Abstract

This study is grounded in the rising trend of social media-based marketplaces and the growing awareness among Muslim consumers regarding the importance of products that align with sharia principles. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and halal certification on the purchasing decisions of beauty care products on the TikTok Shop platform among students of the Sharia Economics Program at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to active students from the 2021 to 2023 cohorts. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that lifestyle and halal certification have a significant simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions for beauty products. Partially, lifestyle exerts a dominant influence, while halal certification remains a significant factor in shaping consumer decisions. These findings suggest that marketing strategies targeting young Muslim consumers should consider lifestyle patterns alongside product halal compliance as added value. The implications of this research include the need to enhance consumer literacy regarding halal products and to strengthen business actors’ understanding of the dynamics of the halal market in the digital era.

Abstract

Talking about dress style is an expression of how to dress based on Religion, Communication, Education, Economics, and Politics. Clothing is the most easily recognizable artifact in a civilization. Citayam Fashion Week is a means of expression for the millennial generation from Citeyam, Bojonggede, and Depok, which makes the Dukuh Atas area of Jakarta which is a play on the SCBD Senayan Citayam Bojonggede Depok which is a place to gather or hang out with a typical millennial style as a place of expression through fashion. From that, the millennial generation also needs to understand the essence of education. Education is a process of changing something to the point of perfection (maturity), which is done gradually. On the other hand, society is a group of people who form a semi-closed (or semi-open) system, in which there are various kinds of interactions between individuals and individuals, individuals with groups, and groups with groups. This study aims to find the results of the viral contemplation of Citayam Fashion Week as an Expression of the Millennial Generation with the perspective of Islamic Education (Tarbiyah). Researchers in this study used a library research approach. The results of the study found findings, namely; first, family and society have a very big role in determining millennial identity; Second, creativity arises from the existence of a hedonistic culture (pleasing oneself) to express itself; Third, social media as a means of expression for millennials to shape behavior, as well as a reflection of society; Fourth, the challenges for educators in the era of globalization are getting higherKeywords: Citayam Fashion Week; Millennial Generation; Public Education; Fashion AbstrakBerbicara mengenai gaya berpakaian merupakan ekspresi cara berpakaian yang dilatar belakangi oleh Agama, Komunikasi, Pendidikan, Ekonomi, dan Politik. Pakaian adalah artefak yang paling mudah dikenali di suatu peradaban. Citayam Fashion Week merupakan sarana ekspresi generasi milenial dari Citeyam, Bojonggede dan Depok, yang menjadikan kawasan Dukuh Atas Jakarta yang diplesetkan menjadi SCBD Senayan Citayam Bojonggede Depok yang menjadi tempat berkumpul, atau nongkrong dengan gaya khas milenial sebagai ajang ekpresi melalui fashion. Dari hal itu, para generasi milenial perlu juga memahami esensi pendidikan. Pendidikan merupakan proses perubahan sesuatu sampai pada titik kesempurnaan (kedewasaan), yang dilakukan secara bertahap. Di sisi lain Masyarakat merupakan sekelompok orang yang membentuk sebuah sistem semi tertutup (atau semi terbuka), yang didalamnya terdapat berbagai macam interaksi antara individu dengan individu, individu dengan kelompok maupun kelompok dengan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hasil dari kontemplasi viralnya Citayam Fashion Week sebagai Ekspresi Generasi Milenial dengan perspektif Pendidikan Islam (Tarbiyah). Peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menemukan temuan yaitu; pertama, keluarga dan masyarakat memiliki peran yang sangat besar di dalam menentukan identitas milenial; Kedua, kreatifitas muncul dari adanya budaya hedonisme (menyenangkan diri sendiri) mengekspresikan dirinya sendiri; Ketiga, sosial media sebagai sarana ekpresi milenial membentuk prilaku, sekaligus cerminan masyarakat; Keempat, tantangan bagi para pendidik di era globalisasi semakin tinggiKata Kunci: Citayam Fashion Week; Generasi Milenial; Pendidikan Masyarakat; Fashion

