Abstract

This research aim to study the influence of the Discovery Learning model aided by Pop-Up Book media on student learning outcomes in Thematic learning. This research is quantitative research. The research method used a Quasi Experimental method with the design type Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population of this study is the IV grade Elementary school students of cluster X  Bengkulu City. The samples were class IVB SDN 58 Bengkulu City and class IVB SDN 38 Bengkulu City. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling. The total sample are 42 students consisting of class IV B SDN 58 Bengkulu City with 21 students as the experimental class and class IV B SDN 38 Bengkulu City with 21 students as the control class. The research instrument used the knowledge learning test in the form of multiple choice questions given through Pretest and Posttest, for the results of learning attitude and skill aspects were used the observation sheets as the instrument. Data analysis technique in this research is quantitative analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the results of data processing, that estimated the results of the t-test show the value of t-count in Indonesian subjects are 2.96 and IPA are 5.03 greater than the value of t-table at a significant level of 5% are 2.02. Thus the  hypothesis are proven and accepted. This shows that there is an influence of Discovery Learning Model aided by Pop-up book media on student learning outcomes in Thematic learning.Keywords: Discovery Learning, Pop-Up Book Media, Thematic, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to improve the kinesthetic intelligence of students of the PGSD FKIP University of Bengkulu study program through learning the Basic Concepts of Dance. The research method used is action research conducted in 2 cycles. The research subjects were 38 students of the VC semester. The data collection technique used was observation with a scale of 1-4 for 19 indicators of kinesthetic intelligence and processed by the percentage technique. Based on the results of the study, students' kinesthetic intelligence increased in each cycle. Indicators in categories 1 (poor) and 2 (adequate) decreased in each cycle and indicators in categories 3 (good) and 4 (very good) increased in each cycle. Students are enthusiastic about participating in the lecture process. Kinesthetic intelligence can increase because the exercise is carried out continuously and directed.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process and decorative drawings on a wooden cutting board in class III B Public Elementary School 04 Bengkulu City. The types and methods are qualitative research and descriptive methods with participatory observation techniques. The subjects in this study were students of class III B Public Elementary School 04 Bengkulu City, totaling 30 people. The research instrument is a human instrument. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is performed by analyzing the data then displaying the data, data condensation and drawing conclusions. Data analysis of the work is discussed by looking at the elements of fine arts and the principles of art. The research results obtained by researchers are that of the 15 students' work there are plant motifs, animal motifs, stylation motifs, and geometric motifs. The process of making decorative artwork on a wooden cutting board by students begins with preparing tools and materials, giving basic paints, making design motifs, and coloring the motifs as a solution. The works of decorative drawing on wooden cutting boards have used fine arts elements and fine arts principles. but the dark light element is not used.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of making work made from pencil shavings with a sticking technique in class IV SD 168 168 North Bengkulu. The types and methods of this research are qualitative research and descriptive methods with participative observation techniques. The subject of the research was the fourth grade students elementary school of 68 North Bengkulu. The research instrument is human instrument. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis of the process of making work made from pencil shavings with sticking techniques is done by analyzing the data, displaying the data, condensing the data and conclusions. Data analysts of the work are discussed by looking at the elements of fine arts, fine arts principles and a combination of techniques. The process of making work made from pencil shavings by sticking to class IV SD Negeri 168 North Bengkulu, namely preparing tools and materials, making sketches on drawing paper in accordance with the desired shape, attaching pencil shavings to the part that has been smeared and coloring the image. Nine works made by students are seen from the elements of fine arts, fine arts principles and a combination of techniques.

