Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the RADEC learning model on rhyme writing skills and cultural literacy abilities of fifth grade elementary school students. This type of research is quantitative, the research method used is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design for two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The research samples obtained were SD Negeri 04 and 09 Tebat Karai. The research instrument used was a written test in the form of a fill-in test. The data from this research uses inferential data, namely the t-test and correlation test. The results of the research show that the results of the t-test with tcount on rhyme writing skills are 8.87, on cultural literacy skills it is 4.55, the tcount value obtained is more than ttable, so it is concluded that there is an influence of using the RADEC learning model on rhyme writing skills in the Rejang language and cultural literacy s. And the r-calculated value of Rejang language rhyme writing skills with cultural literacy is 0.5 with a significance level of α=5% r table of 0.361. Because rcount > rtable, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between Rejang language rhyme writing skills and the cultural literacy of fifth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together assisted by interactive PowerPoint media on the collaboration skills and cognitive learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study consists of 82 fourth-grade students from MI Nurul Huda in Bengkulu. Data collection techniques in this study include documentation, observation, and tests. The test used to measure students' cognitive learning outcomes consists of 6 open-ended questions related to the subject matter of IPAS Chapter 1 on the parts of plants and their functions. Observations were conducted to assess students' collaboration skills during the discussion activities. The results of this study indicate that the average cognitive learning outcomes of students using the NHT cooperative learning model assisted by interactive PowerPoint media in IPAS learning are generally categorized as very good. The N-Gain test results from the pre-test and post-test for collaboration skills and cognitive learning outcomes fall into the high category. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between collaboration skills and the cognitive learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in the IPAS subject. Additionally, the study found a significant relationship between collaboration skills and cognitive learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on the STAD Type Cooperative model to improve cognitive and affective learning outcomes in class IV Pancasila Education subjects. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The type of research used by quasi-experimental researchers uses a posttest control group design. The type of data used is using question instruments and expert validation sheets. It is hoped that the developed LKPD used can help students understand the material, especially the fourth principle of Pancasila. The research results show that LKPD based on the STAD type cooperative model is effective in improving cognitive learning outcomes. This is necessary with the results of the T test (Independent Sample T Test) which shows a significant difference between the experimental class using LKPD with a mean of 89.33 and the control class with a mean of 39.33. Thus, LKPD based on the STAD type cooperative model can be used as appropriate teaching material to improve cognitive and affective learning outcomes in collaboration with the results of a percentage of respecting opinions of 86.67%, not forcing other people's will 86.67%, not criticizing other people's opinions 88.89% and not interrupting. other people's conversations.

Abstract

The aim of carrying out this development research is to develop learning media audio visual with models discovery learning on PPKn learning to improve the values of Indonesian unity in grade IV elementary school. The research was conducted at SDN 75 Bengkulu City in class IV. This research is Reseach and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model with stages Analysis (analysis), Design (design), Development (development), Implentation (implementation), and Evaluation (evaluation). The instruments used were feasibility test questionnaires and student response questionnaires and teacher interview guidelines. The feasibility test was carried out by 6 validators, namely 2 material experts, 2 language experts and 2 presentation experts. User response testing was carried out on 30 class IV students and 1 class teacher in the experimental class. The results of the learning media feasibility test were carried out by validators in terms of material, language and design aspects, material feasibility was obtained at 0.88 (high criteria), language feasibility results were 0.93 (high criteria) and design feasibility results were 0.94 (high criteria). The results of the learning media field test by conducting posttests and pretests with the gain test results showing 3 students with a high criterion gain count, 16 students with medium criteria, then 5 students with low criteria, then 5 students with no decline criteria and the criteria for a decline 1 student. Apart from that, the results of interviews with class IV teachers showed a positive response. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that learning media is suitable for use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using YouTube as a learning medium on the motivation to learn mathematics in class V cluster 8 Lebong Regency. This type of research is a quantitative research using quasi-experimental/quasi-experimental methods, and the research design used is the matching only pretest posttest control group design. The population in this study were all SDN cluster 8 Lebong Regency, and the sample selection used cluster random sampling, with the sample being at SDN 18 Lebong for the control class, and SDN 75 Lebong for the experimental class. Data collection used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The results of the research show that tcount is 18.304 and ttable with a significance level of 2.145, so with tcount 18.304 > ttable 2.145 it can be concluded that there is an effect of using YouTube as a learning medium on the motivation to learn mathematics in class V class 8 Lebong district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop teaching materials for water cycle material based on Project Based Learning assisted by YouTube videos to improve HOTS thinking. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE model. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data, namely quantitative data using a questionnaire assessment score given by the validator while qualitative data is criticism and suggestions from expert validation. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the application of science learning using teaching materials for water cycle material based on the Project Based Learning model assisted by YouTube videos improves HOTS thinking. This is indicated by the results of the pretest and posttest assessments. HOTS thinking ability on the pretest results of analytical thinking (C4) was 38.25, evaluating thinking (C5) was 35.25 and creative thinking (C6) was 27.29. Meanwhile, the average posttest results of analytical thinking (C4) were 94.50, evaluating thinking (C5) was 90.33 and creative thinking (C6) was 94.50. The application of science learning by developing water cycle teaching materials based on Project Based Learning assisted by Youtube videos significantly increased HOTS thinking ability. This is indicated by the average pretest of HOTS thinking ability in the control class of 34 while the average posttest result was 93.

