Abstract

In arranging for education in a country to take place properly and achieve the educational goals aspired to, various policies are carried out, including in this case also related to religious education which is also part of the policy. Education policy in a country depends on the political system adopted so that each country has different policies. Indonesia adheres to a democratic system based on law. Decided policies must also be based on legislation. There are several policies taken by the government in order to improve the quality of religious education that are expected to solve the multidimensional crisis in the country, which are related to moral-ethical aspects and at the same time want to describe the meaning of National education. In establishing these various policies, of course, it cannot be separated from the theories and concepts of public policy. These theories and concepts are formulated to be used in realizing what is expected. Moving on from this, we can see the use of policy models used, to reflect the aspects that want to be developed in the educational process

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pelatihan manajemen dan keuangan syariah terhadap pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Tanjung Gusta. Pelatihan ini difokuskan pada peningkatan pemahaman manajemen usaha dan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis prinsip syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei terhadap pelaku UMKM yang telah mengikuti pelatihan  Pendekatan survei merupakan salah satu metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan data dari sejumlah besar responden dengan tujuan memahami pandangan, pendapat, atau perilaku mereka terkait suatu fenomena atau isu tertentu. Survei yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan  wawancara terstruktur, di mana responden menjawab serangkaian pertanyaan yang telah dirancang sebelumnya Data yang dikumpulkan dari survei  dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif , tergantung pada tujuan penelitian. Teknik deskriptif memberikan gambaran umum mengenai data, seperti frekuensi, rata-rata, atau persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun rencana bisnis, mengelola sumber daya secara efisien, serta memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan usaha. Pelaku usaha juga menunjukkan peningkatan akses terhadap pembiayaan berbasis syariah, yang membantu mereka memperluas usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Namun, tantangan masih ada, terutama dalam adopsi teknologi dan keterbatasan modal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan manajemen dan keuangan syariah berkontribusi positif terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM, namun diperlukan dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan untuk memastikan keberlanjutannya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemahiran dan kefasihan membaca al-Quran serta kelancaran tahfizh al-Quran Siswa Sekolah Kader Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah Ranting Pematang Cengal Pantai Cermin, Kabupaten Langkat. Program PKM ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan, (12 kali pertemuan), dengan durasi 3 jam per-minggu. Kerangka pelaksanaannya; 1) peserta dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. 2) masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 8 orang, diajar oleh empat orang guru, yang setiap pekan mengajar secara bergantian. Setiap tutor bertanggung jawab terhadap kelompok yang diajarnya dari awal pelaksanaan sampai evaluasi, 3) Tim menyediakan video pembelajaran tahsin yang diunggah di YouTube, dan modul tahsin sederhana. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengajarkan tahsin adalah metode talaqqi. Pelaksanaan Program Tahsin ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap; persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Apabila pada Mid evaluasi tujuannya belum tercapai, maka pelaksanaan akan diulang (dari tahap persiapan). Akan tetapi, jika tujuan telah tercapai, maka dilanjutkan ke tahap menyusun laporan. Evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program tahsin ini diawali dengan pre-tes dan diakhiri dengan post-test, menggunakan teknik tulisan dan lisan. Hasil evaluasi yang diperoleh peserta yang terdiri dari 16 orang menunjukkan bahwa, nilai post-tes tertulis rata-rata sebesar 60.9. Sedangkan nilai Lisan (praktik) di akhir kegiatan rata-rata peserta mendapatkan skor 75.31.Abstract: The purpose of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity is to improve the proficiency and fluency in reading the Koran and the fluency of tahfizh al-Quran students of the Muhammadiyah Youth Cadre School Branch Pematang Cengal Pantai Cermin, Langkat Regency. This PKM program is carried out for 3 months, (12 meetings), with a duration of 3 hours per week. Implementation framework; 1) participants were divided into 2 groups. 2) each group consists of 8 people, taught by four teachers, who teach alternately every week. Each tutor is responsible for the group he teaches from the beginning of implementation to evaluation, 3) The team provides tahsin learning videos uploaded on YouTube and simple tahsin modules. The method used in teaching tahsin is the talaqqi method. The implementation of the Tahsin Program is carried out in three stages; preparation, implementation, and evaluation. If in the Mid evaluation the goal has not been achieved, then the implementation will be repeated (from the preparation stage). However, if the objectives have been achieved, then proceed to the stage of compiling a report. Evaluation of the implementation of the tahsin program begins with a pre-test and ends with a post-test, using written and oral techniques. The evaluation results obtained by the 16 participants showed that the average written post-test score was 60.9. While the Oral score (practice) at the end of the activity, the average score of the participants was 75.31.

