Abstract

The mouth is the entrance to the digestive system and contains accessory organs that are in the early stages of digestion, while teeth are made of a very hard material, namely dentin. (Indah Irma & Ayu Intan, 2013. Many people complain of pain in the teeth and mouth due to lack of hygiene in maintaining the health of this organ. So when people are attacked by dental and oral diseases, people try to do their own treatment, for example buying toothache medicine in the shop. According to Turban (in Vincent, 2011) an expert system is a system that uses human knowledge where this knowledge is entered into a computer and then used to solve problems that usually require human expertise or expertise. The method used is the forward chaining method, namely forward chaining starting from a set of facts (there are) by looking for rules that match the assumptions/hypotheses that exist towards conclusions (Siswanto 2010).

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr H Soewondo Kendal yang beralamatkan di Jalan Laut Nomor 21 Kendal adalah instansi yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini membahas permasalahan sistem informasi akuntansi yang dimiliki RSUD. Dalam pelaporan keuangan masih menggunakan sistem konvensional, yaitu setiap bulan harus merekap ke dalam buku besar. Laporan transaksi harian masih secara terpisah dan laporan tersebut sering bersifat kolektif, disampaikan pada akhir bulan, sehingga informasi tidak seperti yang diharapkan seperti total pendapatan dan total biaya. dengan kondisi yang seperti ini pimpinan mengalami kesulitan untuk mengetahui laporan tersebut dengan cepat dan relevan. Dengan melihat permasahalan seperti ini penulis akan mencoba untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi akuntansi untuk mengendalilan laporan keuangan dan pembangunan prototipe web.

Abstract

In the process of procuring this drug, there has been no special record of debt by the Pharmacy or the Finance Sector. The recording that was tried was only in the form of payment receipts from the Finance Sector to pay invoices from the drug industry that had supplied drugs to the Pharmacy Section. So that the Finance Sector has difficulty in managing debt and in recognizing the amount of debt and the maturity of debt payments for each supplier. With these obstacles, the Hospital requires an Information System for Recording Debts in the Procurement of Drugs to assist the Pharmaceutical and Financial Sector in recording debts, especially in the procurement of drugs. This data system uses an object-oriented programming language with SQL Server database to create an information system that can speed up the forest recording process in drug procurement

Abstract

Schools are formal government-owned or private institutions engaged in education, which are held for the community and aim to educate knowledge, self-development, skills and abilities. SMP Negeri 04 Cepiring is the first level educational institution that was established in 1998. So far, school inventory data processing has used MS. Word and MS Excel however, the process takes a long time so it is less effective and efficient. SMP Negeri 04 Cepiring requires an inventory data processing management information system to solve this problem. Inventory data processing information system was built using Enterprise Architecture Planning and using BDMS MySQL as database. The resulting inventory data processing management information system can perform data processing such as entry and exit data, data destruction, mutation or changes that are more accurate.

Abstract

Cost of goods manufactured (COGM) is an important component of making a product, because knowing the COGM of a product can be used as a reference to determine the profit margin of a product. Without knowing the COGM of a product, we will be confused in determining the selling price. The COGM calculation is very influential for the sale of a product whether the product is experiencing a profit or loss. This study aims to determine the COGM calculations that have been carried out by MSMEs are in accordance with COGM accounting calculations or are still only limited to manual calculations. In addition, the main objective of this study is to design an accounting system for determining COGM in the Tempe Chips Industry in determining the cost of production and to apply a variable costing method to determine the cost of goods manufactured in SMEs so that the correct cost of production can be presented. The results of this study indicate that based on Cost of goods manufactured calculations carried out by MSME actors it is still very low so it is necessary to revamp the HPP calculations in accordance with accounting standards. Based on the evaluation of the old system, the author wishes to offer a new system, namely the Information System for Determining the Cost of Production of Tempe Chips SMEs which is expected to be an alternative in solving problems that are being faced by business owners. This new system makes it easy for users related to the process of recording data into the database, so that related parties can easily operate.