Abstract

This research and development study aims to produce a science student worksheet oriented toward science process skills that is valid, practical, and effective in improving elementary students' factual and conceptual knowledge. Existing worksheets did not incorporate science process skill indicators, resulting in students lacking training in essential scientific skills. The study utilized the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and tests (pre-tests and post-tests) to assess students’ understanding. Data analysis involved calculating percentages and value ranges at both classical and individual levels. The research subjects were fourth-grade students from two elementary schools. A limited trial was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Sumber Makmur, while effectiveness testing took place at SD Negeri Nibung. The results showed that the implementation of the science process skills-oriented LKPD was effective in enhancing students' factual and conceptual knowledge. This effectiveness is evidenced by an N-Gain score of 0.7288 (high category) for factual knowledge and 0.693 (moderate category) for conceptual knowledge. Based on these findings, it is recommended that teachers adopt science process skill-oriented worksheets to actively involve students in learning activities and promote better understanding of scientific concepts and facts.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to enhance cognitive learning outcomes and the cooperative character profile in Pancasila education subjects at the elementary school level. The type of research utilized is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, comprising five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative, with quantitative data derived from scoring questionnaires provided by validators, while qualitative data are critiques and suggestions from expert validation. Based on the research findings, the pretest and posttest scores indicated improvement, with the average pretest score of 57.2 and the average posttest score of 84.8. Additionally, the N-Gain Score test results revealed an average score of 76.60, categorized as high. Therefore, the LKPD based on the PBL model is suitable as teaching material to improve cognitive learning outcomes and cooperative character profiles, with the results showing appreciation at 93.74%, mutual assistance at 90.62%, and empathy at 92.84%.

Abstract

This study aimed to create Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach to enhance students' cognitive mathematics learning outcomes, focusing on weight and volume measurement using standard and non-standard units. Utilizing the Research and Development (R&D) method, the Four-D (4D) model—define, design, develop, disseminate—guided the process. Quantitative data from expert validators' rating scale questionnaires and qualitative feedback through comments shaped the development. The LKPD adhered to RME steps: understanding contextual problems, explaining these issues, solving them, comparing answers, and drawing conclusions. Expert validation determined the LKPD's feasibility with scores of 0.67 for content, 0.83 for language, and 0.92 for design. Students displayed a 95% satisfaction rate, demonstrating the LKPD's efficacy. Pre-test and post-test scores improved from 6.17 to 8.10, respectively. The N-Gain test highlighted cognitive growth at level C3 (79%), level C4 (75%), and level C5 (74%). This development shows the potential of the RME-based approach in strengthening students' understanding and engagement in mathematics.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the characteristics of PBL-based digital comic media, evaluate its feasibility, assess user responses, analyze students' cognitive improvement, and examine responsibility character profiles. The subjects included 24 fifth-grade students and one educator at MIM 10 Karang Anyar, Rejang Lebong. The research utilized the ADDIE model in its Research and Development (R&D) approach, encompassing Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data collection methods comprised document analysis, interviews, questionnaires, observations, and tests (pretest and posttest). Findings indicated that the media was appropriate in content, language, and design. Empirical tests showed valid, reliable, and well-differentiated questions. User responses were highly positive, with 100% teacher and 87% student satisfaction. Learning outcomes improved significantly, with a pretest score of 48.66 and posttest score of 86.72, yielding an N-Gain of 0.72 (high category). The study concluded that PBL-based digital comic media effectively enhances students' cognitive skills.