Abstract

The aim of the Community Independence Program (PKM) activities in Jaring Halus Village, Kec. Secanggang District. Langkat, namely providing education about the character of entrepreneurship and exploiting the potential of fishing communities and Malay tanjak artisans in the village of Jaring Halus district. Secanggang by providing assistance training for Malay seriding and tanjak fish processing as well as digital marketing training. The activities that have been carried out by the service team with partners are efforts to increase creativity, innovation and productivity as well as increase economic capacity by fostering an entrepreneurial spirit through the processing of seriding seafood and the packaging of Tanjak Melayu. The results of the PKM activities obtained by the fishing community and Malay tanjak craftsmen in Jaring Halus village, include: Increased insight and knowledge of partners regarding the processing of marine products in the form of seriding and packaging of Tanjak Melayu, Improved science and technology (IPTEK) partners regarding business opportunities through the provision of Digital Marketing training, Increasing the economic capacity of fishing communities and Malay Tanjak craftsmen in the village of Jaring Halus.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and preliminary studies, it was found that students' ability to understand religious subjects at the Sungai Buloh Guidance Studio, Kuala Lumpur, was still low, this was evidenced by the process and learning outcomes. This activity is usually held once a week at the Sungai Buloh Guidance Studio. In the activity of conveying religious learning material, there were educators who delivered religious subjects using non-cooperative methods. It was found that when students received religious subject matter, there was a delay. Then there has been no maximum effort to use the cooperative method to increase students' understanding of religious subject matter by educators. The solution offered to the Sungai Buloh Guidance Center is to provide training to educators using the Sing A Song Method in delivering religious subject matter to students. The Sing A Song method is a way of teaching and introducing religious subject matter with a singing method that uses certain lyrics that are sung. Usually the lyrics of the songs are adjusted to the subject matter that will be taught to students which is done repeatedly in this training. Initially, educators were given the opportunity to make song lyrics adapted to the subject matter and then also adapted to the tunes of songs that were easy for students to memorize. Then educators practice how to deliver and teach directly to students, and later will be accompanied by mentors provided. After that an evaluation was carried out, by means of which the participants read one verse of the Koran, so that they could find out the level of understanding that had been achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the values of religious moderation are actualized in daily life in multi-ethnic schools in Medan City. The city of Medan, as a multicultural city, presents challenges as well as opportunities in fostering a tolerant and inclusive attitude among students from diverse religious and ethnic backgrounds. A qualitative approach was used in this study with case study methods in several secondary schools that represented this diversity. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and students, and analysis of curriculum and school program documents. Data analysis techniques are carried out with the following steps: Data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and a conclusion drawn. Then, the data is processed using the ATLAS.ti 9 application. The results of the study show that the actualization of the value of religious moderation is reflected through the integration of tolerance materials in religious learning and PPKn, strengthening the role of teachers as agents of moderation, and the implementation of interfaith and cultural activities that strengthen social harmony. However, this study also found a number of challenges, such as the lack of teacher training in religious moderation and the external influence of social media that contains intolerance content. Therefore, synergy between schools, the government, and the community is needed to support the sustainability of religious moderation practices in a more systematic and sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of Usability Perception, Ease of Use, Attitude, and Behavioral Intention on Technology-Based AIK Learning in Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Technology is currently an indicator of the development of science. Currently, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara continues to try to develop technology-based learning media towards a world-class university. However, many students are still not maximized with running the technology prepared for teaching, especially in AIK courses. This study uses a quantitative approach, hypothesis testing, and the inner model obtained from data processing using SMART PLS.  The conclusion are this study the t-statistic value for variable X1 (perceived usefulness) indicates that perceived convenience does not affect technology-based AIK learning, and the t-statistic value for variable X2 (Ease of Use) indicates that ease of use does not affect technology-based AIK learning. So, the t-statistic value for variable X3 (Attitude) indicates that attitude affects technology-based AIK learning. The t-statistic value for variable X4 (Behavioral Intention) indicates that Behavioral Intention affects technology-based AIK learning. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) explains how users accept and adopt technology based on two main factors: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. In the context of AIK learning at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU), TAM plays a crucial role in shaping the effectiveness and efficiency of technology-based learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam memanfaatkan media PowerPoint, menelaah persepsi siswa, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaannya dalam pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Binjai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memanfaatkan PowerPoint tidak hanya sebagai media presentasi, tetapi juga sebagai strategi pedagogis integral dengan mengombinasikan teks, gambar, animasi, warna, dan video. Pemanfaatan ini terbukti membantu menjelaskan konsep abstrak, meningkatkan motivasi, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif dan kolaboratif. Persepsi siswa terhadap PowerPoint sangat positif, di mana media ini dianggap mampu memperjelas materi, menarik perhatian, dan mendorong keterlibatan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi fasilitas sekolah yang memadai, keterampilan guru, dan dukungan kurikulum, sedangkan hambatan mencakup keterbatasan desain slide, waktu pembelajaran, dan variasi motivasi siswa. Kesimpulannya, PowerPoint berfungsi efektif apabila didukung prinsip desain multimedia yang tepat serta dikombinasikan dengan metode pembelajaran aktif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru untuk meningkatkan keterampilan desain media ajar, sehingga PowerPoint dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai instrumen pedagogis strategis dalam meningkatkan partisipasi, kreativitas, dan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study focuses on optimizing student enthusiasm in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the application of game-based learning strategies using digital technology such as Gimkit, Wordwall, Educaplay, and Bambiez. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with the Kemmis & McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles, with 20 students from class X-1 of Ar Rahman High School as research subjects in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Data was collected through learning interest observation sheets and field notes, then analyzed quantitatively using learning interest score percentages and qualitatively through descriptive analysis of changes in student behavior. The results showed an increase in the average learning interest from 72% in cycle I to 86% in cycle II, with the highest increase in the questioning activity indicator, from 65% to 82%. Thus, the application of digital educational games proved to be effective in creating a pleasant Islamic Education learning atmosphere, increasing motivation, and strengthening students' learning interest.

Abstract

This study focuses on the application of the Know–Want–Learn (KWL) strategy in the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMA IT Unggul Al-Munadi to improve student achievement. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The participants were 32 tenth-grade students. Data were collected using three techniques: learning achievement tests, student activity observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using Miles & Huberman’s interactive model. The findings revealed a significant improvement in learning outcomes, from 55% in the pre-cycle, increasing to 68% in the first cycle, and reaching 82% in the second cycle, thereby surpassing the school’s Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). The KWL strategy also fostered active participation, enhanced students’ ability to ask critical questions, and encouraged reflective learning. These results are consistent with previous studies on the effectiveness of active learning and indicate that KWL has the potential to serve as an innovative approach in Islamic Religious Education.
