Abstract

In the context of education in Indonesia, Merdeka Belajar Curriculum comes as an innovative step to create flexible, relevant, and learner-centered learning. The Merdeka Curriculum encourages teachers to become creative learning facilitators, so that they can optimally meet students' needs and potential. In an effort to increase teacher creativity, cognitive theory emphasizes understanding the thinking process, problem solving, and developing new ideas, which are closely related to creativity in learning. The method used is to collect and analyze information from various journals and articles related to the theme of teacher creativity and cognitive theory, with the data the data can see bener really valid. then presented the results obtained in the results. The result of this research is that by collecting and analyzing various relevant references. Two things are the main focus in this study, namely the perspective of cognitive theory and its relationship with teacher creativity in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. In this context, cognitive theory plays an important role in helping teachers understand how students think and learn, so that they can design more effective and creative learning.

Abstract

AbstractEntrepreneurship is very important in the 4.0 era in preparing the quality Alumni of pesantren in the field of religion and entrepreneurship. So curriculum innovation in pesantren is important. This descriptive research uses a qualitative approach with the Study of Literature and case studies at Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) Al-Ittifaq in Bandung. Based on research that Pesantren Al-Ittifaq able to produce the quality alumni in the field of religion and entrepreneurship and able to make santri independently in economic (Santripreneur). Innovations made by KH. FuadAfandi is: (1) Focus: on consumer needs (2) Totality environment: where pesantren use soil fertility as agricultural land. (3) Commitment: in carrying out the noble ideals of living for students and pesantren for the sake of Alloh’s blessing. (4) Measurement: Kiai and the students work together to expect profit (measurable), so that they can finance all needs. (5) Continuous improvement: Kiai and all students continue to improve entrepreneurship and the continuity of pesantren, so that they become independent with a turnover of billions of rupiah and a strong network of vegetable farmers.

Abstract

The efforts of PAI teachers in strengthening the values of tasamuh conducted by PAI teachers at SMP IT Sains Al Biruni are implemented through a mentoring program. This is necessary because there is still a lack of mutual respect and appreciation among students in the environment of SMP IT Sains Al Biruni Bandung, especially in the 7th grade. Although this school is based on Islamic values and all students are Muslim, there are still verbal conflicts and attitudes that indicate that the values of tasamuh (tolerance) have not been fully instilled. One of the ways teachers strengthen character in this school is through a mentoring program that is carried out routinely once a week on Mondays. The aim of this research is to understand students' comprehension of the value of tolerance, to identify the efforts of PAI teachers in strengthening the value of tolerance, to understand the implementation of the mentoring program in reinforcing the value of tolerance, and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach. The data collection methods utilized include observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the analysis techniques performed are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, it shows that 1) The understanding of 7th-grade students regarding the values of tolerance is quite good, but its application still requires guidance; 2) The Islamic Education (PAI) teacher plays a very active role through exemplary behavior, personal approaches, and contextual learning in strengthening tolerance values; 3) The mentoring program serves as the main effective medium for the internalization of tolerance values through discussions, reflections, and emotional guidance; 4) Supporting factors include the commitment of teachers and school principals, supporting facilities, and a humanistic approach, while the inhibiting factors include the emotional instability of students, a lack of support from family environments, and limited time for mentoring implementation, the lack of support from the family environment, and the limited time for mentoring implementation

Abstract

Supervisi kepala sekolah menjadi faktor krusial dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MA Muhammadiyah Tegal Lega. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi praktik supervisi kepala sekolah yang efektif dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah melalui pendekatan yang proaktif dan inklusif mampu memberikan dorongan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Implementasi strategi supervisi yang berfokus pada pembinaan, pemberian umpan balik konstruktif, serta pengembangan profesionalisme guru menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Selain itu, komunikasi yang terbuka dan kolaboratif antara kepala sekolah dan guru juga memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan praktik supervisi kepala sekolah yang berorientasi pada peningkatan kinerja guru di lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia yang memainkan peran penting dalam perkembangan pendidikan Islam di nusantara. Berawal dari sistem pendidikan tradisional yang menekankan pada pengajaran kitab kuning dan nilai-nilai keislaman, pesantren telah mengalami berbagai transformasi signifikan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejarah berdirinya pesantren, struktur pendidikan, serta kontribusi pesantren dalam pembentukan karakter dan intelektual umat Islam di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi pesantren berjuang melawan takhayul dan agama serta kepercayaan pada semua tuhan, karena pesantren awalnya dimaksudkan sebagai agama monoteistik. Setelah hadirnya pesantren baru, “nilai-nilai hitam” yang sebelumnya ada di lingkungan tersebut dikontraskan dengan “nilai-nilai putih” yang ditawarkan oleh pesantren, dan pesantren selalu keluar sebagai pemenang. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia serta menjadi referensi bagi studi lebih lanjut mengenai lembaga pendidikan pesantren.

Abstract

This article discusses an analysis of the causes of learning difficulties related to the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in case studies aged 13-15 years/junior high school students. The Merdeka Curriculum, which is implemented in Indonesia, aims to enable students to deepen adequate concepts and skills using a variety of intracurricular learning. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, one of which is learning difficulties, especially those experienced by junior high school students. This article examines how to analyze the causes of learning difficulties in the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. Apart from that, this article also provides an explanation of the causes of learning difficulties experienced by junior high school students during the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. Through this approach, it is hoped that it can overcome and also prevent other causes of learning difficulties, which may occur in junior high school students during the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya komunikasi partisipatif dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya interaksi guru dan siswa yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap hasil belajar. Surah Al-Mujadalah ayat 11 memberikan pijakan teologis dan filosofis mengenai pentingnya ilmu, pengajaran, dan penghormatan terhadap orang berilmu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis komunikasi partisipatif guru dan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar siswa perspektif Al-Qur’an, khususnya Surah Al-Mujadalah ayat 11. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan fokus pada penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengkaji literatur primer dan sekunder terkait dengan tafsir Al-Qur’an dan literatur komunikasi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi partisipatif yang dilandasi nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an memperkuat keterlibatan siswa, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan membentuk relasi edukatif yang setara antara guru dan siswa. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi nilai-nilai wahyu dalam praktik komunikasi Pendidikan yang masih minim dikaji secara eksplisit. Penelitian ini berkontribusi sebagai upaya dalam menawarkan model komunikasi pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam yang aplikatif bagi guru dan pendidik.

Abstract

Among the roles of religion teachers are directing students and animating religious extracurricular activities. What motivates the students to take part in Rohis (Kerohanian Islam) extracurricular activities is the students' interest in Islamic religious lessons, and the direction from the religion teacher. The purpose of this study, to examine the role of religion teachers and student interests. relation to spiritual activity. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple variables. The respondents are active 8th grade students. Data collection through questionnaires, interviews, observation. Then the data was analyzed, then the correlation was calculated using SPSS 20 and then concluded. The find research religion teachers in guiding and motivating, as well as students' interest in learning religion is closely related to the spiritual activities.