Abstract

This research was aimed to describe the trash management at the State elementary School 07 Bengkulu City focusing on the primary school’s trash management. This was a qualitative research with a descriptive method. The subjects of this research were the head master, teachers and students. The data gathering techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by checking the result of the observation, interview and documentation to further being analyzed into the data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The credibility checking was done by doing the double checking, using the triangulation, and conducting the member checking.The results of this research showed that the trash management planning was programmed in the vision, mission, values of the organization, strategic environmental analysis, key indicators of the successfulness, goals and targets, and strategies (program and activities). This plan was made systematically as the base for State Elementary School 07 Bengkulu City’s trash management resulted into a coherent, synchronized, and solid program.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the inculcation of the character of discipline through dol music extracurriculars and governance management at SDN 36 Bengkulu City. Using a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were school principals, administration staff, extracurricular trainers, students, and dol music experts. Observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using technique and source triangulation. The results of the study show that in the implementation of the cultivation of disciplinary character through extracurricular music dol is carried out using teaching methods, exemplary and gradual habituation through the process of moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action, in participating in extracurricular activities students have discipline which includes being on time, being able to estimate time to complete something, use objects according to their function, comply with agreed rules, orderly in waiting their turn, and have a record of attendance, but there are still students who are less disciplined in taking and returning objects to their place. With a governance management system that is already running in accordance with the rules starting from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. However, in the planning stage, operational standards have not been prepared, clear organizational structure for activities has not been prepared, in the organizing stage, there has been no separate honorarium for extracurricular trainers, and letters for coordination meetings are no longer used.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how students' inventiveness in creating ornamental flags during fine arts instruction at SDN Gugus XIX, Bengkulu City, is impacted by video tutorials. This kind of study uses a quasi-experimental design, matching just pretest-posttest control groups, using quantitative methods. SDN Gugus was the research population. Cluster Random Sampling is used in the sampling method. The tool that was employed is the assessment rubric used during the pretest and posttest. Data analysis techniques include quantitative analysis with descriptive statistics, prerequisite test analysis as well as t-test inferential analysis. Considering the outcomes of inferential analysis, the value of tcount (3.494) > ttable (2006). Sig value. (2-tailed) is (0.001) < (0.05). The average creativity score of experimental class students (65.56) and control class (62.41). The difference in scores occurred due to different treatment between the control class and the experimental class during learningWithin the trial class the learning was given treatment using video tutorials, whereas the learning in the control group used PPT media. In light of this, it is known that there is an influence of video tutorials on students' creativity in making decorative flags in fine arts learning at SDN Gugus XIX, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Integrasi matematika dan nilai budaya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memberikan pembelajaran matematika yang berarti bagi siswa. Budaya dapat berasal dari berbagai bentuk, seperti kain tradisional, makanan khas, adat istiadat lokal, bangunan, tarian, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai matematika yang terkandung dalam tradisi masyarakat Serawai, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran geometri untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi-tradisi masyarakat Serawai memiliki nilai-nilai matematika yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar yang relevan, khususnya materi geometri di sekolah dasar diantaranya tradisi melemang, tradisi api jagau, tradisi bimbang balai, tradisi tari nappa, dan tradisi menanam padi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai upaya memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan penilaian dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar pada tema sehat itu penting. Soal ujian yang digunakan oleh guru hendaknya diuji kelayakannya terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui masingh-masing butir soal dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kompetensi yang akan diukur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal pilihan ganda pada tema sehat itu penting. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 90% soal berkategori valid dan 10% soal berkategori tidak valid, tingkat reliabilitas tinggi dengan R1 sebesar 0.83, tingkat kesukaran soal dengan presentase sebesar 15% soal termasuk sedang dan 85% soal termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, pada tingkat daya beda terdapat 35% atau sebanyak 7 soal berkategori daya pembeda baik, 55% atau sebanyak 11 soal berkategori sedang  dan 10% atau sebanyak 2 soal berkategori Buruk. Sedangkan analisis fungsi pengecoh menunjukkan 10% pengecoh soal berfungsi dengan baik yang terdapat pada 18 butir soal dan 90% pengecoh soal yang tidak berfungsi yang tersebar pada 20 butir soal.Kata Kunci: Analisis, Soal, Pilihan Ganda Abstract: This research was conducted as an effort to improve the learning process and assessment in learning in elementary schools on the important theme of health. The test questions used by the teacher should be tested for their feasibility first to find out that each item can be used to measure the competence to be measured. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The instrument used was multiple choice questions on an important healthy theme. Data analysis was performed using SPSS. The results showed 90% of the questions were in the valid category and 10% of the questions were in the invalid category, the reliability level was high with R1 of 0.83, the difficulty level of the questions with a percentage of 15% of the questions was medium and 85% of the questions were very high, at the level of difference there were 35 % or as many as 7 questions in the good distinguishing power category, 55% or as many as 11 questions in the medium category and 10% or as many as 2 questions in the Bad category. Meanwhile, the distractor function analysis showed that 10% of the distractor questions were functioning properly in 18 items and 90% of the non-functional questioners were spread over 20 items.Keywords: Analysis, Test, Multiple Choice
