Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan semakin menuntut kehadiran Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran/Learning Management System (LMS) yang tidak hanya adaptif dan efisien, tetapi juga mampu menjawab tantangan keterbatasan sumber daya dan keberagaman karakteristik sekolah di Indonesia. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan membuat sintesis praktik inovasi teknologi pembelajaran yang diterapkan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di beberapa wilayah Indonesia. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode studi kasus ganda digunakan untuk mengungkap berbagai bentuk inovasi LMS yang telah diterapkan, seperti Moodle, Canva, SAHLA, hingga proyek digital berbasis Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Pengambilan contoh SMP dilakukan secara purposive sampling, dengan memilih tujuh SMP di Jawa, Sumateran, dan Kalimantan. Hasil kajian mengungkap kelebihan, kekurangan, efektivitas, dan efisiensi dari masing-masing inovasi. Berdasarkan sintesis praktik terbaik, kajian ini mengusulkan model Hybrid Adaptive LMS, yaitu integrasi Moodle–Canva–Google Drive, sesuai dengan konteks sekolah menengah di Indonesia. Model ini mendukung manajemen pembelajaran yang fleksibel, hemat biaya, dapat memperkuat kolaborasi guru-siswa, dan meningkatkan kompetensi digital di sekolah. Kajian ini juga menyajikan strategi implementasi model tersebut, serta merekomendasikan pembentukan Tim LMS Sekolah untuk membangun budaya pembelajaran digital dan menjaga keberlanjutannya.

Abstract

The issue of waste management in Jatinangor, Sumedang, has increased rapidly following the trends of urbanization and consumption, while conventional management capacity has become increasingly limited. This PKM program aims to strengthen community literacy, adopt a digital-based waste bank, and encourage the formation of multi-party cooperatives to manage waste in an accountable and sustainable manner. The methods used include socialization, practical training, digital application implementation, mentoring, and impact evaluation with a participatory community approach. The training results showed an increase in understanding, the formation of waste bank management groups, and the development of a digital financial recording system, which has the potential to be replicated in other villages. In conclusion, community synergy, technological innovation, and multi-stakeholder cooperatives are effective in building a modern and inclusive waste management system, as well as supporting the circular economy and the achievement of SDGs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran (LMS) dalam meningkatkan peran guru di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Wathoniyah 5. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, penelitian dilaksanakan selama enam bulan dengan melibatkan 20 informan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, analisis dokumen, dan focus group discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi LMS telah mentransformasi peran guru menjadi fasilitator pembelajaran, pemandu akses informasi, evaluator komprehensif, kolaborator pembelajaran, dan desainer pembelajaran digital. Tingkat kesiapan guru dalam implementasi LMS berada pada kategori cukup siap dengan rata-rata skor 67,5, dengan komponen pedagogis sebagai aspek kesiapan tertinggi. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi dukungan kebijakan kepala madrasah dan pelatihan berkelanjutan, sedangkan faktor penghambat mencakup keterbatasan infrastruktur dan variasi kompetensi digital guru. Strategi optimalisasi implementasi LMS meliputi pengembangan kapasitas guru, pembentukan komunitas praktik, dan pengembangan konten pembelajaran digital berbasis nilai Islam.

