major research includes the classification of relevant hadith literature using the HadistSoft digital application, while the minor research involves the analysis of ḥadīth that provides preventive solutions to bullying. The research locus is the general public. The purpose of this study is to identify and articulate the teachings of hadith that can be applied as preventive measures against bullying. This research adopts a qualitative approach using descriptive-analytical methods in a library research type. The results show that hadith offers various preventive solutions that can be applied to reduce and prevent bullying, such as emphasizing spiritual advice, fostering cooperation to eliminate conflicts, and removing the inferiority complex of bullying victims. These solutions are expected to be integrated into educational programs and school policies to create a safer and more harmonious environment.Perundungan telah menjadi masalah sosial yang memiliki dampak negatif bagi pelaku dan korban dalam bentuk intimidasi, pelecehan verbal/fisik ataupun tindakan diskriminatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ajaran-ajaran hadis yang dapat diterapkan sebagai langkah preventif terhadap perundungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis menawarkan berbagai solusi preventif yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengurangi dan mencegah perundungan, seperti penekanan pada pemberian nasihat spiritual, menjalin kerjasama untuk menghilangkan konflik dan menghilangkan sikap inferior bagi korban perundungan. Solusi ini diharapkan dapat diintegrasikan dalam program pendidikan dan kebijakan sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan harmonis.