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Murabahah mechanism as well as the practices and risk management mechanisms for Murabahah financing at the Sharia People's Financing Bank or BPRS Amanah Ummah Bogor Branch Office. The research method used is a descriptive method in the form of words, images and not numbers due to the application of qualitative methods. Apart from that, everything that is collected may be the key to what has been researched. The results of the research show that 1) Murabahah financing carried out by BPRS Amanah Ummah, especially the Bogor Branch office, is financing aimed at financing both assets, capital and building materials based on criteria and specifications that are completely handed over to the customer. So the Murabahah mechanism is to submit first, after that the BPRS will analyze the needs, survey, and also 5C + 1S analysis, after everything has been analyzed then the next stage is the contract. 2) In the murabahah financing risk management process, this process has 3 stages, namely identification, measurement and risk control. Abstract

This study aims to determine implementation of the zakat management system, otherwise known as SIMBA and the influence of SIMBA towards the management of zakat in the form of collection and distribution zakat. The methodology in this study uses a simple linear regression method with SPSS tools. Based on the results of the study that the implementation of SIMBA in BAZNAS Bogor city has not been fully implemented seen in the results of research output with SPSS it is known that SIMBA implementation has an effect of 20.4% and distribution of 27.8%.

This research aims to determine the Murabahah mechanism as well as the practices and mechanisms for risk management of Murabahah financing at the BPRS Amanah Ummah Bogor Branch Office. Abstract

Abstract

Students who habitually skip class can be caused by a lack of self-control. Self-control is said to be the ability to control behavior, feelings, emotions, decisions and actions that arise out of will so that it can lead to a positive direction. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-control and truant behavior in grade 7 students at SMP PGRI 6 Bogor. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a negative relationship between self-control and truant behavior. The subjects in this research were 97 students of SMP PGRI 6 Bogor. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling technique. (Saturated Sampling). Research data was collected using two scales, namely the self-control scale and the truant behavior scale. Data collection techniques use primary data and secondary data. The results of the study showed that there was a negative relationship between self-control and truant behavior as indicated by a significance result of -0.199. This shows that there is a very significant negative relationship between self-control and truancy behavior of grade 7 students at SMP PGRI 6 Bogor

Abstract

Baznas menyatakan bahwa potensi zakat ada dikisaran 217 Triliun, tapi yang sampai saat ini dikelola oleh BAZNAS dan LAZNAS hanya berada dikisaran 8 Triliun. Lebarnya gap anatara potensi dan pencapaian menimbulkan pertanyaan bagaimanakah implementasi manajemen pemasaran di lembaga pengelola zakat dan apa yang menyebabkan mereka belum mampu memaksimalkan potensi yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengenal lebih jauh tentang manajemen pemasaran di lingkungan Lembaga Amil Zakat terkhusus di Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Pusat Jakarta. Penelitian menggonakan metode field research dan table research dengan mengumpulkan data berupa wawancara dan dokumen lembaga. Hasil penelitian mendapati bahwa sebenarnya program-program yang ada di Baitul Maal Hidayatullah sudah berjalan dengan baik, tapi kurangnya kreativitas dan inovasi untuk mengemas program tersebut agar menjadi lebih menarik mengurangi minat para donatur/muzakki untuk menyalurkan lebih banyak dananya ke lembaga tersebut. Terbatasnya tenaga yang tersedia juga berperan atas tidak maksimalnya kinerja pemasaran di lembaga, beban yang terlalu berat dipikulkan pada individu yang berada dilingkup pemasaran membuat mereka tidak begitu leluasa untuk berkreatifitas lebih bebas. Ditambah lagi kurangnya penguasaan tentang ilmu pemasaran yang lebih lanjut semakin menghambat pengembangan pemasaran di Baitul Maal Hidayatullah. Baitul Maal Hidayatullah butuh merekrut lebih banyak tenaga profesional agar beban berlebih yang ditanggung para manajer dan staff pemasaran bisa berkurang dan potensi kreatifitas mereka bisa dimaksimalkan. Dan dilapangan perlu relawan tambahan untuk memberikan pendampingan agar manfaat (dana/bantuan) yang diterima bisa meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (Case Study of BSI Customers in Bogor City). The subjects of this research are BSI customers. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. By distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. This sampling technique is non-probability sampling through purposive sampling technique. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 29 software. Partially tested, the two independent variables namely product quality (X1) and employee performance (X3) have an effect on customer satisfaction with a significant level of product quality (X1) 0.014 <0.05, and employee performance (X3) 0.001 <0.05. While one independent variable, namely service quality (X2) has no significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significant level of servicequality (X2) 0.068> 0.05.
