Abstract

Currently it is still done manually and causes difficulties in data retrieval and income capitulation, there are several steps that can be taken to increase efficiency and accuracy in administrative management. Here are some suggestions: Management Information System (MIS) or Laundry Application: Implement a management information system or laundry-specific application that can help automate administrative processes. This application can record laundry receipt transactions, record customer data, and store income information in a more structured manner. Barcode or Unique Identification System: Use a barcode or unique identification system on each laundry receipt. This will make it easier to track and search data. Each customer or order can have a unique code or barcode that can be scanned to identify the transaction. Electronic Logging: Switch from manual logging to electronic logging. Use spreadsheet or database software to store and manage data. Make sure all laundry receipt data, including customer information and type of service, is recorded carefully. Centralized Database System: By implementing these solutions, you can optimize the laundry service administration process, reduce data search time, and increase revenue management efficiency. The aim of creating a Laundry Service Information System is to make it easier for business owners to manage customer transaction data and in preparing financial reports. The methods used in collecting data are observation, interviews and literature study, while the system development method used is R&D (Research and Development). This system was built using the PHP programming language, Boostrap, and for the database using MySQL. The results of this research are a web-based laundry service information system. This laundry service information system contains 2 access rights, namely Admin and customer. Customers can find out the status of their laundry and payments, while Admins can manage customer data, manage transactions, and view print reports

Abstract

Performance appraisal that is carried out properly will be beneficial for both employees and the company itself. The 360-degree assessment method is that an employee's assessment is not only taken from the assessment of his immediate supervisor or second superior above him, but also requested from an equal peer or from the relevant direct subordinate, the largest contribution of the assessment comes from his immediate supervisor and second supervisor. By applying the 360-degree method to the employee performance appraisal information system, it can eliminate the objectivity of the appraiser in assessing employee performance. Abstract

Setiap perusahaan memiliki anggaran untuk mendukung kegiatan operasionalnya dan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Pada saat ini Koperasi Sukses Bersama melakukan proses pengendalian anggaran diantaranya sistem rencana pencatatan anggaran dan pengeluaran masih konvensional dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, mulai dari pencatatan anggaran sampai pada pelaporan realisasinya. Sistem yang digunakan saat ini belum menghasilkan laporan yang efektif dan efisien serta beresiko menimbulkan kendala, terutama dalam proses pencatatan pengajuan rincian anggaran serta pengeluarannya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, hal tersebut dapat menyulitkan dalam mendeteksi sumber masalah apabila terjadi over budget. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode Activity Based Budgeting (ABB) guna mempermudah dalam proses penyusunan rencana anggaran yang berdasarkan aktivitas serta kebutuhan diperusahaan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan model pengembangan R&D mensyaratkan bentuk skenario-skenario dengan berbagai variasi masukan dan memastikan sebuah bentuk keluaran sebagai syarat lulus pengujian.Hasil dari penelitian dan skenario pengujian yang dijalankan menghasilkan rancangan program aplikasi web yang dapat membantu kelancaran proses informasi pada Koperasi Sukses Bersama, sehingga berguna untuk membantu dalam proses penyusunan laporan rencana anggaran dan pengeluarannya serta dapat mempermudah staff dalam mengelola penyusunan rencana anggaran keuangan, dan juga membantu menghasilkan sistem yang dapat mempersingkat waktu proses persetujuan. Oleh Sebab itu, dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pengendalian Anggaran keuangan dengan metode Activity Based Budgeting (ABB) berbasis website, yang difungsikan sesuai aktivitas dan kebutuhan perusahaan

Abstract

The need for technology is greatly needed by various groups, both in the world of education, in companies and government agencies as a solution to these problems. One of them is implementing an accounting information system for inputting, processing or reporting accounting in the company. This application can produce data processing quickly and accurately. This certainly saves a lot of time and also reduces errors that occur when work is done manually. Likewise with cooperatives, cooperatives also need to use an accounting information system to make their work faster and more accurate. The activities carried out at Primkopti "Harum" Kendal Regency are in the field of savings and loans. The process of recording loans at Primkopti "Harum" becomes ineffective and there is a risk of errors in information that is not accurate and fast, because the recording process is repetitive. For reporting, we still use Ms. Excel, which still requires data processing first from the books, both loans and installments, so there are often delays in submitting reports to management. Therefore, with a computerized system that can process customer data, collateral data, journals, loan and installment transactions, and also reports that will be made by Primkopti "Harum" will be valid, especially in calculating installment interest costs, using Macromedia Dreamweaver software 8, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The results of the programming created help reduce errors in data entered, errors in interest calculations, financial reports are produced more quickly and effectiveness and efficiency can be achieved.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah memberikan pelatihan pemasaran digital kepada pelaku Unit Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Nyamat, Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang. Pelatihan pemasaran digital menggunakan aplikasi Canva untuk membuat desain media promosi produk UMKM. Pelatihan ini melibatkan 15 orang peserta pada tanggal 16 Oktober 2022 di Balai Desa Nyamat. Setiap kelompok diminta untuk membuat desain media promosi produk UMKM yang dimiliki kemudian memilih design templte pada Canva. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik secara langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan peserta hal mendesain promosi produk menggunakan Canva. Hasil evaluasi dan monitoring memperlihatkan hasil peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta yang mencapai 70%. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan baru bagi pelaku UMKM dalam membuat desain media promosi menggunakan aplikasi Canva.

