Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia merupakan masyarakat multikultural, dimana masing-masing daerah memiliki karakteristik yang unik dan khas. Keberagaman yang ada pada masyarakat Indonesia telah menimbulkan banyak terjadinya konflik antara golongan masyarakat Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan multikulturalisme berperan penting dalam penyelesaian persoalan tersebut. Pendidikan multikultural sebagai sarana alternatif pemecahan konflik sosial. Pada dasarnya pendidikan multikultural tesebut dapat diajarkan dalam lembaga pendidikan formal. Dalam upaya pemahaman multikultural tersebut maka guru dan sekolah memiliki peranan yang sangat penting agar  peserta didik mampu menerima perbedaan, kritik, dan memiliki rasa empati serta toleransi pada sesama tanpa memandang golongan, status, gender, dan kemampuan akademis sekolah memiliki peranan yang sangat penting guna membangun. Indonesian society is a multicultural society, where each region has unique and distinctive characteristics. The diversity that exists in Indonesian society has caused many conflicts between the Indonesian people. Therefore, multiculturalism plays an important role in solving the problem. Multicultural education as an alternative means of solving social conflicts. Basically multicultural education can be taught in formal education institutions. In an effort to understand multiculturalism, teachers and schools have a very important role so that students are able to accept differences, criticism, and have a sense of empathy and tolerance for others regardless of class, status, gender, and academic ability of the school has a very important role in building.Keywords: Role, Application, Multicultural Education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara berpikir siswa kreatif dalam menyelesaikan soal berdasarkan Polya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskritif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan cara berpikir siswa kreatif kelas IX SMP Negeri 8 Prafi materi lingkaran. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan studi kasus pada saat observasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi 3 siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 8 Prafi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, tes dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari 3 subjek yang diteliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa dua subjek yang dapat memenuhi langkah-langkah Polya dan satu subjek tidak memenuhi semua langkah polya, langkah polya ada 4 tahap yaitu memahami masalah, membuat rencana, melaksanakan rencana dan melihat kembali. Sedangkan pada berpikir kreatif mempunyai 4 indikator yaitu berpikir lancar, berpikir luwes, berpikir orisinil dan berpikir terperinci. Berdasarkan hasil analisi data dari 4 subjek yang diteliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa 2 subjek memenuhi 4 indikator kreatif tingkat tingat kemampuan sangat kreatif dan 2 subjek memenuhi 3 indicator kreatif dengan tingkat kemampuan kreatif.

Abstract

Abstract:  The purpose of this study is to find out what are the obstacles for mathematics educators in implementing distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using descriptive techniques. The research subjects in this study were mathematics educators at YAPIS Manokwari High School. Based on the results of the interview, the results of this study indicate that there are several obstacles in the implementation of distance learning. Constraints experienced in learning include human constraints where teachers are still not optimally using the applications used for the learning process. Some teachers are not proficient in using applications as a medium for learning.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala pendidik matematika dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh dimasa pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah pendidik matematika di SMA YAPIS Manokwari. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Kendala yang dialami dalam pembelajaran meliputi kendala manusiawi dimana guru masih belum secara maksimal menggunakan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran. Ada beberapa guru yang belum mahir dalam penggunaan aplikasi sebagai media untuk pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstrak: Metode jarimatika adalah metode yang digunakan untuk melatih kemampuan berhitung siswa. Kemampuan berhitung dan ketertarikan siswa dalam berhitung dapat meningkat bila pembelajaran lebih bermakna dan berbudaya. Pembelajaran berhitung menggunakan metode jarimatika berbahasa hatam di SD Inpres 17 Nuhuwey ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir, keterampilan berhitung dan ketertarikan siswa terhadap matematika. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi secara klasikal dan pendampingan belajar berhitung secara individual. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan, setiap hari sekolah, dengan durasi 90 menit tiap pertemuan. Siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan adalah siswa kelas tinggi. Materi yang disajikan terdiri atas pengenalan metode jarimatika berbahasa Indonesia, berhitung menggunakan jarimatika berbahasa Hatam, Penjumlahan dan Pengurangan menggunakan jarimatika berbahasa Hatam. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan berhitung siswa sebesar 69.56% yang diukur menggunakan tes. Disamping itu, terjadi peningkatan kecepatan berhitung siswa dari 6.27 menit per soal menjadi 1.24 menit untuk 5 soal yang diukur menggunakan stopwatch. Serta peningkatan ketertarikan siswa terhadap matematika yang diukur menggunakan angket.Abstract: The Jarimatika method is a method used to drill students' numeracy skills. The ability to count and students' interest in numeracy can increase if learning is more meaningful and cultured. Learning to count using The Hatam-language Jarimatika method at SD Inpres 17 Nuhuwey aims to develop thinking skills, numeracy skills and students' interest in mathematics. The method used is classical socialization and individual numeracy learning assistance. This activity was carried out for 3 months, every school day, with a duration of 90 minutes per meeting. Students who take part in the activity are high-class students. The material presented consists of an introduction to the Indonesian method of arithmetic, counting using the Hatam method of arithmetic, Addition and Subtraction using the Hatam language of arithmetic. The results obtained from this activity is an increase in students' numeracy skills by 69.56% which is measured using a test. In addition, there was an increase in students' counting speed from 6.27 minutes per question to 1.24 minutes for 5 questions measured using a stopwatch. As well as increasing students' interest in mathematics as measured using a questionnaire.