Abstract

Bisnis di indonesia telah mengalami perkembangan diikuti dengan meningkatnya perusahaan dari tahun ke tahun. Persaingan yang semakin kuat antar emiten membuat perusahaan untuk melakukan berbagai pengembangan bisnis agar tetap bisa bertahan. Salah satunya adalah dengan adanya inovasi dan strategi bisnis yang tepat, sehingga perusahaan dapat memperluas skala bisnisnya. Keputusan investasi menjadi hal yang krusial bagi perusahaan sebab menyangkut dengan hasil keuntungan yang akan diterima. Keputusan investasi merupakan suatu keputusan yang diambil dan diharapkan mampu menghasilkan keuntungan yang besar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa 94,20% faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Keputusan investasi pada perusahaan manufaktur LQ45 dapat dijelaskan oleh Nilai perusahaan (PBV) dan Kebijakan Dividend (DPR) sedangkan sisanya 5,8% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini . Secara simultan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) dan Kebijakan Dividend (DPR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Investasi pada perusahaan manufaktur LQ45, hal ini dibuktikan dengan diperoleh nilai f hitung sebesar 236.8432 dan nilai Probabilitasnya sebesar 0.000000. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa hasil analisis variabel Nilai perusahaan (PBV) memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.0000 lebuh kecil dari 0.05 dan nilai t-statisticnya sebesar 21.00932 sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa variabel Nilai perusahaan (PBV) secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Investasi pada perusahaan manufaktur LQ45, sedangkan variabel Kebijakan Dividen (DPR) memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.1623 lebih besar dari 0.05 dan nilai t-statisticnya sebesar 1.423101 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kebijakan Dividen (DPR) secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Investasi pada perusahaan manufaktur LQ45 periode 2018-2021.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the strategic role of Islamic education in shaping national character and the historical gap between its ideal potential and the reality of policies that often marginalize teacher quality, particularly in the teaching profession. Although numerous studies discuss Islamic education policy in general, few analyze its direct impact on teacher quality. Therefore, this research focuses on examining the causal relationship between Islamic education policy and improving teacher quality, encompassing competency, professionalism, and well-being. This research employed a library research method with a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach. Primary and secondary data from various literature were analyzed using content analysis and validated through source triangulation. Key findings confirm that effective policies influence teacher quality through three main domains: establishing competency standards, implementing ongoing professional development, and providing a supportive evaluation system. It concludes that Islamic education policy must be designed as a comprehensive, supportive ecosystem that not only sets high standards but also proactively addresses implementation barriers such as workload and resource constraints, to ensure holistic and sustainable teacher quality improvement. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peran strategis pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk karakter bangsa dan adanya kesenjangan historis antara potensi idealnya dengan realitas kebijakan yang seringkali memarginalkan kualitasnya, terutama pada aspek guru. Meskipun banyak kajian membahas kebijakan pendidikan Islam secara umum, masih sedikit yang menganalisis dampaknya secara langsung terhadap kualitas guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengkaji hubungan kausal antara kebijakan pendidikan Islam dengan peningkatan kualitas guru, yang mencakup kompetensi, profesionalisme, dan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis. Data primer dan sekunder dari berbagai literatur dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) dan divalidasi melalui triangulasi sumber. Temuan utama menegaskan bahwa kebijakan yang efektif memengaruhi kualitas guru melalui tiga ranah utama: penetapan standar kompetensi, penyelenggaraan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, dan sistem evaluasi yang suportif. Disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan Islam harus dirancang sebagai ekosistem pendukung yang komprehensif, yang tidak hanya menetapkan standar tinggi tetapi juga secara proaktif mengatasi hambatan implementasi seperti beban kerja dan keterbatasan sumber daya, guna memastikan peningkatan kualitas guru secara holistik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of company size, investment decisions, and funding decisions on company value with dividend policy as a moderator in 20 companies in the consumer goods sub-sector on the IDX (2018-2023). The type of research used is explanatory research with a research method in the form of collecting data on financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2023 period. The data analysis models used are multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Sample selection was carried out by Purposive sampling. The sample totaled 20 companies, using multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of MRA show that the dividend policy only moderates the relationship between funding decisions and the value of the company. These findings enrich the literature on dividend-based funding strategies in the consumption sector.