Abstract

Usaha Maju is a private company engaged in trading. This company has been around for a long time in Gempolsewu Dk Tegal Kapang District, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, which is adjacent to TPI Tawang. Usaha Maju does not yet have an information system to assist companies in recording financial statements and merchandise inventory. In managing the old report data, it is still done manually, namely using a notebook in recording the data. data processing is carried out twice, namely when purchasing goods and at the time of sale, resulting in less effectiveness in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the company. Recording of inventory financial reports is still often the difference between the financial statements of purchases and sales. With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.

Abstract

Pembuatan laporan laba bersih menggunakan sistem pencatatan data yang sudah terkomputerisasi tetapi masih menggunakan software Ms. Excel, yang mengakibatkan lambatnya proses pembuatan laporan laba bersih karena harus membuat data baru setiap bulannya. Kemudian format penyusunan laporan laba bersih belum memenuhi standar akuntansi sehingga beresiko terjadi kesalahan perhitungan. Selain itu sistem yang ada belum memiliki pembatasan hak akses yang jelas sehingga keamanan data rendah, serta belum adanya database sebagai media penyimpanan yang terorganisir. Di dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode Single Step, dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan database MySQL.

Abstract

Ampel Development Vocational School is a private vocational high school located on JL. Baru Kaligentong Village, Gladagsari District, Boyolali Regency. Ampel Development Vocational School has 3 majors, namely RPL (Software Engineering), AK (Accounting), and TBSM (Motorcycle Engineering and Business). The implementation of the learning activity process at the Development Vocational School is still conventional. The aim of this research is to create a web-based digital learning information system that can support the student learning process at Ampel Development Vocational School. The system development method used is R&D (Research and Development) and uses Unifield Modeling Language (UML) modeling using Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams. The results of this research are able to support the teaching and learning process at Ampel Development Vocational School by using a web-based digital learning information system that can be used by teachers and students by accessing it via the internet.

Abstract

The school operational fund or BOS itself is a government program to provide funding for non-personnel costs for primary and secondary education units as a means of implementing the 9-year compulsory education program. The BOS program aims to free all types of education costs for all public and private elementary, junior high school students in Indonesia from school operational costs. SD N 2 Sendangkulon is a public elementary school located on Jalan Dk Kacang Kidul Rt 01 Rw 03 Sendangkulon Village, Kangkung District, Kendal Regency. SD N 2 Sendagkulon was founded in 1982 until now. The problem that is still being experienced by the BOS Management Team at SDN 2 Sendangkulon is that there is no administrative information system for processing BOS funds that is relevant to the needs of SDN 2 Sendangkulon, resulting in the lack of participation and involvement of all education stakeholders at SDN 2 Sendangkulon. The lack of teacher participation is due to the absence of teacher access rights to obtain information regarding the BOS budget. This is the basis for the importance of designing an administrative information system for processing BOS funds that is relevant and accurate to assist in the management of School BOS funds, because information disclosure is one of the keys to implementing the principles of transparency and accountability related to BOS funds. Another problem that occurred at SDN 2 Sendangkulon was in the process of making reports and being responsible for the management and use of BOS funds. The BOS treasurer experienced difficulties because there were frequent changes in the reporting format for BOS funds, especially if the treasurer was new.Based on the background and some of the problems above, the authors conducted a study entitled "Administration Information System for Boss Management at Sdn 2 Sendangkulon Using the Direct Method". In making the application, the author will use PHP as the application program and MYSQL as the database.

Abstract

GKJTU Kendal in managing its financial administration is still manually, namely by writing in a handwritten book. The progressive growth of the number of congregations in GKJTU Kendal has certainly resulted in significant data growth. This results in the treasurer having difficulty in processing financial statements. The purpose of this study is to produce a church financial administration information system using the cash basis method to be applied to the GKJTU Kendal to assist the assembly in the process of managing financial reports to be more effective and computerized. The design and development of this information system uses the PHP programming language, Sublime Text 3 as a text editor, MySQL as a database, with Research and Development research methods. With this system, it is hoped that it will facilitate the process of managing financial administration at GKJTU Kendal, so that financial reporting can be more transparent and the congregation can also trust the assembly who manages finances more. This system can process financial administration more quickly, easily, and effectively in data processing. The existence of a website-based financial administration information system is the best solution to overcome the problems that exist in GKJTU Kendal.