Abstract

Technology has the potential to be employed within the realm of electronics and informatics, particularly for the purpose of securing household doors using a smartphone through an internet connection. The Internet of Things (IoT) embodies a concept where internet-enabled devices can communicate with each other and their surrounding objects. This endeavor seeks to create a prototype using key components, including NodeMCU Esp8266, Servo Motor, and Fingerprint Module, with the ultimate goal of simplifying daily tasks and alleviating concerns about leaving the door unlocked upon leaving the house. The mechanism of this device entails utilizing a smartphone app to establish an internet connection, enabling users to seamlessly close and lock their house door. The underlying intention behind developing this tool is to provide assistance in managing both indoor and outdoor activities, addressing the issue of inadvertently leaving the door unlocked, and substituting traditional door locks with fingerprint recognition. By employing this innovation, individuals can conveniently regulate their house door via smartphone, saving time and effort and seamlessly integrating it into their daily routines.

Abstract

Usaha Maju is a private company engaged in trading. This company has been around for a long time in Gempolsewu Dk Tegal Kapang District, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, which is adjacent to TPI Tawang. Usaha Maju does not yet have an information system to assist companies in recording financial statements and merchandise inventory. In managing the old report data, it is still done manually, namely using a notebook in recording the data. data processing is carried out twice, namely when purchasing goods and at the time of sale, resulting in less effectiveness in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the company. Recording of inventory financial reports is still often the difference between the financial statements of purchases and sales. With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.

Abstract

Currently it is still done manually and causes difficulties in data retrieval and income capitulation, there are several steps that can be taken to increase efficiency and accuracy in administrative management. Here are some suggestions: Management Information System (MIS) or Laundry Application: Implement a management information system or laundry-specific application that can help automate administrative processes. This application can record laundry receipt transactions, record customer data, and store income information in a more structured manner. Barcode or Unique Identification System: Use a barcode or unique identification system on each laundry receipt. This will make it easier to track and search data. Each customer or order can have a unique code or barcode that can be scanned to identify the transaction. Electronic Logging: Switch from manual logging to electronic logging. Use spreadsheet or database software to store and manage data. Make sure all laundry receipt data, including customer information and type of service, is recorded carefully. Centralized Database System: By implementing these solutions, you can optimize the laundry service administration process, reduce data search time, and increase revenue management efficiency. The aim of creating a Laundry Service Information System is to make it easier for business owners to manage customer transaction data and in preparing financial reports. The methods used in collecting data are observation, interviews and literature study, while the system development method used is R&D (Research and Development). This system was built using the PHP programming language, Boostrap, and for the database using MySQL. The results of this research are a web-based laundry service information system. This laundry service information system contains 2 access rights, namely Admin and customer. Customers can find out the status of their laundry and payments, while Admins can manage customer data, manage transactions, and view print reports

Abstract

The need for technology is greatly needed by various groups, both in the world of education, in companies and government agencies as a solution to these problems. One of them is implementing an accounting information system for inputting, processing or reporting accounting in the company. This application can produce data processing quickly and accurately. This certainly saves a lot of time and also reduces errors that occur when work is done manually. Likewise with cooperatives, cooperatives also need to use an accounting information system to make their work faster and more accurate. The activities carried out at Primkopti "Harum" Kendal Regency are in the field of savings and loans. The process of recording loans at Primkopti "Harum" becomes ineffective and there is a risk of errors in information that is not accurate and fast, because the recording process is repetitive. For reporting, we still use Ms. Excel, which still requires data processing first from the books, both loans and installments, so there are often delays in submitting reports to management. Therefore, with a computerized system that can process customer data, collateral data, journals, loan and installment transactions, and also reports that will be made by Primkopti "Harum" will be valid, especially in calculating installment interest costs, using Macromedia Dreamweaver software 8, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The results of the programming created help reduce errors in data entered, errors in interest calculations, financial reports are produced more quickly and effectiveness and efficiency can be achieved.
