Abstract

This study aims to analyze air quality in areas affected by industrial and nickel mining activities using Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring tools. The research used a quantitative descriptive method with a field study approach, which was carried out in two locations with different characteristics, namely the Tambea Village Office as an area far from the mining area and the Sangia Nibandera Kolaka Meteorological Station (BMKG Kolaka) which is located near the nickel mining industrial area. The monitoring system is designed using an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with an MQ-135 sensor to detect polluting gases, a DHT11 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, and is equipped with a buzzer and OLED display. Data is sent in real-time through the Blynk app. The measurement results showed that the air quality in Tambea Village was mostly in the "Good" category, while BMKG Kolaka showed more varied values, especially from noon to evening, which were in the "Moderate" to "Poor" category. These findings suggest that proximity to mining activities significantly affects the concentration of pollutants in the air. IoT-based monitoring systems have proven to be effective as real-time air quality monitoring devices in areas with potential for pollution.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kajian Subuh Plus Sedekah Sayur merupakan inovasi dakwah sosial yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN di Masjid At-Taqwa Gedongan. Program ini bertujuan menumbuhkan semangat keagamaan masyarakat, memperkuat ukhuwah Islamiyah, serta menanamkan nilai kepedulian sosial melalui pembagian sayur gratis kepada jamaah. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi upaya memakmurkan masjid sekaligus menghidupkan kembali tradisi kajian subuh yang sarat nilai spiritual dan sosial.Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Ahad, 19 Oktober 2025, diawali dengan shalat Subuh berjamaah, dilanjutkan dengan kajian bertema “Istiqamah dalam Ibadah di Tengah Kesibukan Dunia” oleh Ustadz Widan Jauhari, Lc., M.H., kemudian diakhiri dengan sarapan bersama dan pembagian sayur gratis. Kegiatan ini melibatkan masyarakat, takmir masjid, dan mahasiswa KKN dalam suasana penuh kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari masyarakat. Jamaah berpartisipasi aktif dan merasakan manfaat spiritual serta sosial dari program ini. Dengan demikian, Kajian Subuh Plus Sedekah Sayur terbukti efektif sebagai model dakwah sosial berbasis masjid yang mampu meningkatkan spiritualitas, memperkuat solidaritas sosial, serta menjadi inspirasi bagi pengembangan kegiatan dakwah yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpse of this study is to determine the influence of brand image, price perception, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Skintific skincare at Selly Kosmetik Aek kota Batu. The study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Data collection uses a questionnaire with the help of SPSS 26. This study indicates that there is a positive and significant influence of brand image and product quality partially on purchasing decisions, while price perception has a significant effect with a negative relationship direction. Simultaneously, brand image, price perception, and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination of 57.5% while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. These findings indicate that brand image and product quality factors are more dominant in influencing consumer interest in purchasing Skintific skincare at the local retail level.
