Abstract

Penelitian ini penting untuk memperkuat integrasi filsafat ilmu dalam pengembangan manajemen Penelitian ini penting untuk memperkuat integrasi filsafat ilmu dalam pengembangan manajemen pendidikan tinggi Islam pascatransformasi kelembagaan. Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi filsafat ilmu dalam pengembangan manajemen pendidikan Islam di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar, Sumatera Barat, sebagai konsekuensi perubahan status dari IAIN menjadi UIN yang menuntut rekonstruksi paradigma manajerial berbasis nilai filosofis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi filsafat ilmu dalam sistem manajemen pendidikan, mengidentifikasi tantangan integrasi, serta merumuskan model pengembangan manajemen berbasis filsafat ilmu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik sampling dilakukan secara purposive dan dikembangkan melalui snowball sampling hingga mencapai saturasi data, dengan melibatkan pimpinan universitas, dekan, kepala program studi, dan dosen. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verifikasi melalui triangulasi dan member checking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi filsafat ilmu terwujud dalam dimensi ontologis (kesatuan ilmu), epistemologis (pendekatan metodologis integratif), dan aksiologis (internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam) dalam praktik manajemen, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan struktural dan operasional. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan model manajemen pendidikan tinggi Islam berbasis filsafat ilmu yang holistik, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The skin is the outermost part of the body and is vulnerable to damage caused by free radicals. One way to protect the skin is through topical preparations such as lotion containing natural antioxidants. This study aimed to determine the antioxidant activity of lotion containing the ethanol fraction of nipah leaves and to identify its IC₅₀ value as an indicator of potency. The ethanol fraction was obtained by maceration and liquid-liquid fractionation, and formulated into three lotion variants with different cetyl alcohol concentrations. Antioxidant activity was tested using the DPPH method and analyzed by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The results showed that the lotion formula with the highest cetyl alcohol concentration (F3) had an IC₅₀ value of 45.39 µg/mL, categorized as very strong. The conclusion is that lotion with ethanol fraction of nipah leaves has high antioxidant activity and potential as a natural cosmetic product.

Abstract

Academic supervision has evolved into a strategic mechanism for improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the role of academic supervision in enhancing the quality of learning, describe its implementation and stages, and examine digital innovations in academic supervision as a response to geographical challenges and technological advancements. The method used is a systematic literature review analyzing various academic literature, research findings, and educational policies related to academic supervision from 2015 to 2025. The results of the study indicate that academic supervision contributes significantly to improving the quality of education, teacher performance, teacher professionalism, and the quality of learning. A supportive, collaborative, and sustainable supervision approach has proven effective in fostering comprehensive teacher competency development, encompassing pedagogical, professional, social, and personal aspects. Effective implementation of academic supervision follows the stages of planning, conducting observations, and evaluation and follow-up. Digital academic supervision (e-supervision) has emerged as a solution to address geographical barriers in 3T regions (frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped areas), although it still faces challenges related to infrastructure and digital literacy. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of strengthening the capacity of school principals as academic supervisors, integrating supervision outcomes into the teacher career development system, and leveraging digital technology to support the effectiveness of supervision.