Abstract

One of the important components in educational evaluation is assessment. This study aims to develop an assessment instrument for PjBL-based learning in mathematics at a driving school in Manokwari district. The research method used by the researcher is research and development with a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). This research procedure consists of this includes 4 stages, namely the stage of defining (define), design (design), development (develop) and dissemination (disseminate). The data collection technique used in this study is the method of observation, instrument validation, and interviews. The assessment instrument was validated with a content validity ratio approach, then its reliability was tested with the SPSS-assisted Cronbach Alpha test. Research Results a) The PTS Assessment Instrument for collaborative projects between subjects obtained an average of 3.67 from the validator. The average validation score is in the very good category. Based on the results of the validation, it can be concluded that the instrument to be used is valid. b) The reliability test of the PTS assessment instrument for the collaboration project between subjects in 7th grade boys and 7th graders obtained Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient values of 0.749 and 0.774, respectively, where both values were between 0.7 and 0.9 so that it could be concluded that the instrument to be used has high reliability.Keywords: Project Based Learning, Subjects Collaboration, Sekolah Penggerak, Research Instruments

Literacy skills mark the quality of human resources in a country. However, Indonesia's performance in literacy assessment on an international scale has not been very good. The results of interviews with teachers of SD Inpres 18 subsay Manokwari district on March 14, 2022 found the fact that students' numeracy literacy skills were still very low. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the problem-based learning model assisted by student worksheets to improve numeracy literacy skills in terms of the curiosity of elementary school students in Manokwari district. The approach used in the implementation of this research is a quantitative approach. This type of research is experimental research. Data collection techniques in this study are Numeration literacy test, Observation, Validation Sheet and Documentation. Data analysis includes data analysis of validity and effectiveness. The effectiveness data analysis includes the completeness test for numeracy literacy skills, the average difference test for numeracy literacy skills, testing the effect of curiosity character on numeracy literacy skills. The results of the Effectiveness Test Analysis show that problem based learning models assisted by student worksheets are effective in improving numeracy literacy skills by criteria: (1) The proportion of classical learning completeness can be said to be more than 75% of students getting a score of 65, (2) The numeracy literacy ability of students in classes that use problem based learning models assisted by student worksheets is better than students' numeracy literacy skills with conventional learning, (3) There is an effect of curiosity character (X) on posttest numeracy literacy ability (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to develop Class IV Mathematics Comic Media with Fraction Material that is valid, practical and effective to improve elementary school students' problem solving abilities and interest in learning mathematics subjects. This research method is development research or Research and Development (R & D). The procedure used is to simplify the Borg & Gall development model (in Sugiyono, 2015: 298-331) which consists of 10 steps, in this research it will be limited to the seventh step. The population in this study is the population in this study are students at SD Negeri 02 Amban. The research sample chosen was class IV students for the 2023/2024 academic year. The sample in this study was divided into two, namely class IV A students as the experimental class and class IV B students as the control class. Data collection techniques used in this research include questionnaires, interviews, validator assessment sheets, and problem solving ability tests. The data analysis techniques used in this research consist of three, namely validity, practicality and effectiveness data analysis. The research instruments consisting of learning implementation plans, student worksheets, comic media, problem solving ability tests, and learning interest questionnaires that have been developed are in the very good category based on the assessments of the three validators. Practicality obtained a positive response from students of 88.6%, which is in the very practical category. Students' problem solving abilities are better than the problem solving abilities of Control class students. The average problem solving ability of Control Class students is 60.31, while the average problem solving ability of experimental class students is 72.50. There is an influence of interest in learning on students' problem solving abilities.

Abstract

Natural Science (Science) learning in elementary schools has an important role in forming students' basic understanding of the natural world and the processes that occur in it. Scientific literacy, which includes the ability to read, write and think critically about science, is a crucial component in science learning. This research aims to explore science learning approaches based on scientific literacy in basic education. Using literature study methods and content analysis, this research examines various aspects related to the implementation of scientific literacy in science learning, such as needs analysis, learning models, learning media, as well as the role of teachers and school facilities in supporting scientific literacy. The research results show that a science learning approach based on scientific literacy can improve students' ability to understand scientific concepts, apply them in everyday life, and develop critical thinking skills and decision-making abilities based on scientific evidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran augmented reality pada materi bangun ruang untuk kelas V SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SD Inpres 09 Anggori. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket pedoman wawancara, angket penilaian ahli media, ahli materi dan ahli desain pembelajaran, angket respon peserta didik dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tes tertulis, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil rata-rata keseluruhan validasi media pembelajaran augmented reality adalah 3.88, dan berada pada kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran augmented reality yaitu 3,74 yang berada pada kategori sangat positif. Keefektifan ditinjau dari hasil belajar peserta didik setelah mengikuti tes, menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 21 orang mencapai nilai tuntas atau 84 % peserta didik mencapai nilai tuntas. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran augmented reality yang sudah dikembangkan sangat efektif dan dapat memberikan dampak yang positif bagi siswa.