Abstract

Character development is important in building a nation's human resources. Islam not only emphasizes intellectual intelligence but also pays great attention to character and moral nobility as was the purpose of the sending of the Prophet Muhammad SWA. This article aims to describe and explain Islamic education policies in developing the character of students. Using a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this paper analyzes various Islamic education policies that have been published by the government and have an impact on the development of students' character through secondary data contained in several cases published in several research results and journals. The results of the analysis show that this policy shows a positive correlation in the formation and development of students' character where they not only have good intellectual abilities but also have positive character as a result of the application of Islamic religious values ??which are visible in several schools. The Islamic education policy in developing students' character is focused on several state high schools in South Tangerang City. The implications of this analysis show that the implementation of Islamic education policy plays a very significant role in the formation of students' character which is very useful in moving towards success and competition in the future in a global world which not only demands high intellectual abilities but also demands competitive character, hard work, not giving up easily and good behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of strategy management in increasing the effectiveness of learning in madrasas. The effectiveness of learning is a crucial aspect in achieving educational goals, especially in the madrasa environment that has the uniqueness of values ​​and curriculum. This study explores how the implementation of strategic planning, organizing resources, implementing directed learning programs, and sustainable supervision and evaluation can contribute significantly to improving the quality and learning outcomes of students. The research method used is a literature study by analyzing various theoretical and empirical studies related to the management of strategies and the effectiveness of learning in the context of Islamic education. The results of the analysis showed that the application of adaptive and responsive strategy management principles to madrasa needs, including the involvement of all stakeholders, the development of teacher professionalism, the use of educational technology, and the creation of a conducive learning environment, has a positive correlation with increasing the effectiveness of learning. This study concluded that strategy management is not just an administrative tool, but is an important foundation in creating an effective and quality learning process in madrassas, so as to be able to produce competent and noble graduates.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Financial distress is a common phenomenon occurred in the business organizations, including banking industry. The financial distress banks will experience significant decline in their financial performance which require an immediate improvement to mitigate the worsen condition and bankruptcy. This research is aimed to compare previous studies on financial distress in the conventional commercial banks in Indonesia undertaken by various researchers. In overall, 30 relevant researches from the period of 2015 to 2021 will be compared and analyzed. The comparison will cover the use of different tools of analysis, dependent and independent variables, and relationship patterns among those variables. The result shows that logistic regression is the most frequent tools of analysis used by researchers in identifying the financial distress condition in the conventional commercial banks in Indonesia. Meanwhile, dummy variable is the most intensive dependent variable used in various studies. Most of researchers have used NPL, CAR, and ROA as independent variables in their researches. Furthermore, there were inconsistent influence pattern of various factors on financial distress. Keywords: comparison; conventional commercial banks; financial distress. ABSTRAK Kesulitan keuangan (financial distress) merupakan fenomena yang umum terjadi dalam organisasi bisnis, termasuk industri perbankan. Bank yang sedang dalam kesulitan keuangan biasanya mengalami penurunan signifikan dalam kinerja keuangan dan memerlukan perbaikan segera untuk meminimalkan risiko terjadinya kondisi yang lebih buruk dan kebangkrutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya mengenai kesulitan keuangan pada bank umum konvensional di Indonesia yang dilakukan oleh berbagai peneliti. Secara keseluruhan, sebanyak 30 penelitian yang relevan selama periode 2015-2021 dibandingkan dan dianalisis. Perbandingan ini meliputi penggunaan berbagai alat analisis, variabel dependen dan independen, dan pola hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regresi logistik merupakan alat analisis yang paling sering digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi kondisi kesulitan keuangan pada bank-bank umum konvensional di Indonesia. Sementara itu, dummy variable merupakan variabel dependen yang paling banyak dipakai dalam berbagai studi. Mayoritas peneliti telah menggunakan NPL, CAR, dan ROA sebagai variabel independen dalam penelitian mereka. Selanjutnya, terdapat pola yang tidak konsisten dalam pengaruh berbagai faktor terhadap kesulitan keuangan. Kata kunci: perbandingan; bank umum konvensional; financial distress.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation in the Society 5.0 era presents both challenges and opportunities in the field of education, particularly in shaping students' character. This paper aims to offer integrative strategies for embedding Qur’anic values into the character education system as a solution to the moral degradation and identity crisis emerging in the digital age. Using literature review and content analysis methods on verses of the Qur’an, it is found that the Qur’an provides a strong foundation for character development, promoting honesty, responsibility, compassion, and discipline as essential traits for students to navigate the complexities of modern life. By internalizing these values, students are expected to develop critical thinking, ethical awareness, and social responsibility when engaging with technology and information. This article suggests that Islamic education curricula should position Qur’anic values as the core of character reinforcement, not merely as an additional element of spiritual practice. Educators, parents, and communities are encouraged to collaborate in creating learning environments that reflect and nurture these values consistently. Through an integrated approach, this paper hopes to contribute to strengthening the character of students so they are prepared to face global challenges without losing their identity and moral compass in the digital era
